The Lodge is in a great location for coming & going; The check-in procedures emailed to me were very simple, worked well; The price I paid for what I received made this stay a decent deal; Appreciate the Cleaning Staff giving me okay to park my motorcycle underneath the overhang to help keep the bike from getting soaked in the rain; I liked the nice little Mexican restaurant right next door as well as the little Market 100 yards away; Finally, a big SHOUT-OUT to the Tiny Timbers Coffee Bistro 2 miles away, best bowl of Steel Cut Oats I’ve EVER had!

The A/C had shoddy DIY wooden knobs which hindered use of the unit so I had to pull out some pliers so I could make adjustments; Based on the bottom of my white socks (which I wore w/o shoes inside) it appeared the floors hadn’t been cleaned well. Perhaps adding to that problem was the old & dirty carpet outside the front door; The room had a great place to hang clothes but NO HANGERS! I suspect most patrons DON’T carry hangers with them so I suggest spending a few dollars to buy some plastic hangers; The coffee pack in the room brought confusion when trying to ascertain how much water to add since the pack did not even suggest an amount. Made for some rather watery coffee.

Eine wirklich gemütlich Lodge, die die perfekte Unterkunft für einen windigen Herbsttag und eine kalte Nacht in den Bergen ist! Unser Zimmer war super ausgestattet, groß, die Betten waren total bequem und es gab sogar eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Herdplatte, Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank. Der Tisch mit Stühlen war für uns besonders toll, da man das in vielen Hostels/Hotels/Motels nicht hat. Highlight: Der Name "Rainbow lodge" kommt nicht von ungefähr, denn direkt bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir einen wunderschönen großen Regenbogen direkt vor unserem Fenster.

Leider waren wir sehr verstört von der Situation im Bad, wo die Klobürste nicht in einem dazugehörigen Ständer stand, sondern einfach hinter einem Rohr der Toilette klemmte und diverse Spuren davon an der Wand zu sehen waren, was wirklich unglaublich unangenehm war. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn dafür ein Ständer gefunden werden könnte. Auch hatten wir über 20 Fliegen im Zimmer ... Noch ein Hinweis: Auf booking.com stand unser Zimmer als "ohne Heizung" gelistet, was uns bei Minusgraden nachts Sorgen bereitet hat. Wir hatten aber doch einen fest installierten Heizlüfter im Zimmer, der uns sehr gute Dienste erwiesen hat! Daher scheinen die Anzeigen manchmal nicht ganz korrekt zu sein; aber zum Positiven am Ende.

Location was great, walking distance to restaurant, store, etc. Room was decent size, clean, comfortable. Parking right outside room was convenient.

Google directions took us to wrong address. No breakfast, no ice machine (that we saw). For shampoo they had little packets which was annoying.

Location was great. A good base camp to go explore the area. Quiet other than the highway noise but that wasn't really an issue.

No a/c, did not know it was a opt . Other rooms at lodge had a/c. TV was so light u could hardly see the picture. Shower curtains were stained and looked dirty. Window shade did not cover window so at night the light from outside lighting shown in and could not sleep. The coffee pot did not match the pods that was in room so coffee was not drinkable. The price was way to much for the quality of room. Very disappointed
