We enjoyed this unit! The extra window, the fireplace and the quality furnishings were appreciated. We were not able to use the balcony due to remodeling, but it was cool weather anyway. The kitchen is well stocked, but coffee filters would have been nice. Thank you!

This condo had a lot of nicer amenities than others! Tiled walk-in shower, nice fireplace and kitchen - with plenty of kitchen supplies, lovely doorwall view of the lake and also a window in the dining area to watch the drawbridge, which other condos in the middle of the building don't have the privilege! Very friendly and helpful staff! A few drawbacks to us were: There is a general smell of mold/perhaps water damage somewhere in the condo- kitchen/living rm area. The bedroom is consumed by an enormous bed and cramped to get around; also the mattress and bedding were uncomfortable and in need of updating. The bldg can be noisy with hearing people talking and walking around, as well as noise from vehicles going over the bridge. Overall, it IS a nice place and we would enjoy returning to visit again sometime!

The unit was very nice, clean and the view great. However, part of the reason we chose this place was that they had a sauna, hot tub and pool. Neither The hot tub or sauna worked at all while we were there for three days and 2 nights. The staff just said it was operator error, which was not true. We know how to turn the dial. We did hear from the house cleaning staff that there were always problems with the hot tub. If you’d like to use these amenities, I would not recommend staying here.

Located in a beautiful small beach town. We walked to the beach, shops and restaurants. Set on the balcony and watched the boats and the ferry go under the draw bridge. Nice relaxing vacation.

This condo was so comfortable and inviting. We had a wonderful water view with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. The location was ideal being right in town. We could easily walk to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a great location. Great views of downtown and Round Lake. The condo was very nice and clean. We also used Tommy’s Boat Rental referred by the management and had an awesome time driving around lake Charlevoix.

The property is perfectly located to downtown, beach, drawbridge, on Round Lake. The condo has everything as described. The only upgrade that I would recommend is more comfortable patio furniture. The indoor furniture is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed watching the boats from our patio.

Our room was nice the only th8ng we didn’t care for was bedspread and pillows need to have things that you can wash when you are rented it out don’t need a bunch of pillows on bed and the rugs need to be washable. We can’t believe there is no one there after 6 pm we had people come up to the door that wanted to bring their stuff in because of the snow their car was closest to that door not the front someone needs to be on call all the time
