Very professionally managed property. Felt like a combo of condo plus some nice features you find in a hotel. A lot of thoughtful touches like a brand new coffee pot, new air fry/toaster oven, dishwasher was great so we didn’t spend time washing dishes. And things like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, Kleenex, coffee creamer, etc. We have stayed in other places that didn’t have these things. It was sparkling clean. Nicely outfitted kitchen including stemmed wine glasses, glass bar ware, and nice pottery plates. Nicely decorated with Beach theme. It was so pleasant! We spent a lot of time on the balcony in the evening. Nice beach, great chef in the on-site restaurant. We took advantage of the grocery service and it was awesome having food and drinks in the refer when we arrived. We will definitely be back! We even played pickle ball for the first time! It was quiet and very relaxing. Just a mile from Christiansted, which we really enjoyed. We highly recommend this property and travel to St Croix. We won’t go back to St Thomas after enjoying the friendly people, stunning beaches, and less crowds in St Croix!

The unit was as advertised, and very nicely appointed. One setback was that the coffee maker didn't brew the k-cup properly, and made a big mess. Other Tham that minor issue, it was a perfect stay. I would recommend, and stay here again.

The unit was 5 mins from historic Christensted which was great for going out. There was a restaurant on site but we did not eat there. The complex was well maintained and though it was not gated there was security. The unit was perfect for 2 people. Clean and the management company was great with communication. We would definitely rent this unit again..

Everything about our home away from home for the week was truly stunning. We chose this property because it was centrally located and we were completely satisfied. All of the appliances worked fine the air conditioner was very much needed. We enjoyed several meals out on the patio. My husband and I were celebrating our 22nd anniversary, we entered the condo and we’re surprised with balloons, a Happy Anniversary message, welcome pastries and a bottle of wine chilling in the refrigerator. Thank you Laurel. We went to dinner at La Cuisenaire for our Anniversary, which was fabulous. Watching the Crucian sunrises from the Jacuzzi was unforgettable. Snorkeling at Buck Island, Hotel on the Cay, Cane Bay and Rainbow Beach was breathtaking. Seeing all of the beautiful fish was breathtaking. It was like being in a giant fish tank. All of the locals we encountered were extremely friendly and everyone greets you throughout the day. We toured Fort Fredriksted, drove up to Point Udall and saw many other places in between. We happened upon the Mutiny Vodka Distillery at Sion Farms. We tried the conch fritters, which were excellent and also bought a few bottles of their vodka. The only disappointment was when it was time to check out of “Serenity by the Sea”. We definitely plan to return.

Comfortable and well situated condo. Nice grounds and restaurant/bar on site. Don was very helpful with preparing us for our trip to the USVI. Highly recommend this as a place to hang your hat. Looking forward to staying here again.

Location is minutes from Christiansted broad walk/waterfront and town shopping. Easy to get to and from local areas. Will request to rent again when in st. Croix

My wife, twelve year old son and I truly enjoyed this unit and our morning breakfast times on the balcony. The evening breezes was also a treat. The location of this unit made it easy for us to visit the pier, shops, and the Hotel on the Cay beach. The site beach is okay to soak up the sun and breeze but not for us to swim. It would have been nice to have thicker curtains in the living room because the morning sunshine challenged my son who slept in the living room bed. Overall…great stay!

The owners were amazing and always answered quickly. They gave us plenty of ideas for things to check out while on the island and also helped with information about covid testing to get on the plane. The listing is just as described and so are the pictures. The whole place was super clean when we arrived and the bed was the most comfortable. The back porch had a great view and we spent alot of time out there. The only thing I didn't love was the pool being right next to the resturant, but it was such a minor thing is didn't bother our trip or activities at all. We could just open the sliding door and the strong winds kept the room cool all day (and you could hear and smell the ocean+++). The beach was kept neat and the snorkeling was amazing out a little ways to the Reef. We really had everything right on site and never needed to leave. We walked down town twice and it only took us about 15 minutes. Thanks to the owners for an unforgettable place to stay duing and unforgettable trip. You truly made it special!

Superb communication made this a very easy vacation for us. The location was perfect - with the beach right outside our balcony. Condo unit was well stocked and made us feel at home. Highly recommended.

Great location and view, easy parking. Very nice owners. Property NOT described accurately. Everything we got indicated a newly renovated, updated unit. The cabinets are peeling (kitchen & bathroom both. plastic laminated), the microwave didn't work properly with part of the face missing, all the trying pans were unusable. Broken door handles to patio with the sliding door not working properly. The property manager was to replace the microwave on Wednesday after we got there. 3 Wednesdays later, still no word from him. My husband slept on the couch because the bed sunk when he tried to sleep there (200#) for three.weeks. I looked under the bathroom sink and couldn't store anything it was so dirty. The kitchen sink disposal doesn't work and the property management doesn't want them to replace it as the waste management system can't handle them. That's ok - but it stunk so bad. We bought drain cleaner & a plunger and my husband (he's handy) flushed it to eventually stop the smell. He also moved handle parts around on the sliding glass door so we had one handle, instead of two broken ones. The Internet worked well, the TV as well. Keep in mind the time zone, so there's not a lot to watch. There is a DVD player and some moves too. I used my iPad quite a bit in lieu of trying to find TV to watch. We let the owner know we had to buy a blanket and frying pan, broom, mop, etc. and he gladly reimbursed us for those items.The grounds have seen better days, the pool and whirlpool have debris in them because no one cleans them. 3 rusted grills were hauled away during our stay and one new one replaced them, so there are 2 working grills (we didn't use them). The hedges are not trimmed and have quite a bit of weeds in them. Not like the online photos.The appliances FYI are 13 years old (I looked them up-xcept the fridge). The A/C works decent, keep in mind if you're a light sleeper, the one in the bedroom has quite a roar (window unit) When we left, I removed the pillow protectors to pile with the laundry as requested and found 2 that should have been long ago thrown in the garbage.The woman at the Property Office is super nice - you get laundry tokens there ($3.50 each), as well as the groundskeeper.For our "inconvenience" the property owner added $33 to the money owned.

We particularly enjoyed breakfasting on the condo’s balcony before launching into the day’s activities.

The owners of the property Judy and Don are very responsive as it their maintenance man, Kevin. The condo is centrally located to grocery stores, beaches, and excursions. It could use some new fry pans, as the ones there are bowed, but was otherwise well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, bath towels and everything you need to relax and either do your own cooking or hop in the car and go to Blue’s BBQ, The Landing Restaurant, Fat Boys Food Truck, or Quality Market’s for amazing deli sandwiches. Unfortunately the restaurant BREEZEZ on site was not open due to a change in ownership and that was disappointing. Glitches in paperwork appear to be slowing down the process. When it opens, I’m sure it will be amazing, as we watched many workers cleaning, painting and updating the restaurant. We did end up purchasing some beach towels simply because there were only two that came with the rental, but that was a non issue for us. Water socks are a must on the section of the island, as the beach is quite full of coral, sea grass and sea urchins. We did not snorkel here during our stay as the water was quite rough, but we did snorkel at Buck Island, Cane Bay, and Rainbow Beach; all are must see places. Another must see is Sandy Pointe turtle refuge, only open on weekends when turtles are not nesting. The most beautiful water and beach we’ve ever seen. The groundskeepers on this complex are up and working early and always ready with a friendly smile and wave and “have a good day!”We would definitely stay at this unit again if our schedules allowed. The condo was clean, and updated. Great view of the ocean. Easy access to get to plus close to Christiansted. Would stay there again and would encourage family members to stay there also.

This condo is in a great location with nice amenities. You will not be disappointed! Very quiet and much better than staying in town.
