Our stay here was excellent. Great location on the beach. Plenty of room for our group. Would stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this house. We have really enjoyed this home away from home. It's a beautiful location and the sunrise and sunset views are amazing. The only negatives this time around were the house could use a nice deep clean. It was clean looking when we first walked in but once getting settled there were hairs in the rugs and grime in the corners. Hairs in some of the towels. Some of the door knobs needed a good tightening as they were hanging off the bedroom doors. The bunk beds were a bit wobbly and needed some screw tightening. Normal wear and tear things but do need to be addressed. Some of the frying pans had food residue left on them. There was a slight smoking smell and the windows were left slightly open. We still had a great time and made great memories in this house. We truly enjoyed our stay. I just hoped I wouldn't have to do a little extra cleaning on my vacation.

This was a perfect location, outside of town, but not too far from a lot of amenities. There’s a very nice local grocery store, less than half a mile away. The beach privacy was wonderful! Everything was very clean and orderly in the home

I was looking for a place to stay with my family for the holidays we just wanted to relax and open Christmas presets and this house was perfect for the occasion the house really big and loves hoja each bedroom had its in private restroom.

The house was perfect for our family, we were visiting family who winter in the RV Park. The beds were comfortable and all the linens were great. The house lacked small amenities like tissues, tupperware, plastic wrap, etc. The living room furniture wasn't comfortable.

Great view and access to beach

This property is just gorgeous! The house is beautiful and well designed for a large group with a bathroom in every room PLUS a guest bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom offers a beautiful view to wake up to with just the right amount of privacy. Can we talk about the shower in there - AMAZING water pressure, making it feel like a vortex spa of relaxation! The family was able to quickly access the beach via the beautiful and scenic walkway down. The evenings on the porch were so relaxing! No need for tv/phones just pure relaxation. WE did have an issue with ants in the pantry along with other cleaning issues -but with all the other positives - we worked through it. Stores and restaurants are close by but you are far enough away from the shopping that it still feels relaxing! We had the best time! Don't think about this house - book it!

Loved the home! It was beautiful and great location to the beach! Our family had a wonderful time.

Overall, the house was nice, spacious, with many amenities and places to relax. The access to the beach is great. We even found a little family of rabbits that live in the backyard. our only downside was difficulty with unlocking the door upon arrival and getting in touch and gettin in touch with trip services to help didn’t happen. We also had difficulty getting to speak with somebody about having no access to the house for a period of 45 minutes. We also were given incorrect information about Internet access.Both the Internet name, and the password key code for the Internet were incorrect that were given to us upon arrival. The owners had posted a card framed card inside the house that had the correct name of the Internet and the correct password on it. A suggestion would be more access to washcloth and towels for longer stays. And the washcloth given were very and thin and need to be replaced. My husband found and repaired replaced an arm that had come off a white adrirondak chair on the back porch discovers on arrival.This must have happen with a previous tennant. The soap dispenser on the dishwasher needs attention. The outdoor shower also has of a water leak perpetual drip going on all the time. Is it the propane tank outside need some attention paid to the rusted parts on the top of the tank. OK oh Ryan reminded me sometime during the week and I reminded myself last night or yesterday sometime he put our account number into the YouTube TV in the in the Living Ro

The house was perfect to host a women’s weekend - with its own boardwalk to the beach! Plenty of beds and room. The price was right and worth the stay. Easy check in and check out.

Loved the space and each room having private restroom.

The house is well furnished, and the view was beautiful. However, it was advertised as non-smoking which was certainly not the case.When I called Vacasa to tell them about it, I was told to open all of the windows and doors to air the home. We're in an excessive heat wave. The heat was terrible. We then purchased air fresheners trying to deodorize. Members of our group have health problems. Two have CPAP'S. They had to change filters in their machines after they left because they wreaked of smoke. The home is definitely not a smoke free home. It also had an ant infestation in the kitchen. They need a new cleaning service and an exterminator.

