Everything about the experience was fantastic. We had a covid related surprise the day of check in and they were beyond accommodating. I cant thank the host and property manager enough for all their help, if your looking for a stress free trip, i suggest renting this house. The pictures don't do it justice, the kids had a blast in the basement and its extremely close to just about everything. I will definitely rent from them again

We stayed with 2 families of 4 and loved the house. The kids all loved the bunk bed room, the location of the house is easy to get to and close to lots of activities. The house is also very clean, and has lots of space. We plan on staying again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was amazing! So big with fabulous decor. The basement was a favorite hang out to play pool along with the huge deck and hot tub. Such a peaceful community,
Enjoyed having coffee on the deck where the deer would come visit you. Our kids have already asked to come back next year ! We will definitely be back again!!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Coyote Cliff. It was a very welcoming, clean home. We loved sitting by the fire and watching TV, relaxing after our hike in the hot tub and cooking dinners in the huge kitchen. This home is perfect for large families or a couple like us. We really truly liked the home so much that we didn't want to leave. (Neither did our pup!) We can't wait to come back.

We've stayed in at least a dozen rentals in the poconos over the years, and honestly Ive come to have very low expectations. This house was awesome! Super clean and well maintained. We loved that it was fully stocked with the basics and that linens were included. Everything feels fresh and new, and there was plenty of room to spread out. Very close to Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Great communication from the owner and property manager. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

A lot of paperwork details (license plate numbers)
A lot expected to be done or charged yet a cleaning fee is part of the rental fee and a mandatory property protection fee
Didn’t get code until an hour after check in.
A parking pass was missing and had to be delivered
Trash drop off a distance away and not easy to find having to carry trash in car and offsite.
House is beautiful and many amenities.
Owner quick and responsive to texts
Extended our stay from 11 to 1 for inconvenience but didn’t see text until after we already checked out at 11
Website says pet friendly but really the owner has extreme allergies and most types of dogs cannot be allowed. Would be best to just remove pet friendly from the listing.

We stayed for a long weekend and had the best time at this clean and modern property. The house is just as it looks in pictures but bigger! The game room was such a great space to hang out. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of basics and enough dishes/mugs etc for everyone. We loved seeing deer so close to the house. The property manager Frank was super responsive and kind. We had an issue come up which he was able to quickly resolve on a holiday weekend. He even had pizza sent over to make up for this (things happen, nothing is wrong with the house!). We were 8 adults and 7 kids and had plenty of space. Every room had huge TVs and closets! The kids bunk room was awesome. A lovely snack and supply basket was left upon check in that had something in it for everyone! We would absolutely stay again!

This was a great place for a few families getting together to ski for the wknd. Close drive to Big Boulder and Jack Frost. Lots of sleeping options. Fun space in the basement for kids to hang. Thoughtful amenities in the kitchen to make feeding and taking care of our big crew easy. Property manager was super helpful and great comms.

The house was close to skiing, tubing and shopping. The house provided us a place that all ages in our family to have fun from the backyard for sledding for the younger family and also the game room to play pool and foosball for all ages. The house had plenty of room for ten of us and our two dogs we will come back to spend the holidays together its a great tradition.

House was great for our family! The home had everything we needed and the towels and linens were a huge plus. The house was very clean. Game room down stairs was awesome. The pots and pans aren’t great, but got the job done. The neighbors complained about noise before the quiet hours. Our kids were just enjoying the hot tub and it was only 9:30, but we followed the rules and brought them in at 10. It was annoying that they complained before they had the right too, but they didn’t ruin the fun. All the rooms were comfortable and the fireplaces were nice. I found the pricing to be really confusing on the listing, but next time I’ll pay more attention. Overall we had a great weekend.

The house is beautifully decorated and the layout is great. Everything was very clean and some supplies were provided- an unexpected surprise. A welcome basket was appreciated and we all enjoyed using it. The only disappointment and out of everyones control, the lake was unavailable for swimming. However, the pool was clean and we enjoyed using it. only 8 wristbands were given and we needed more but we were not able to purchase additional ones.

