This clean and well equipped condo was perfect. It is located at the end of the inlet- very quiet but also has (2) fine dining restaurants across the street. We walked to pier every day along the beach. Nightlife in Murells Inlet and antique stores abound. Can’t wait to come back! As for the only negative review that is posted here - consider it an exaggeration and null and void.

Spotless, with everything you need for an extended stay. Great location, but not to near the main center of activity in the busy months. Not facing the beach but right on the beach. Nice grounds, pool, etc. We walked the beach every day. In February, we had it all to ourselves.

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Convenient to all areas in the Grand Strand. Just Perfect all around!!

We searched VRBO for ocean/beach front rental. While the building is ocean front this unit is not. The view is of laundry room building on one side and street and parking lots on the other. This unit was not very clean, linens were old, and stained. Vent in bathroom was pulled away from wall and heavy dirt and dust was on ceiling and wall, above towel rack. Fire extinguisher hanging on end of cupboards above counter was thick with dust and dirt. The catwalk to the beach ends in the middle of the dunes, so you have to walk thru deep sand to reach the beach. For seniors, this was difficult. We have stayed in various rentals over the last 30 years, from Outer Banks to Pawleys Island, and this was the worse stay overall.

Had a very relaxing week. Location was great....steps to the beach. Convenient to our favorite places. Owners quick to respond. Main bedroom needs a new mattress and unit needs a dehumidifier but fans helped. Rates were very reasonable, though. Would stay again.

The property is very well maintained. I loved everything about the location! Michele was great with communication from the initial booking until completion of our trip.

Nice place. Nice and clean when we arrived. Its priced higher than the same comparable place we stay at normally but nice area to take your dog with you.

Older but well maintained property, bathrooms small. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and well stocked. Had to rent last minute and this was a great deal. Across the street from a terrific restaurant. Really nice area of beach and nice sized pool.

Place was great close to beach and pool easy parking would recommend.

Perfect location, perfect place , we had a wonderful time. We were saddened that we weren’t given the first right of refusal for our time there, as we were there at the same time last year, and we’re asked if we wanted to return this year, as we did. Oh well, we’ll find another for next year.

We just love this condo, it is steps from the beach, has all that is needed for convenience. We have used this condo many times before and will be using it again. The folks who live there are extremely friendly and helpful with any needed info about what do do and best eating places.

This was our initial 1 month stay with VRBO as we both retired and wanted to try it out before jumping in for 3 months/6 months. What a wonderful experience! The Condo was just as described and the pictures spot on. The Condo was spotless as well as the property. The pantry was well stocked from dishes, utensils, spices to various bathroom/personal items. Although we rented in January and it was to cold to use the pool, I walked the beach everyday. It was a stone's throw away and was so tranquil. The check-in process was seamless and I never had to reach out to the owner during our stay as we never had any issues! We had a number of wonderful sunset evenings on the balcony. The Gulfstream Restaurant is right across the street which was great for walking over for drinks or meals! We found so many things to do - Charleston day trip - Brook Gardens - Pawley Islands..and the list goes on. Michele had coupon books in the condo which was great. This condo complex is where we used to stay with our children every summer. Love the family friendly area. Very convenient for Christmas with our children since our son lives in Georgetown and the unit was well supplied. And of course one of the plus areas was that we could bring our dog with us… He is part of our family. The owner was more than gracious and very helpful. Highly recommend this unit

Excellent location! Less than 100 steps to enjoy the beach. Also enjoyed the pool. Building is older but well maintained. Condo is quaint and has a lovely balcony to sit on to relax. It is on the first level so only a few stairs to get in and out of the building. There is a ramp on the side of the building. It was biker week while we were visiting. A lot of loud motorcycle traffic on the main roads but quiet where the condo is located. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed in 2021 and rebooked for 2022. The condo has it all including views of pool and ocean and bay. Gulfstream Restaurant across the street is wonderful. Condo was clean and updated.
