Our group loved the place. It had every convenience and the checkin process was great. Beautiful design and located so near Bryce. My family asked me to make sure we stay at the same place next year!

The house was very clean with nice upgrades and fully stocked with everything one could need. There was plenty of room for our teens to have their own space away from the adults. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

One of the best places we’ve stayed in at Bryce! Super clean, very roomy for 9 people and hosts were responsive and kind!! Highly recommend!!

Very nice place with a well-stocked kitchen with appliances and plates. We had eight adults and we’re plenty comfortable in the large living space.
Loved the screened porch and the outside space with a fire.
Only negatives were the spider webs and the rats nest inside the grill cover (but it is, after all, in the woods) and the misunderstanding of the futon as part of the bunk bed and not a separate sleeping area.

Excellent communication and hospitality from the owner. The house has been recently remodeled and is really nicely furnished. Near a lot of great parks and Civil War sites. I would definitely bring my family back here.

Really enjoyed this place. Was quiet and very roomy. Description and photos were accurate. Had a large group and never felt crowded. Two large living rooms allowed everyone to spread out. Also, nice easy drive down to the ski resort (5 min or less as long as didn't miss the turns) so made it really easy to get back and fourth. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful layout was perfect kids played in the gameroom in the basment most the time. Parents relax up stairs cooked on the grill made a fire outside in there beautiful burn pit excellent layout by the way. 5 minutes from bryce resort where we snow tubed that was nice and clean place was absolutely clean nice freshly remolded beautiful home higly recommend.

The house was amazing, there was so much for our party of 10 to have all the room we needed! The kids (and adults) loved the play room specifically the arcade machine. Alex and Christine were great at communicating with us and making our stay great. The proximity to Bryce Resort was a huge plus so we could go skiing. Would 100% recommend and we can't wait to visit again during the summer time.

We absolutely loved our stay at this clean, spacious, well equipped cabin in a gorgeous wooded setting. Highly recommend!

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family and the gameroom was a big sucess. We were however a little dismayed that the house was not very clean when we got there. Whoever the owners have cleaning the home should know that the floors were dirty and there was dog hair on the furniture especially downstairs and under the beds.
Also, there was only 2 wash cloths provided for a family of 8.
Overall we loved our stay and hope stay again.

This is our second stay at Alex and Christine's mountain retreat. We love the open concept and space available for our family of six. The kids loved the downstairs game room and big screen tv, while my wife and I could enjoy the upstairs in peace and quiet. There are many fun activities less than 30 minutes way ranging from viewing the caverns to seeing the tops of many mountain summits. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

A scenic drive up to a mountainside property, the property was clean and well taken care of, the owners provided toiletries, dishes and linens + towels which we really appreciated. Great property overall!

Great place to gather and enjoy nature
We really enjoyed staying here, the house was nice and spacious, there was plenty to do at the house and in the area, and Christine and Alex were welcoming and prompt with responses! The kitchen and dining area were great for large families to gather to cook and eat. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and inviting to stay in. We were really happy with our stay!

This property was amazing Stayed here for 2 days for a wedding @ Shenandoah caverns. The house is fully updated and the location was perfect. The enclosed patio was great for coffee in the morning and beer and wine at night. The kids loved the downstairs game room. The kitchen and liveing room are all one room great for bringing everyone together, lots of space. This was truly a home way from home my only complaint is I wish I would have stayed longer I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice get away. The hosts were more than accommodating. Thanks Again the Comstock Family

This property was amazing Stayed here for 2 days for a wedding @ Shenandoah caverns. The house is fully updated and the location was perfect. The enclosed patio was great for coffee in the morning and beer and wine at night. The kids loved the downstairs game room. The kitchen and liveing room are all one room great for bringing everyone together, lots of space. This was truly a home way from home my only complaint is I wish I would have stayed longer I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice get away. The game room in the basement was a hit with the kids and made for some fun family game activities. The living room was perfect for our group of 10 (neighbors and their kids and our family). Plenty of comfy space and we all watched a Disney movie together on the large screen. The beds were all comfortable. Great location to Bryce skiing (5 minute drive). Had a family of 9 deer walk across the yard and all the city kids were losing their minds. The kitchen had plenty of room and preparing meals for our group was easy. Loved the house and the location. Our family had plenty of space to play and engage in quality family time (even if the teenagers didn't particularly want to.... They had fun despite their best grumpiness...).

The pictures doesn't do the home justice! This was a great modern comfy home. It was close to the ski resort and other surrounding amenities. The owners were prompt, responsive, and very kind and considerate. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

OROS was the perfect spot to celebrate our son’s birthday and make amazing memories. The house is beautiful, the location is amazing and the owners were great. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better VRBO experience. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway
We had a wonderful weekend staying at the Oros Retreat! Alex & Christine are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had all the info we needed and that the home was welcoming and comfortable for our family. We have stayed in a few VRBOs and this was one of the best. Great location to Bryce Mountajn activities. Very comfortable home and amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Visit
We enjoyed a wonderful snowy weekend visit at the OROS Retreat. The house is beautifully appointed, recently remodeled, and has everything ready for your arrival. The hosts are very responsive and generous. We hope to come back and stay again!

We stayed at Oros Retreat from January 7-9, 2022. When we opened the door, we immediately felt welcomed. What a beautiful place! The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and happy. The bedrooms were perfect for our family. I liked how the layout allowed for our youngest to be right across the hall from the master bedroom. The basement was like having an entire second living space. There was a game room, den, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, and washer/dryer. Since we went skiing, it was great to have a washer/dryer to throw our wet items into when we got back. We really liked how close the house was to Bryce. It was easy to quickly go back and forth between the resort and the house for lunch and/or a break during the day. The house was super clean and had a great feeling. We will be back!
