We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very convenient to the islands and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for out annual girls beach trip. Loved the condo and enjoyed St Simon Island!

Condo was very nice and was spectacular

My Mom and my girls always go somewhere for Spring Break - so we decided on St Simons Island GA. This place was absolutely wonderful. Quiet and has great views. We were close to the beach - just a few minutes drive - and had a great pool (it was a little chilly of course). Really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. The condo was super nice - had everything we needed in the kitchen. If you prefer sunrises - go to the end of East Beach - there are benches to sit and it boasts a breathtaking view of the sunrise.

Property has a beautiful view of the marina. Close to all activities in Brunswick and St. Simon’s. The only complaint we have is that there was no hot water in one of the main suites.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious three bedroom condo right on the marina. The pictures don’t even do it justice!

This beautiful condo sits on the river and you can watch the boats pass by and enjoy all of the wildlife. The property manager/owner was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to my schedule! Plus the restaurant Coastal Kitchen is next door and serves great seafood.

We just loved this amazing condo! Great location between Brunswick and St. Simons Island! Also loved that Coastal Kitchen/Marina was right next door- everything we needed was there- very nice place and reasonably priced! Will be back next year!

We had a conference nearby and it was close but with a better view.

No trash bags, no paper towels, little tp, no dishwasher pods, etc. emailed contact on day 1, no response for entire trip, never got a response. The place is gorgeous though.

This property worked well for what we needed it for. I did try calling and emailing management about two issues we found but have yet to hear back from them. Other than that it was beautiful

Not what we expected. Not a 1st floor walkout, not kept up, wet clothes in washer, only 2 bath towels for a 3 bedroom condo, no bath mats, it was hot upon arrival, no beach chairs or umbrellas, outdoor furniture had bird poop on it and torn cushions with foam coming out, no complimentary toiletries, precious guests clothes in drawers, linens just thrown up on racks, no curtains on the big balcony sliding doors, stopper for guests the tub was broken, horrible old flat bed pillows, couch had holes in arm, broken bird statue, badly broken kitchen tile, couch recliners were difficult to operate. All that being said, it was a great location, on a beautiful marina with large rooms. It could have been wonderful had it not been so neglected. We have pictures.

Clean condo centrally located on St.Simon Island with a great view.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and relaxing. The view of the marsh and marina from the balcony is amazing and there always seemed to be a cool breeze and shade out there. The parking garage was easy to navigate. Convenient location with an easy drive to shopping and the beach. Be aware that the Coastal Kitchen restaurant is literally next door so if you’re on the balcony during lunch and dinner times you will hear conversation and music from their deck. It didn’t bother me and they kept the music volume low. Trees do provide visual privacy between the condo and restaurant.

Location was nice. Could have been much cleaner and the pool area was not clean. No curtain on large patio door and a outside restaurant was right next door.

Property was good. Had some trouble communicating with Evolve.

They do close promptly at 9:00 pm. Looking forward for a return visit.

We had an excellent stay at this condo. It is right near the marina and the condo itself was bright and well decorated. It was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family. The restaurant Coastal Kitchen is right next door and was very good.

Many year user of VRBO and have never been disappointed in any of their properties. Chose St Simons for a week New Years celebration. We are all in our 70s + so it was not a big party time. Could not have been any happier with the location and our week. BUTThe Condo is in great need of a good weeks worth of TLC! The floors were filthy. We make a habit of taking off our shoes and walking in our sock. They came out black from every room.The master shower was grungy with soap scum all over everything. The drain was plugged. Made first attempt to reach owner to no avail. Purchased Vinegar and Baking Soda in an attempt with boiling water, to unplug the drain. Did not work. As a result, the floor, for mature seniors was dangerously slick and purchased a stick on grab bar.Dishes had been put away dirty in the cabinets Had to take them all out and run them through the dish washer.The Washing Machine gasket was moldy and had to be scrubbed before we could wash our socks.The second bathroom vanity was sticky.Kitchen Cabinet and Bathroom Vanity door hinges were broken and just hanging.Sliding door to patio is broken. NO security.King Headboard in secondary bedroom is broken and made noise any time anyone moved. Mattress had no support. Towels are old and stained.This is my second review, the other one went to Evolve I guess. Not posted so much not care. Attempted to contact owners but no response.Some one just needs to spend a week there getting the place back in VRBO shape.David & Sally Sutherland
