Beautiful home and location. Home was exactly as described in listing. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Host was very responsive. I loved that there was beach gear we could actually use. Plenty of games to play. Check in and out was easy. I'd like to thank the hosts for their suggestions and troubleshooting sections in the home manual!

We so enjoyed the home - decorated and furnished beautifully, so warm and inviting. Easy check-in, great communication with the owner, no problems. Super, super easy check-out instructions. Location was amazing, short walk to Dillon Beach store. This neighborhood is full of short-term rentals, but I like to think this was the nicest of them all!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Star Haven! I went with some girlfriends for the weekend. The home is beautiful and clean. Linda’s guestbook provides detailed instructions on how to work everything in the home. The check in and out process was easy. The location is great with a short walk to the beach. We would definitely come back here again!

This vacation home was perfect size for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Spent 2 days downtown San Fran and the rest of the week at Sea Star Haven, walking the beach, in the hot tub or getting a workout walking the neighborhood streets. One day visited a couple Vineyards in Sonoma, another at Muir Woods and hiked the Bodega Trail. All family friendly fun. Linda was a very friendly and responsive host, when we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay at Sea Star Haven and would stay again. Thank You Linda.

The house waws nicely appointed and perfectly laid out for our stay. The decor exudes coastal casual but with all the higher end touches you want for a vacation. I especially appreciated the prompt response for check-in and question during our stay. We didn't long for anything during our stay.

Linda and her beautiful home in Dillon Beach were fantastic. Communication and accuracy of listing was spot on. As someone who uses VRBO 2-4 times a year, this was our best experience.

We had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful and a great location. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is one shower in the hallway downstairs that leaked water when used. Just wanted to mention that.

We stayed here for a couple nights as a family and had a wonderful time. The house was comfortable and perfect for a family of 4, and the location was great. Easy access to the beach and a nice warm hot tub to come back to. I highly recommend this property!!

The house was great - well stocked kitchen, easy walk to the beach access at the end of the street, hot tub, etc. My wife and I loved taking walks on the beach each morning (met lots of friendly people and dogs). It was dark and clear enough one night that we got some excellent pictures of the Milky Way, too. We would gladly visit/stay again.

We were looking for a place to get away and relax for a few days that was close to the Bay Area and this place fit the bill. Easy to get to in beautiful area. The house was clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. We loved playing cards on the deck and enjoyed the hot tub for those foggy evenings. Easy access to Point Reyes and Tomales Bay for oysters and cheese tasting and Bodega Bay right to the north for beautiful hikes. Great getaway with all the conveniences of home.

Spent my birthday weekend at this home with our friends and their children. For a beach house, we thought it was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and loved the layout. Just a short walk from the beach with an awesome hot tub, it made for a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back here again.

This is a modern home with many amenities including a hot tub, gas fireplace, and pool table. We enjoyed the window seat with a sliver view of the ocean. It’s an easy walk down to the beach or to the general store. The owner, Linda, was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Beautiful, clean, great features, close to beach, and host was professional and kind. Already reserved our stay for next year. We went during the off season in December. For those going to the beach on the regular during the summer, there are literally two exterior showers and three interior full bathrooms. Perfect for rinsing off the sand before getting back inside. Same with using the hot tub. The design of this place is outstanding, and all the features work well together.
Be aware there is sometimes no cell coverage here, so you will need to ensure you get the directions before you arrive. Linda was great about getting us the information we needed in a timely manner and answered all our questions.

Super clean and beautiful- Everything was great about the property- location, amenities and all the details. Would have liked soap in the showers and some glass dishes and stemware. Hard to drink a nice Sonoma County wine we purchased locally in a plastic glass- so we ended up purchasing wine glasses. Thank you for sharing your home= we had a great time.

We had a fantastic time renting this place.
Cons:
The doors are a bit complicated to use, the small room (small door) near the air hockey table is a little strange and hand soap dispensers could use a slight update.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach house rental at Dillon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The decor was lovely, beds comfy, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach with great tidepools! The kids favorite feature was the hot tub...the adults favorite feature on cool days or chilly evenings was the fireplace...toasty at the touch of a button!

Perfect family holiday house
This property was just right for our family. A morning at the tidal pools and the beach was followed by fun in the hot tub. The air hockey table led to family competitions. A plethora of secluded sitting areas in the house were perfect to sit with a grandchild or curl up with a good book. And cool, foggy evenings in front of the fire capped off fun days!

Wonderful getaway
This house is in Great location in a quiet neighborhood. House is new and clean. Great place to cook meals together while the kids play games. It’s an easy walk to the beach to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Would definitely come back.
