We had such a wonderful, relaxing time at this beautiful home. Everything we needed was here and then some! We enjoyed sunsets on the deck, playing pool, corn hole, laying in the hammock, walking the dog each morning, and putting together every puzzle in the closet!! We even binge watched a series on Netflix! Thank you for your hospitality. It was a much needed long weekend.

Lovely views from the decks. Fire pit ( wood provided) with lots of chairs and propane pit on upper deck with lots of comfy chairs. WiFi worked well . Loved that kitchen was stocked with necessities one might forget like cornstarch and garlic powder. Very thoughtful host.

We really enjoyed the home, I reached out early in the process to ask about boat trailer parking and didn’t receive an answer until a few days before arrival. The house is great, it doesn’t have a lot of room for boat parking, but you can manage to get three or four trucks and boats in the steep driveway. There is about 1.5 miles of gravel road to get to the house, but the road was fairly well maintained at the time. I’d stay here again and bring my boat but I’m not concerned with a little gravel in my travel! The house is great, nice beds, nice kitchen, clean, and nice view from the deck. Plenty of room for a large group

We needed a relaxing long weekend break and we truly got it! This place is amazing for chilling, exploring and recharging! Well equipped place for all moods and occasions! Fantastic!

The home is very spacious. We are a family of 6 adults, 2 kids and a small dog we had plenty of space. We all enjoyed our stay. The drive way is steep so be prepared, but that is expected in all of that area. Neighborhood is quiet and home is close to Hand Cove Resort and many marinas. Lots of wildlife we saw 33 deer! Overall a great stay will definitely return if we have a large crowd.

We enjoyed our time at this property ! Lots to do at this location. The game room was big hit ! We played poker, played pool & it had lots of games for the kids! The kids loved to Wii to play Mario ! We will definitely be back for another visit! Lots of room & space for everyone to enjoy their self !

This was the BEST VRBO I’ve ever rented and stayed in! We loved the seclusion and size of this house! There was plenty to do with the gameroom having a poker and pool table! Everything was well stocked, too! We highly recommend getting this for a family get together!

This house was exactly as listed. It was very comfortable for all eight of us (4 couples). It was clean and well supplied. The views are gorgeous and it is quiet and secluded. We spent a long weekend and enjoyed playing games, watching hockey and sitting outside chatting. We would have rented a pontoon, but the weather didn't cooperate - no worries, though. There was plenty to do at the house. Communicating with Evolve was not easy and I eventually had to call them (the day before we left) to get our check in procedures including access to the house. When they emailed me six days out that we were set to go and to let them know if we had questions, I emailed back a list of questions and heard nothing. I then sent a message through VRBO and also heard nothing. However, once that was resolved, our stay was very enjoyable and the house is exactly as it appears on the listing. Very nice!

Stayed here with friends and family while in town for a fishing tournament. Very clean and spacious house, easily slept 13 of us. The view off the deck is fantastic and lots of patio furniture to accommodate everyone. The wives especially enjoyed the gas firepit, and there is a very nice grill/smoker that came in handy. There is a very friendly bassett hound named Gypsy that comes around quite a bit and loved playing with the kids. I will mention that the driveway is quite steep so make sure your parking brake is working and if you have a trailered boat it can be tricky to get turned around. Overall a very nice place and would definitely stay here again!

This cabin is located on prime country property for relaxation and great views. It has two patios or decks that you can sit on to watch the sun rise and fall over the lake. It was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for a crowd. We met with several friends to catch up and spend some much needed time together without any particular plans. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We didn’t do much outside of the cabin, but there is plenty to occupy your touristy side if you wish. Overall, it was just a fantastic weekend that gave all of us just what we needed! We would love to come back again for a longer period of time the next go around!

The property was perfect for my family vacation, had amazing views of our favorite lake, and was peaceful, private & relaxing. Had everything we hoped for and then some. We weren't ready to leave and stayed an extra day. Very comfortable with lots of extras, planning to go back soon.

This house did not disappoint. Any issues were quickly addressed by the owners and our enjoyment was very important to the owners. Great space to enjoy for larger groups. We didn't get to enjoy the poker table but lots of fun games to play and enjoy during your stay.

House has a few issues which we addressed to the management personnel . Home was recently sold and under new owner, so we understood there are some growing pains. If we are ever in the area again, would consider staying again.

We enjoyed this property and the pontoon boat SO much! The house was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view! The beds were very comfortable and the downstairs game area was a big hit! Owner was great throughout process!!

We enjoyed our holiday weekend at this house! It was clean, easy to communicate with the property manager and had plenty of room to accommodate 3 families (6 adults and 4 teens). The lake view from the patio was a perfect spot for our morning coffee!

we loved it ! only think i can say negative is the parking stinks if you have big trucks like we do . wish they move the dead stumps out of the yard i almost did for you 😹😹 ! rented the pontoon took us a bit to find it cause gpd just didn’t send us to it . but it was nice also

Lake Norfork is beautiful. House was beautiful, roomy and comfortable. Had everything we needed and close to marinas. Owner’s boat is really nice and a smooth ride on the lake! Great view of the lake from house. Check-in and check-our super easy! Would definitely like to come back...very relaxing.

The cabin was really nice and clean. The view was beautiful. The neighbor was very friendly and helpful with information about fishing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here minus a few hiccups, like two of the televisions in the bedrooms did not work. It takes over 15 minutes to get hot water in the master bathroom. We could not get the key code to work in the front door after we opened it the day of our arrival. Overall we would stay here again but for the cost of renting the place those small things should be addressed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in a beautiful setting.

Our stay was great! It began with my parents arriving an hour early and the nice woman cleaning told them they could check-in early. We had everything we needed. We also rented the pontoon boat and had a wonderful day on the water. I would suggest a new coffee maker - it was pretty slow and we are big coffee drinkers. We are thinking about booking again for new year!

12 guys went to fish the lake and enjoyed the house when we weren’t on the water. Had fun playing poker and pool and sitting on the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook good meals. Hope to go back next year.

Beautiful view! Definitely enjoyed the hiking in the area. Beds were great and big enough for our family of 12. They don’t have WiFi but our cell phones service and hot spot worked great!

The inside of this house was very beautiful definitely exceeded my expectation, the pictures do not do it justice, lake view is very satisfying, the game room was such a nice spot to hang out as well as fire pit. The owner is very good at communicating and would definitely be coming back!! Highly recommend it!!

We had the most beautiful views. What a relaxing week we had. Would definitely recommend. The fall time is a great time to go to see all the vibrant colors.
