This was a last minute trip to spend our Thanksgiving in Maine. We have relatives that live there year-round. The property was very secluded and peaceful. We live a busy life in New Jersey and it was nice to relax and spend time with family. The house was absolutely beautiful! It had all the amenities and was very clean. The game room was hit for the kids and it kept them off of their phones and laptops. There was an abundance of clean towels and extra bedding. The property manager was very informative and available for any questions and concerns. We will definitely be back! Thank you Diane for allowing our family to stay at your gorgeous home and property! Great spot for our family gathering!

This fresh, clean house was fun and filled with comfort and entertainment. After a long hike, nothing was better than soaking in the hot tub, relaxing in front of tv, and cooking in the huge, well-equipped kitchen. The location was convenient and quiet. We would recommend 100%.

We are a large family group that travelled from many different states to celebrate an 80th birthday. This property is large and accommodated our large party beautifully. It is comfortable and lovely, and the grounds are quiet and peaceful. Our host was gracious and responded to emails very quickly. I highly recommend this property!

We decided that a midwinter getaway was just what we needed, and this property (with hot tub and pool table) did not disappoint! There were three families with kids ranging 18m to 10years old, and 6 adults. Everyone had enough space to spread out when couples/families wanted privacy and there was plenty of gathering room for family meals, games, movies, and conversation. The proximity to Acadia was a bonus and we took advantage of the trails down at the park, as well. Cooking utensils were provided and the host was so helpful and responsive! We all had a great time and I'm already wondering if I should plan another trip up there with my sister...

We had a wonderful weekend relaxing. We did a few quick outings into town and to Acadia but mainly rested at the home. The kids loved the basement game room and we all loved the hot tub which was incredibly warm even on a 9 degree day. The kitchen was very well equipped. I highly recommend this house if you have a large group.

Our family of 8 spent Thanksgiving in this immaculate and comfortable home. Most of the furniture was new, and all of the beds were so comfortable. The master bedroom suite was so cozy with its own fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom and office. The layout of the home was also great as we could spread out in the living room or in the basement in the leather stadium seating reclining chairs. The location of the home was also great as it was close to downtown Bar Harbor as well as Acadia. We would definitely rent this home again!

This house is exactly as pictured. Brand new which is why there aren't many reviews. Everything is well laid out and thoughtfully designed down to every minor detail. It is state-of-the-art. And it is huge. More than enough room for multiple family/friend groups. The master suite is like a mini apartment. There are two sets of laundry machines, a giant kitchen, gas grill, and a theater in the basement. The yard and patio are gorgeous. Fire pit in back. Tons of privacy in the house itself and between this property and the neighbors. Decor is modern and gorgeous. House was immaculate. The property is beautiful, situated in the woods away from the noise of the street but easy access to everything. I don't sleep well on vacation but did on this trip. The bed was extremely comfortable and it's very quiet. We could not have asked for a more beautiful location. We drove, so having a car made it easy to get in and out of town and Acadia. I can imagine anyone traveling here would have a car but thought it worth a mention just in case. Only a few minutes from wherever we wanted to go. Centrally located. The property manager was exceptional, and his customer service was beyond excellent. We had a nightmare issue with another VRBO, and needed to find new accommodations. "C" is the property manager and he went above and beyond to help us in the transfer. We cannot say enough good things. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and VRBOs over the years and this was, by far, the nicest house, property, and customer service ever. Extremely grateful we had the opportunity to stay here. Bar Harbor is an amazing place. Anyone who stays here will likely be extremely impressed. Can't wait to return someday! Thanks for everything!!

This this the best home we ever rented before. We and the kids really loved it while we staying there for 3 nights.
