The room was clean

The food was very very very bad, below average, 0/10. The AC has no sound which makes it very difficult to sleep when you can hear a pin drop outside.

Nice room

Staff are not honest about how full the hotel is. All reception staff claimed the hotel was full for the next day and therefore guest cannot take a minute over 12pm for check out despite the fact that tons of rooms in multiple variations were available on booking and other sites. They said that three big groups have booked the entire hotel so guest need to leave on time, which as I said were obviously not true. I kept checking on booking even afternoon and still Booking.com was showing tons of rooms were available for reservation. I learned later on that one of my friends was actually allowed late checkout. Absolutely disappointed with the front desk service. Note that I spoke to different individuals on three occasions yet all claimed inability to accommodate late checkout citing the same above reason. One hour extension should have been sufficient for me to finish my appointment and do checkout comfortably with great satisfaction, but they had to be unnecessarily very rigid. Very disappointing.
