Only the location was good.

There are no utensils for cooking. Was asked for a security deposit, but this was not mentioned in the description. If you mentioned clean the kitchen after use, then visit and see on your own, it was not cleaned properly. Security deposit should be mentioned in the description. If the kitchen is available, then utensils and basic things should be provided. Your home is not any luxury monument. I have booked another house as well before this, but I have got all the basic things there. If we need to bring all the things with us, then staying in camp is the best idea instead of booking this house.

The accomodation has everything you need. Great location, quiet. The hosts are lovely people, couldn't do enough.

The house was near to Orange botanical garden. Very clean and tidy. All toiletries were available. Huge TV , modular couch and amazing kitchen which you will be sharing with a tenant living in the house.

The housekeeper wouldnt let us in without paying the security deposit of $200 even though we were so tired after 4hrs of journey. I even requested if he can just let us in.He was very rude. That really affected my rest of the day negatively and regretted to have reserved that house. I felt ashamed in front of my family and in laws. I have used airbnb and booking.com before but never have had such an experience. In my opinion, booking.com should manage the security deposit on behalf if customer as I have to remind the house owner to return my deposit several times after checking out. One bathroom is available for 6 guests to share(3 bedrooms )
