First time to blue mountain beach. Had a wonderful time! The condo sits right on the beach and along the pool area. The weather was great and condo was terrific. There is also a variety of restaurants within a short walk. The worst part was leaving!

Just returned from a great girls trip at Adagio Blue Water. The weather was perfect and the beach was just beautiful. We enjoyed being able to walk to meals several times - from breakfast and bloody's at the Cowgirl Kitchen and Blue Mountain Bakery to dinner at Mimmos and Blue Mable - all wonderful! The condo is beautiful and well equipped for all of our needs. Thanks for a fantastic girls trip, we look forward to coming back!

We love the Adagio and have stayed there for our vacations the last 6-7 years. Location can't be beat. This was our first time staying in any building other than A,B, or C. While being poolside provided a nice view, it was a bit more noisy which was understandable since little children seem to enjoy the pool more than the beach. Our oversized balcony provided a wonderful place for morning coffee or late night relaxing. Our only complaints are from within the condo. The floors appeared to have not been cleaned in quite a while. We could feel sand as soon as we arrived and the bottoms of our feet were black within minutes. The dryer does NOT work properly. We tried every setting and it took turning it back on 4 times before the clothes were dry. There is a lot of “dryer fuzz” all over the wall in the laundry room but never any on the lint catcher inside the dryer. You should probably have it looked at for possibly blockages. Other than that, the condo was decorated very nicely and had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful condo unit. Great location close to a few good restaurants and small gourmet grocery store within walking distance. Well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and modern. Appliances worked well. The balcony is large with great furniture to eat and/or relax. The beds are very comfortable. The fitness center was very convenient. The pool and pool area are well maintained and quite lovely. We definitely want to return next year. Our only complaint would be the master bedroom shower has mold on the tile, grout and at the threshold. Other than that we absolutely loved this condo.

Loved staying here. Perfect Location for beach, pool, bike rides and restaurants, coffee and most importantly ICE CREAM!! Will definitely be back!

It's an ocean front gem. Enjoy a fabulous time at the beach no matter the season. Walk to wonderful restaurants and return to this beautiful condo.

Beautiful home in the perfect location. The condo has been completely updated and was very well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to walk to several different places for breakfast and dinner. The beach and pools at Adagio are gorgeous - we loved that one of the pools was heated. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our stay, great view of the pool from the large balcony. Beach is so close, and all decor is beautiful! It was convenient having the unit in front of the elevator, it’s a quiet place overall. The kids loved biking to get breakfast, ice cream and to visit friends.

Our home at the Adagio complex was amazing. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We had a few maintenance problems, but they were addressed quickly and fully. I would highly recommend this vacation home and this company. Thank you for another memorable experience at the beach.

We greatly enjoyed this condo for our family vacation! Upon arrival, I was initially impressed with the immaculate cleanliness! The entire condo has been well taken care of and updated throughout. The owners have thought of posts of details including extra blankets and games. The kitchen has ample supplies including dishes, utensils, pots, pans, blender, crockpot etc. The main pool was huge and rarely overcrowded. We are a family that typically likes ocean front property so that was a little disappointing; however we knew that when booking. The beach was a short 2 minute walk (yes I timed it). The views are gorgeous! I wish we would have known there were four beach chairs and an umbrella provided from the owner ( would have saved us some money). Negatives: we ran out of spoons every day, hardware from the drawers in the owners suite had been pulled off. All in all, this condo was perfect for our vacation. I would highly recommend!

Our unit Blue Water was a wonderful experience. We are repeat vacationers to Adajio. This unit had everything we needed for a wonderful week of FUN and sun.

My family and I have stayed at this condo a couple of times and will definitely keep coming back. We love that everyone has their own space and my kids loved the bunk beds. Everything is fresh, clean and well stocked. It's a quick walk to the beach, which was convenient for quick trips back up to grab lunch or beach toys. My wife liked that she could watch our older boys could swim in the pool from the balcony while our 2 year old napped.

AN AMAZING HOME!! We so enjoyed our few days in paradise. Blue Water was the perfect place for relaxation with all the comforts of home. We especially loved that it is so close to the beach and many other nearby restaurants and attractions. Bike rental was a great way to see the local area. The pool area is beautiful and makes a great view from the beautiful balcony. All in all Blue Water is the perfect place for a beautiful vacation!

