This condo was perfect! The location was excellent with beautiful views of the harbor and just below the draw bridge. The property was clean and so easy to settle into. We just loved it and hope to be back next year!

Modern, updated, very clean condo just steps away from downtown and the beaches. The view is incredible - we watched the boats and drawbridge right from the balcony every morning.

Weve been coming toCharleviox for 50 years, first stayed at Young’s State Park in our Airstream trailer, next years stayed at the marina in our boat, spent many days out on the lake fishing, loved standing out by the lighthouse, and watching the freighters coming into round lake, We could almost reach out and touch them, next in our motorhome staying in the areas great rv resorts, I chose Edgewater because we could sit on the balcony and watch the boats going in and out bringing back years of memories. It’s a lovely place to stay. George and Roxanne

This is our 5th visit to the Edgewater Inn and we have made this our yearly must do! Even though construction has not been completed, we loved our visit! The management company and construction workers were above all of our expectations! Looking forward to our next visit!

I'm not sure where to start. This was our anniversary weekend and they helped make it special for us. I asked if they could put rose petals in the bedroom as a surprise for my wife and they delivered. Rose petals and candlelight greeted us as we entered the unit and my wife loved it. The unit was clean and the view was great. We only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but no bed is as comfortable as your own. We were able to walk the city without having to drive anywhere. Within 20 minutes of Petoskey as well. I highly recommend to stay here.

We had a great stay here! The view was the amazing and the place was so cute and cozy. We loved eating breakfast on the porch and relaxing by the fire after a long day. We will be back!

Best in Northern Mi for the price! Walkable to a plethora of restaurants and shops, drivable to ski hills, roomier than a hotel room with access to a pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Loved the overall atmosphere of the condo. Would have been nice to know spa and pool under maintenance for some time juding by the signs that were up. Room and rest of the facility clean. Would stay again if hot tub was working.

Excellent condo, great location, limited desk services and unit does not have extra blankets or towels. Needs dish towels and dish cloths. Would be nice to have some spices and coffee in the condo since cooking there is an option. An absolutely lovely, accessible unit to stay in.

We came into town for a wedding and we’re able to get a unit with an amazing view of the water . Our friends were staying at other places and came over to spend time in our unit . It was spacious and had all the necessities we needed . The only comment I can make is the building / unit had an odor to it that set off a migraine and unfortunately instead of being able to explore the town before the wedding I had to spend it in bed sick . I’m not sure if it’s the building itself or the cleaning products but that we be the only improvement or concern I can make. Thank you for the beautiful accommodations. We have told our family and friends about it !

The condo had a beautiful view and was clean and relatively quiet. Only noise issue were with the trucks going over the drawbridge near by throughout the night. Sounded like loud rumbles of thunder. Other than that, the condo was fine and a convenient walk to town.

We never wanted to leave. The place was the best location, beautiful water view from the living room, awesome hot tub and pool. I miss it already!

The property was accurate to listing. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet location in walking distance of town - with strict rules, which made it perfect for our weekend stay. Bed is firm. Cook surface is small but works well. Nice big bathroom, except I was disappointed there wasn’t a hair dryer. The balcony is really great, but even if chilly you can see the water well from inside. Fireplace a plus! Wi-fi was a little spotty, and interrupted a movie too often… we wouldn’t have bothered except it was cold when we where there. I would return.

We love staying here!
Our only problem was the bed! Some people like hard beds, but I ended up needing to sleep on the lounge chair cause my lower back was in such pain all night.

Place was nicely decorated and clean. View was beautiful! Bed was comfortable. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working:( I asked before booking and when we got there but when we went down to the pool area there was a sign saying "no working" . But other than that our stay was great.
