We enjoyed a lovely few days at this VRBO. The kitchen was well stocked with pantry staples and easy to cook in. Super clean. It was a 5-10 minute walk from Pike Place Market. We never noticed any noise from neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

First off, if you're reading this, just book this fabulous, comfy & great location condo. My wife, my Mom & I stayed at this wonderful VRBO property for a week as we were welcoming my brother into Seattle from a Clipper Round the World Sailing Race. Perfect location at Pier 66. The kitchen is THE BEST stocked kitchen with all kinds of wonderful kitchen ware plus cooking supplies-olive oil, spices, rice, tea etc. Plus you can run up to Pike Street Market using the street elevator or stairs for a 7 minute walk. Go enjoy the Pike Street Market. The beds are all comfortable plus lot of lovely bathroom supplies to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is very user friendly or there are lots of restaurants in & around the Market or on Alaskan Way. The Seattle Aquarium is a block away & for those departing on a cruise ship, come in early, enjoy Seattle & explore this great city & location. The location is really quiet & the property is very well managed by Melissa and Mike & the condominium staff. Plus you have an underground secure parking spot if you need one. Nice ventilation to open the windows, a roof top BBQ & Garden area to enjoy & a wonderful weight room & really fun park across the street with a small soccer field, checks, chess 7 chairs to sit on the dock & watch the world go by. Can't say enough positive things about our stay! Thanks for a wonderful stay Melissa and Mike!

This was a beautiful property and an amazing view of the waterfront. Perfect location near the aquarium and lots of restaurants. The condo was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay including soap, bubble bath accessories, yummy coffee, creamer, even cookies in the freezer. The host, Melissa, was very helpful and always available if we had a question. Whoever stays here will be very happy!

Stayed in Seattle for a getaway weekend with two girlfriends. Location amazing, clean and well stocked condo. There were three of us, so very nice to each have our own bed. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable! Hosts were very responsive. The whole process was easy and low stress. Would definitely rent again!

Great location to explore Seattle. Just in front of the Public Martin. Short walks to almost anywhere downtown. Great condo. Very clean and the owners' ensure you have everything you need during your stay.

This is a terrific property - extremely comfortable and exceptionally well-equipped, especially if you want to cook in. The kitchen has very modern appliances and almost everything imaginable for preparing a meal. The bathrooms are also very well-equipped. The sitting area and bedrooms are very comfortable and the entire property was sparkling clean. The owners were great at communication and clearly anxious to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible - they were very responsive. The location is outstanding - Pike Place Market less than 10 minutes walk away - and there is underground secure parking if you need it. Outstanding in all respects!

Wow, wow, wow! If you’re looking to visit downtown Seattle this is your spot. Beautiful property with every thoughtful touch you couldn’t even begin to imagine. Easy walking to all of the sights as well as the monorail and light rail train for further excursions. Host was easily accessible and responsive. We cannot say enough about how perfect this visit was.

We could not have been happier with the property and the hosts. Everything is clean and comfortable, and there’s a nice view of the water very easy walk to the market and everything you could want in this area.

I have stayed all over the world in VRBO properties. This one was SPOT ON when it comes to these owners caring about details to make you happy. The snacks, gifts, location, supplies, care of unit, clean, etc. literally can not say enough amazing things. Owners were quick to help and so so hospitable from a distance. Beyond thankful and will stay here any time I am in Seattle for sure!!! Right across from Aquarium, amazing views, Pikes Place, awesome nook garden to make you feel secluded, gated to keep you safe, etc!!! Crazy good.

A friend and I did a quick two-day, three-night trip to Seattle with our kids (age 5 and 7). This property was wonderful! We always felt safe walking to and from the property and were close so so many attractions (minutes from the aquarium and Pike's market, 15-minute walk to the monorail. We arrived late and were delighted to be greeted with ample snacks and drinks. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful.

The location was great and the host were amazing. The condo was well stocked with coffee and snacks. We enjoyed coffee on the patio watching the ferries go by.

The Condo is so well set up that and it felt so spacious even though there were 6 adults in the place. View was extraordinary and the property itself was amazing. We all felt as if we actually lived there by the way we were treated by the staff and other tenants. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, even the Space Needle. We chose this location because we were going on a cruise 3 days after our arrival in Seattle. We always take in the sites of the city from our departing location. Bonus was the terminal was just a few blocks away and we walked even with our luggage. Who wouldn't want to stay next to the waterfront?! Our only regret is that we didn't take advantage of the top floor lookout and lounge area. If we stay here again, and I would like to, we will! A few of the special touches were the snacks, drinks, TV apps and bathroom amenities that were provided. The property owners were fantastic to work with. I knew if I needed anything all I had to do was call! This has probably been one of the best VRBO experiences I have had. Thank you Mike and Melissa for making us feel at home in your home! 5 Stars in all categories!

Great location, EXTREMELY quiet residence. Perfect location to all the sites Pike Place Market, Space Needle, aquarium. We had zero issues during our stay. Would definitely come here again.

Property was very nice. Concierge was poor/inconsistent. It started with me no concierge answering to let me in property. Other issue was some concierges would let visitors through front gate & wait in lobby to be escorted while others would not let guests on property.

Mike and Melissa have made this condo perfect. Very comfortable with all the touches of home. We arrived to a bottle of wine and snacks which was a welcome treat after a long flight. The unit is equipped with everything from coffee, snacks and bathroom supplies, plenty of blankets, pillows and walking distance to all the downtown attractions. Would HIGHLY recommend this unit!

Overall nice place to stay. Construction outside made it difficult to navigate. Would've been nice to get a heads up about it. Other than that it was fine.

We stayed for 3 night before a cruise. Perfect location right next to the pier and a short walk to most tourist attractions. Beds (including the pullout couch) were comfortable and the condo was spotless! Stocked with anything you could possibly need including bathroom toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely return!

Fantastic hosts and the property is situated just a short walk from popular attractions like pike’s place and the space needle. Check in was super easy and the hosts were incredibly responsive whenever assistance was needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location. So many cute touches and extra care. Would definitely recommend. It was a hot weekend and the AC is only hooked up in the main bedroom. Made the rest of the place pretty warm but would be totally fine on a regular weekend. We enjoyed the view, the recommended restaurants from the condo welcome book, the coffee and the cookies! Excellent hosts for a weekend full of awesome Seattle memories. Would book again.

I was in vacation with my family of five in July 2023, everything exceeded my expectations! Excellent location. very clean, organized, extra pillows, blankets, towels, an equipped kitchen , excellent communication with the owner. Bottle of wine as a welcome was a nice gift after a long flight, thank you! definitely recommend it.

This was a great property for our family of four on our trip to Seattle! It was right near the waterfront and we were able to enjoy the restaurants, shops and attractions in that area with ease. It is a short walk to the Pike Place Market area and monorail terminal for visits to the Space Needle and other Seattle highlights. The access to a parking spot in the condo complex garage was key! Since so much was in walking distance, we were able to keep our car parked for most of our trip. We only took it out for a daytrip to Mount Rainier. We hope to get back to Seattle and when we go, we'd definitely look to stay at this property again!

Beautiful little space. Stocked with all you could ever need & more.. Host was easy to communicate with. Great location & building well kept. A little hard to figure out which elevator & building we ours but once we figured it out it was no problem. Would stay here again.

The condo was clean, nice, very inviting and in a great location. Very well stocked and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Was difficult to know exactly where to go to get checked in and the parking space was tight, but that is not in your control. Overall a great place to stay and very walkable to most attractions.
