Perfect location! Love being minutes from Downtown Asheville and yet so close to quaint Black Mountain. The accommodations made it feel like you’re at home, and it’s so peaceful. King master bed was perfect with bath en-suite. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils for meal preparations. Fireplace so nice for those chilly mountain nights! Thanks for making the stay super special !!

We loved how clean and functional it was for a family of five. We were in a quite neighborhood within 15 minutes of Biltmore and downtown Asheville shopping and restaurant areas. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms were comfortable and modern looking.

The house was enchanting, all the appliances were at hand as well as all the appurtenances. One little spot: the internet service wasn’t available.

This is our second stay at this vacation home. We were here back in July and really liked the house and its location to hiking, Blue Ridge Pkwy and Asheville. It’s easy to access and if you like hills, this neighborhood is for you. Overall it’s clean and well appointed. The cleaning people could pay more attention to the baseboards which are pretty dirty and the master bedroom shower curtain needs to be replaced as well as the window blinds which have a giant water stain on them. We were there for a week and cooked most of our meals. We wanted to run the dishwasher again before we left but there were only 2 pods left for us and we had already used them. The grill is nice to have unfortunately the screen door in the back is broken and we couldn’t enjoy sitting on the outside porch because of the bugs. Still and enjoyable week.

Lovely home and neighborhood surrounded by mountains. The first night, the shower temperature barely made it to 65 degrees, we thought it was because it hadn’t been used in a while, three days later the hot water maxed out at 54 degrees and finally 52 degrees to finish the week. Spent half the trip hiking and camping at some beautiful sites and bathing in cold streams and lakes, we would’ve saved the booking fees and stayed in tents if we knew that the home wouldn’t have hot water. This ruined the trip for us, has such high hopes for this location

Pretty house 15 minutes from Asheville. Perfect for our group of 2 couples. It was nicely set up w dishes, pans, extra toilet paper etc. I would have given it a 5 except there were some maintenance issues, nothing that much affected our trip, and some minor housekeeping issues. Overall a very nice place to stay!

Cute & Cozy!! Nice neighborhood and close to everything!! Only thing needed was a TV in the second bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Rental was as listed and clean. Great location near Downtown. Easy access. Great experience.

WE COULD NOT FIND THE ADDRESS ON GOOGLE MAPS, A PAPER MAP, OR ANY WHERE ELSE. TURNS OUT THE ADDRESS WAS INCORRECT!! WHEN WE GOT THERE THE HOME LOOKED IN ORDER AT FIRST GLANCE, WHICH MUST HAVE BEEN THE THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GAVE IT WAS A GLANCE. THE FLOORS WERE ALL STICKY TO THE POINT THAT YOUR SHOES WERE PULLED OFF YOUR FEET WHEN YOU WALKED ON THEM. WE WASHED THE FLOORS OURSELVES, BUT IT DID NOT HELP THE PROBLEM AT ALL. WE DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER FOR THE FIRST 36 HOURS OF OUR STAY. WE HAD TO CALL THE MANAGEMENT SEVERAL TIMES TO GET HELP. THE THIRD "BEDROOM" DID NOT HAVE A BED, BUT A HALF COUCH THAT WAS ONLY 5 FEET LONG, NO SHEETS FOR THE "COUCH". MY SON HAD TO SLEEP ON A VERY DIRTY COUCH IN THE FAMILY ROOM. DURING THE NIGHT, A LARGE FRAMED PICTURE FELL OFF THE WALL AND THE GLASS SHATTERED IN ABOUT 500 GOING EVERYWHERE. WE CUT OUR STAY SHORT BY 24 HOURS.... COULDN'T TAKE IT ANY LONGER THERE.

Great location to I-40 interstate, grocery stores, fast food, only 15 minutes or less to downtown and parks. Cute neighborhood, very clean house. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet.

Updated, contemporary, nicely appointed, easy access, all home on one level, close to highways going to city and other places in outlying communities, would stay here again.

Arrived to a clean & inviting house. Place was perfect for the two of us. We each had our own bedroom & bath. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped & living area was relaxing.

This very well appointed, clean home has everything you need for a trip to Asheville. Very comfortable bed, convenient to Asheville, and fast/reliable internet (needed as I had to work while visiting). Highly recommended.
