I loved the staff!!! They were so so kind, and breakfast was a HUGEEE hit! Those pearl sugar waffles were to die for!

The facility is new- and I expected that. I was very disappointed to see torn wallpaper, gaps in the floors where caulk should be used to fill (specifically around the shower), and a dirty sink. Overall, these are simple issues to be fixed.

The location was perfect for the Sand Mountain Park Sports facilities. New hotel, so it was clean. It was off to a great start, then came the morning.

We woke up to zero water - Note under the door explaining that there was a burst pipe. We couldn't brush our teeth, shower or use the bathroom upon waking. It never came back on. They offered no discounts for our extreme inconvenience, no vouchers for a future stay, nothing -just an apology. An apology is not good enough for that level of inconvenience! We had to leave the hotel earlier than we had planned as a result of this inconvenience. It was overpriced to begin with and this enormous inconvenience of NO water just added insult to injury.

Loved everything about our stay.

I really liked my name being on the TV when I turned it on. Thought it was a nice touch. The good morning,afternoon snd night. The shower was a nice size to.

I had to leave. It did rain for little.

Breakfast was ok. Would love to see vanilla yogurt. More types of fruit. Banana were over rip. Boiled eggs was great.

The yogurt was not good. Raspberry is not my type.

Staff was really friendly and the bed was super comfortable

No blow dryers in the rooms!!!!! One of our pillow cases was stained....not sure if it was dirty or stained.

The property is new and it was clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast could use scrambled eggs and either a bacon or sausage but not on a biscuit. Felt the carbohydrates were well covered. The boiled eggs were less than desirable.

couldn’t get the air temp down in our room. it stayed at 73. we wanted 68

Our room flooded, we had to come move our wet items to another room while visiting family. The air conditioner in the new room went out. No breakfast was serviced they didn’t have staff.
