When I arrived there were small spiders in the sink and other dead bugs around. When called about it, the rental firm indicated that it had not been rented for a month. Apparently they or the owner did not check the house prior to my occupancy. There should have been better pricing for when it is over 110 degrees everyday.

Nice property, quiet neigbourhood. Yard is in need of more attention, gardeners do the minimum (no pruning or significant clean up) Hence, the slightest wind sends debris into the pool.
House is well equipped and functional.
Despite asking and paying for pool heat, it was not turned on prior to arrival. Took over 24 hours to heat the pool with the old and inefficient heater.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this home. It is a great location. But a bit outdated in terms of decor. The bathrooms are very outdated and the shower head I hallway bathroom was broken, so showering was a challenge. Sink stopper was broken.
Really disappointed in all of the fees and taxes. For 3 nights, the cost was roughly $1300.00. With taxes and fees to the tune of 700.00 it brought a 3 night stay to over 2000.00. The rules and regulations are a complete turnoff. I understand , these are city requirements, but they made us nervous our about having any fun out by the patio or pool. We did not use pool, as it was another $72.00 per day. We did however get charged a fee to clean pool. This is just wrong and should be removed if not using. There is also quite a bit of owner spices etc in cupboards, which was gross. Will come back to Palm Springs, but will book at a resort. So we can enjoy ourselves fully.

We were not able to use the bed. I left the day bed untouched so that it can be cleaned properly for future renters.
Sink in bathroom drains slowly, and
Trash can outside was almost full. The location of the property was peaceful and tranquil. House is not modern but nicely maintained.

Old, filthy, dilapidated and certainly NOT updated. I wasted so much money on this house and we left after one night. It was the dirtiest house with broken lamps and furniture, missing light bulbs. Missing blinds in bedrooms giving no privacy from neighbors . Those awful shower handles are still there and my kid almost scalded himself trying to turn the shower on. Dirty banged up walls and doors. Gross popcorn ceiling with dirt and cobwebs all over. Pool wouldn’t heat and hot tub took hours and kept turning off. Back patio was so dirty. Tile around hot tub patio is falling out leaving gaps around hot tub. Definitely the worst property and we couldn’t stay for health reasons as my youngest has asthma. Trying to get my money back to pay for the hotel we went to but of course no response from Vacasa. Wish I would have read about Vacasa prior to renting this house. They have the worst reviews. I took pictures of everything and sent to them per their request and now they aren’t even responding to me.

Loved the house had everything we needed...pool was amazing and private...perfect cool water temperature! Shower heads both need to be changed that was the major problem....fridge wasn't cooling but repair person sent immediately next morning and fixed it...great overall experience

Manager Frank was very cooperative with check in and out. Very helpful... even brought us a bag of grapefruit from his tree! The owner Jim was very informative and flexible concerning pandemic requirements and regulations.

My favorite part of the inside was the lovely great room. The kitchen is open to the dining area with wet bar, which is open to the great room with vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace. Really really lovely and a pleasant place to spend time.
Outdoors hands down is the pool. It was in the 60s when we were there so we paid the daily fee for pool heating and spent so much time out there. Loved it. The spa heated up quickly when we wanted to use that as well. Using the spa is included in the rental price but heating the pool is extra.
Also loved having use of the garage to park the car in. Didn’t take advantage of the bikes but they looked good. Enjoyed walking the dog around the area

My favorite part of the inside was the lovely great room. The kitchen is open to the dining area with wet bar, which is open to the great room with vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace. Really really lovely and a pleasant place to spend time.

Like most rental homes, there is an extra charge to heat the swimming pool, but with this rental there is no extra charge to heat the spa.

Located off the main 25mph street in a quiet ‘no exit’ neighborhood, this home is conveniently suited for couples or families. Walking on sidewalks or riding bikes (provided) in well marked bike lanes was a plus; grocery stores and restaurants are located within 2 miles to the north and south, & 3 miles to downtown and the Thursday street market.
Although you can hear planes taking off no matter where you are in Palm Springs, this home is not near either flight path.
The privacy of the back yard/pool/spa was a tremendous benefit, especially for naturists.
