This was a lovely house in a park beside the River Nith with views of mature trees and paths. We had a reserved parking space. The town centre was a short walk away. The house was very comfortable with great chairs, big telly, smart kitchen, very comfy bed, plenty of towels and hot water, some interesting prints. There was a very nice welcome basket and the host called us to make we had settled in.

House might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs were a bit steep. It didn't bother us.

Beautiful, well presented property overlooking the river. Great location. The centre in walking distance. Was a perfect place to stay. Loved it

The property was very clean and well decorated. Kitchen was very well equipped. Welcome pack with bread buttermilk and shortbread was a nice touch. Dawn is very helpful and welcoming.

The house was perfect and so we’ll equipped. We will definitely return. The bread and milk were a nice touch as we didn’t arrive until 9pm

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like it was an amazing flat and amazing location we honestly had a fantastic time the whole family loved it and it was more than big enough for us all. Great location with the park next to it to x

The house was really lovely and in a great location and the Host was always ready to answer any queries.

Fantastic location, stunning property, every room was done to perfection.

T.V was on a firestick. Once the kids went online the t.v didn't work. Small problem. Couldn't use the cooker because we had no matches. Again, small problem. Just got a take away. Win win.

Everything. The house is finished to exceptional quality - very luxurious and 'posh' (as my 12 yo said!). There are no less than 4 ways to make coffee for example - kettle, small barista, pod machine and plunger.. every base covered! Very comfy 3 double bedrooms, lounge, dining room and kitchen super, 2 bathrooms. Guaranteed parking spot. Great restaurants, pub, takeaway and cafes all walkable. Gorgeous views of the river. Excellent WIFI, great comms with host and welcome hamper. Everything was spot on for a pleasurable stay.

We chose this property because it was a good location to get to places where we wanted to visit. Quiet location, central enough to walk to the centre for a bit of food shop/coffee/meals etc. Dawn was very helpful every step of the way and the property itself is top class. All mod cons, had everything needed to have an enjoyable holiday, even has coffee machines! Love it, couldn't ask for more!

it’s was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, smelled beautiful and was dog friendly. Dawn communicated with us which was lovely , she had left butter eggs and bread all fresh and lilys kitchen treats for lola an I no the cost of them too, they ain’t cheap. My hubby and me wer astonished at how beautiful this house was , he snores so I had a big luxurious bed to myself and my own bathroom too. All furnishings wer high end and I wish with was my home to b honest. we WILL b returning 100%. Thanku Dawn