We rented this home for our family vacation (grandparents, parents and 2 children). The home was comfortable and cozy, yet so large! We had lots of space with every amenity considered. The manager, Frank, was so helpful and available during our stay always with a friendly response. We felt so welcome and loved exploring each thoughtfully decorated room and area. The game area on the bottom floor was so huge and fun. The yard was lovely and the hot tub was awesome. We loved the quiet peaceful mornings enjoying coffee on the deck while watching the deer munch nearby. I would absolutely recommend this property to groups large or small! A very accommodating house in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and Deborah left little to be desired in the form of kitchen or bathroom necessities. It’s a very nice house with a great family room with a pool table and dry bar in the basement The property manager , Frank was always helpful. Thank you Deborah and Frank for a fun family getaway .

Absolutely perfect!!
I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this one was the most organized and beautifully decorated homes. Exceptionally clean and looks exactly like the listing. The lake is about a 5 min drive away and there’s plenty to do nearby. The welcome basket was a wonderful surprise. Don’t hesitate…just book it!

A nice place to get away
Hosted a weekend getaway with multiple friends. The home was wonderful to stay in. A great vibe and a very nice place to stay. Amenities were all top notch, and the property manager was always able to be contacted if needed. Neighborhood is pretty strict when it comes to noise, especially at night, so keep in mind when staying. Thanks again for a great trip!

Relaxing porch setting. The teenagers liked the hot tub as well as myself. Good area to fish with a guide. If you need anything for the home you get quick response.

Coyote Cliff Corner in July
Check in at 3pm was simple, albeit there was a plumber at the house as well as the cleaning service when we got there. We arrived on Sunday and didn’t have reliable working hot water until Thursday afternoon. It was a holiday, so I’m sure that caused some of the delays. We had to deal with 2 more visits from plumbers. The house was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The coffee pot handle was broken and that could have caused a huge issue if it broke with hot coffee in it. It was replaced for us the next day (in the afternoon). Some of the kitchen items were dirty and needed to be cleaned before we used them. The neighborhood was nice and fairly quiet, but you were not close to any major shopping or dining options (if that’s important to you).

Cant wait to stay again!
My family and I which included young children, really enjoyed Coyote Cliff Corner. Their favorite room was the room with bunk beds, as for us adults, we really enjoyed the basement! The home was large enough to comfortably fit two full families! During our stay we spent most of our time in the basement playing pool and watching tv. We wished we owned the home ourselves! Only staying a few days we didnt want to leave. We will definitely stay there again! Thanks for the great stay great communication! 5 out 5 stars

Great for family with kids.
The built-in bunkbed room is amazing for kids… And there are BIG televisions in each bedroom which made for everyone to get some alone time during a family vacation. The house was fully stocked and that the linens and towels were provided was ideal! I would stay there again.

Great Weekend Away!
The house was beautiful and very clean! There was so much at the home to do to keep us entertained! The weather was very nice so we enjoyed the back deck during the day and in the evening we spent most of out time in the basement playing pool and video games on the TV! ( we brought out own game system). I would definitely recommend this home to others!

This property is everything it states in the description. The only issue we had was the neighbors calling the police on us for having soft music on before quiet hours other than that we had a great time.

Great home for a large group!
Our group of friends just spent a long weekend at Coyote Cliff and it's a great home, in a great location too! The bedrooms were spacious and we had plenty of room to gather for meals and to hang out. The house is clean, and the owner was responsive to any questions we had. The hot tub and basement rec room was fabulous too... just wished we had more time to enjoy them! We did get to enjoy the deck fireplace one evening though. We would definitely consider renting this home again - preferably during summer/fall when we can enjoy the outdoor deck and water activities near by.

Coyote Cliff Corner was just the right home for our family getaway. The property is comfortable, is tastefully appointed, and has lots of space, especially beds. We really enjoyed the game room. The listing is accurate. Communication with the owners was excellent.