Our mini vacay was great. The house looked as shown in the pictures, and was very comfortable during our stay. House was fully equipped with all you would need-pots, pans, and utensils in the kitchen, and extra blankets in the bedroom. My only issue was that there was a broken dryer but other than that our stay was very nice. Having our own private walkway to the beach was a plus also!

We really enjoyed the home for our summer family gathering! There’s plenty of space, it’s solidly built, the kitchen is HUGE, and we had a beautiful private boardwalk to the beach! You’ll want to setup your beach spot early in the day because of other folks using the beach, but it’s great just being able to walk back-and-forth from the beach to the house

This house was amazing and enabled to have such a wonderful time in Galveston. The location and convenience of the private walkway on the beach is unbeatable. Also, the views from the deck were breathtaking at all times including watching the afternoon the seagulls' fly patterns feet away from us and at night where the moon shined on the ocean. I highly recommend this house for a beautiful vacation. We will definitely be staying again.

This home was beautiful just as described! Although the bedding of the rooms did not match the bedding pictured on the listing, property management was quick to offer solutions! Everything about this house exceeded our expectations! Only downfall of this stay was nothing within the control of property management – there is a large RV park on the street behind the house. The beach section in front of this gorgeous home is the primary beach the RV campers could use. The large groups of RV campers setting up for the day on the beach were very friendly other than one wandering camper that used our private walkover but property management quickly solved that and we were able to rope it off! Our teenager liked the friendly crowds, and every day gave our family great memories! I would highly recommend this house just recommend not let young ones/teenagers walk the beach alone due to the large number of RV campers on beach. 5 out of 5 stars for this home!

Loved it all! Great home, balconies, walk to the beach - all outstanding!

Nice house with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms - 1 king and 2 queen beds in three rooms. The fourth room had a double size bunk bed and a twin size bunk bed with three beds. It also had table for eating and playing games. Easy access to Jamaica beach. We had a great week as a family. The only suggestions would be more towels and wash rags in each bathroom along with hooks for all the towels a large group would need.

The property was great and described perfectly as listed. The house accommodated our large party of 13 easily and comfortably. The private walkway to the beach is a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on this property.

This house was perfect for our girls trip. Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The openness of the main floor is perfect for cooking, eating and visiting not only in living space but outside on the deck. The beach is clean and private. Vacasa was very attentive from the moment we arrived! Thank you to our host and Vacasa for making this a great weekend experience!

We spent four wonderful nights at this beach house. There was plenty of room for our family of 10. We enjoyed the large kitchen island and the lovely beach view from the deck. When we arrived, the first floor had a definite cigarette odor. Our four grandchildren loved having meals at the table on the deck. Unfortunately, the umbrella over it was broken. Replacing it would be most helpful. Everyone of us enjoyed the outdoor shower. It was nice to wash off the sand and do it with warm water. Thank you for a splendid summer vacation!

The beach house was fantastic! Beautiful kitchen and all bedrooms with their own bathroom. Lots and lots of room! Outdoor grill needs an update. Wish we could have picked it up and moved it to a private beach. Public beach with overnight campers blocking the view and drive on rowdy groups these days are scary.

Everything about this beach house was absolutely beautiful! Family vacation was a hit. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Private pier to the beach made things convenient and easy. Looking for crabs at night was exciting for my grandchildren. The neighbors were very friendly.

Home is new, beautiful and excellent layout with a bathroom for every bedroom. AC is also excellent, as is gas range and cold fridge.

Nice and beautiful house!

Everything was wonderful but it’s had a Smokey smell too it and we washed our pillow covers to get rid of the smell. Not sure if this place is nonsmoking but someone before us definitely smoked

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for two nights; and let me tell you, it was a MEMORABLE weekend! The home has plenty of space for several people, closeup beach view, and it’s own private boardwalk to the beach. The area is very calm and very well equipped. Thank you so much to the property manager for being responsive and very professional. My family and I are planning to stay here again in the near future. ❤️