I just spent time in the Blue Water unit at Blue Mountain Beach. The Blue Water unit is recently remodeled and it is beautiful, relaxing and soothing. I like that the unit is located right near the pool and hot tub, and the overall surroundings are absolutely lovely. One of my friends saw some of my pictures and thought I was at a fancy resort! I highly recommend Blue Water and plan to stay there again. It is great for a family get away, couples or girlfriends weekend. The common areas and bedrooms are large, and each room has its own bath (which is important to me. There are also bunk beds for little ones. The unit has lots of space and privacy, which guests will enjoy and appreciate. Overall, the unit is beautifully appointed and I definitely to stay there again!

We enjoyed a great stay at this beautiful condo at Adagio. This unit has been recently renovated and is decorated in a lovely coastal style. Very clean and comfortable living and dining space with a huge porch overlooking the resort pool and fountain - beautiful lighting at night. There is a large dining table on the porch for outdoor meals and games. The condo has a great 65 inch smart TV and we just popped in our Firestick for movie nights. There is plenty of comfortable seating with space to spread out. We did use the kitchen - we cooked a couple of meals during our stay and there is a brand new gas stove and everything else that we needed. The bedrooms were all roomy and comfortable and each has its own bath. We didn't use the built in bunks but they provided fun additional space for sleeping, reading, etc. In addition to the beautiful resort pool, Adagio has a large, heated infinity pool that overlooks the gorgeous beach. We had very nice weather while there so it was perfect for a dip in the pool and many walks on the beach. The owners provide beach chairs and umbrella for guests but Adagio also has a beach chair service during the main season - there is a charge for the service but I love the simplicity of just walking down with my towel, book and beverage so would probably take advantage of that next time. We did walk to several restaurants - Blue Mabel is an easy walk from Adagio and is wonderful. We went to Blue Mountain bakery several times - it is yummy with many options for breakfast (best cinnamon rolls ever) and a good lunch special each day. There are a couple of markets within walking distance as well. The 30A bike/walking path runs right past Adagio so easy to bike east to Seaside or west to Gulf Place. Wonderful trip, can't wait to return!

Exceeded expectations!! The best condo I've stayed in to date. So many COMFY bedroom and sleeping options, it will fit everyones needs! The unit is very well stocked with pretty much everything you'd need.I absolutely loved the enormous balcony for morning coffee, dinner, and games. The hosts are excellent communicators, very helpful, and accommodating. Additionally, the location is perfectly situated near by the Publix and 30A's craziness. Staying at this condo made our vacation absolutely magnificent.

This condo has been recently updated and is absolutely beautiful. Everything from the wine fridge to the quartz countertops and fireplace are beautiful. You can tell the furniture and bedding were all selected with care and truly make the place feel like you are staying in a top notch hotel. Quick and easy access to the beach and huge pool are nice too. And it's a great central location to all the fun areas of 30A. Can't wait to go back!

What a perfect spot for a girl's weekend. The condo had everything we could possibly need and had plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and, even though it was too cold to try out the pool, we enjoyed the view. The condo is located in the perfect spot, with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We checked out several local restaurants (including Basmatis and Chanticleer) but our favorite experience was the private chef cooking the most delicious meal for us while we got to just sit around and enjoy each other's company. We'll definitely be returning and look forward to warmer weather so we can use the pools and beach.

Lovely, newly redecorated condo in Adagio. Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. High ceilings. New modern kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms is comfortable and well appointed. There is an alcove with sliding door with bunks for children. There were three couples in our group, and we all had plenty of room. Large balcony space for alfresco dining or enjoying the view of the beautiful courtyard and large swimming pool. There is an additional heated pool on the ocean side. The private beach is pristine and beautiful. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. We will definitely return.

We LOVED this condo in Adagio. Beautifully redecorated with a new modern kitchen. High ceilings with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Bedrooms are large and comfortable with connecting bathrooms. There is a spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard and large swimming pool. The balcony has a large table for outdoor dining with an additional area for lounging. The three couples in our group had plenty of room both inside the condo and on the balcony. The private beach is lovely, and there is a heated pool on the ocean side. Just a short walk to restaurants and a great coffee shop. We will definitely return!

We had a great stay at Blue Water, Adagio D303. The condo has been completely renovated and decorated in a lovely coastal style. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances and was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook and serve meals for our group. The condo is extremely spacious, we had plenty of room to spread out. All of the furniture is beautiful and comfortable! We especially enjoyed the huge porch which overlooks the multi-level pool and fountains - beautiful at night. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away and there are great places for morning walks or bike riding. There are several restaurants, a great bakery (with amazing cinnamon rolls), ice cream parlor and an organic market within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again!
