Location was great, cottage was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that there were absolutely no extras. No dishrag to wash dishes (dishwasher pods, yes), no spices, cleaning supplies, or the other "extras" that we have found to be normal in all the other VRBO homes we've stayed in. Also, missed having a guest book to sign in and read what others have said. Overall, the stay was great and I would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay.The house was cozy and clean,and it was in close proximity to giftshops,restaurants,and the beach.I would highly recommend.

This is our 3rd time to this area. We love it down here. The spot is perfectly close to everything, no matter which direction you are going. The place had the basics in the kitchen to make your own meals. Each time the property manager has always been quick and easy to reach when needed. We will be back again.

The cottage was easy to find and close to the beach. It was clean and ready for our stay. The host communicated with us whenever we had a question. There was construction going on next door, but the crew didn't start work until 8am or so. Very thoughtful! It was a wonderful experience! We would HIGHLY recommend.

We love the area that this is located. It’s only a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. The house is very comfortable and has an excellent kitchen for preparing meals, nice TVs for entertainment and the internet worked without any issues. Super friendly hosts, an overall excelllent experience!

The little house was cleaned excellent. The 4 towels were, let’s say could have been a bit newer. 3 wash rags ( unit slept 4)
Coffee pot needs cleaned desperately with vinegar!
Otherwise was very simple no xtras.construction next door that wasn’t in the ad. They start work 7am. I asked if beach rented chairs & umbrellas, owner did not know!! They do till end of October !
I might go back in the future.

Just like described. Close to everything. The beach was just a short walk, food was close the house was clean and came with everything we needed. A quick Walmart pick up and we were set.

Absolutely loved the being able to come and stay at this cozy beach getaway! It was wonderful, and absolutely enjoyable. Less than a mile from the beach, and in a fantastic spot around the local eats, entertainment, and shopping!
We did have something to reach out to the owner about, but she was very quick to respond, and was very great to work with.
Did notice there were quote a few scuffs on the wall between the bedrooms, and rust on the bath curtain.
Outside of that, for the price it was an extremely nice place to stay! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a close spot to the beach!

The location is fantastic! The public beach access is a short and easy walk directly accords the road. The beach itself has chair and umbrella rentals readily available, as well as banana boat, parasailing, and jet ski rentals right at this public access point. There is a convenience store and surf style around the corner that carries groceries, beverages, beach supplies, and souvenirs. The road itself is low traffic and quiet. No fighting for parking at this rental, as there is plenty of space directly in front of the home. The layout of the rental is simple but perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean, upgraded, and stylish! All appliances worked as they should. Beds were comfortable. TVs were great quality. Check in and out process was so very easy. The host messaged instructions well in advanced and we did not have any troubles during our stay. I look forward to staying here again, thank you!

My husband and I took our one year old here for a beach vacation. This cozy home couldn’t have been more perfect. It was the perfect size for us. Not only was the home itself clean and comfortable, but the location couldn’t be more perfect! You get a “quiet” feel away from traffic but still walking distance to anything you will need- beach included! We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

From the time of our arrival we found this property to be just as listed. The check in process was simple as the home was nice & clean. The environment was a safe place with a family feel to it. We were able to rest here, and whenever we decided to leave for outdoor activities, we were always able to find a variety within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect property for a small family - beach access is close and quiet neighborhood.
House next door is under construction (spring 2023) so that added some noise and we couldn't enjoy the porch as much. Totally out of tht owners control but just a note if you are booking this property soonish.

Place exceeded our expectations. It was walking distance to the beach and in the heart of all the food and attractions. Was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. Will definitely be booking again when we visit!

Spring break 2023 was great! My wife and daughter and her friend had a great time in Gulf Shores. The only complaint would be the new build next to us. They started at 6:00 every morning and it would have been nice if the owner would have communicated that so we could have decided if we wanted to stay somewhere else. Other than that it was a great week.

I loved the location. Clean and cute cottage. The front deck was a plus and so was having Tvs in every room.

2nd stay here. It's well maintained and has basic cooking utensils. Convenient for walk to beach or bike ride at State Park.

Absolutely loved this little place. It was pretty spacious, very clean, and just a 4 Minute walk to the beach. We went for girls weekend and it was big enough for the 2 of us. It’s close to many restaurants and some shopping centers. The TV was neat as we could watch Roku as a guest. The Hangout which was a 6-7 minute walk was playing live music all night. It was nice to hear it on the porch! Definitely recommend this place if you are wanting cute, close to everything, and a spacious space to stay.
The only issues I had which are very small… were there is no handle in the shower and apparently it can get pretty slick. So just be careful. My other thing was the beds are a little uncomfortable but still manageable. Just something to get used to.

Excellent fit for two people, no ocean view, but just a block or two walk to the beach.
Since this place is off the main road there is little traffic to worry about.
Short walk to some nice restaurants.

Very nice property off the main drag for a quick fishing trip. Was able to safely park boat at property off the road 22ft bay boat. Breakfast at Waffle House and off to the one of local boat ramps. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

The cottage was super clean, very cute, and had everything we needed. We walked to the beach and the state park. We also used the free bikes at Gulf Shores state park. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a 5 day stay at this beautiful, quaint cottage within walking distance to the beach and everything else Gulf Shores has to offer! The entire experience was 10/10! The home was immaculately clean, and was furnished with a moderate "starter supply" of essentials- dish soap. laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. The outdoor shower was extremely helpful in avoiding bringing sand into the house. It was everything we needed without being obnoxiously excessive. We would love to revisit this location in the future- hopefully sooner rather than later!
