We had a wonderful time in this well equipped home in a great location. We particularly liked that we could walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Queen's Bath, or other beach locations. House had everything we needed including the ability to control AC in separate rooms which was a plus. We had a problem with an appliance which was quickly resolved by management. We would certainly rent again on our next visit to Kauai.

The owner is great to work with. Check in procedures were easy to follow. The house is absolutely beautiful. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for enjoying evenings on the deck. I'd definitely stay at this house again.

House was clean upon check in and more amazing in person versus the photos online. Will definitely be booking again upon are return to the Island.

The house was absolutely gorgeous, however, we soon found out why there were ant traps everywhere. We were not really able to use the kitchen or pantry, or even the bath mats in a couple of the bathrooms because they were overwhelmed with ants. We would come home from whatever we were doing that day, and found ants in the 100's all over the kitchen except near the ant traps. I attempted to address this with some home made deterrents with mixed results. I contacted the rental company who provided me with more traps that the ants didn't use and a can of bug spray. We gave up because it didn't matter wear we sprayed, the ants found food wherever we hid it around the house and I had to balance using bug spray and keeping the family away from it. In all, each evening ended with relocating food to other places around the house, and taking a garbage bag with 300-400 ants out to the trash can.
The house didn’t come with many blankets to use and the blankets in the master bedroom were light and didn’t keep you warm. With visiting in March, the weather was a bit more mild so we were struggling to keep warm. On the flip side, our kids like to keep the doors closed at night, which meant their rooms were pretty muggy with no a/c even with fans. Our kids had to decide if they wanted to put up with the mugginess in their room or slightly better conditions and lots of noise from bugs and birds outside.

My group and I had a great stay at this house. It was super clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Kauai. The kitchen was well stocked and all the beach essentials were supplied. Would definitely stay again.

The house was amazing. It was beautiful, clean, well-appointed and luxurious. Our group size was nine and we never felt cramped for space.
It was the best house we've ever stayed in...one-of-a-kind.
We did have one mishap with a boogie board and it broke in half. If you send us an address, we will purchase an online replacement and deliver it to you.

The house is nice. There was a slight problem at check in. They accidentally double booked the house. After arriving another family pulled in saying they rented the place too. Slight mix up but got it figured out. The house is big and has extra beach gear which is good. Would stay again.

This home was just what we were looking for. We had three siblings and their spouses for a major birthday celebration. Three bedrooms with three baths and plenty of common room to spread out. A few more pantry essentials would have been greatly appreciated.

The house is beautiful and the bedrooms were perfect for our family. The only problem was after arriving late at night only two of us were able to have a tepid shower. After that there was only cold water. I stayed behind to wait for the electrician to come while my family went out. They had to send out three different people out before we finally got hot water. Apparently, the house runs a on solar panels and the days had been cloudy so there was not enough power to keep the hot water going. There was also a problem with the heater itself. By the afternoon we finally had hot water and everyone was able to take showers and bathe the baby. It was unfortunate that we were there for only two nights

Personally, I don’t think the pictures do the space justice. It is really spacious and lovely. The location was fantastic within a 10 minute walk of a beach, in a very quiet neighborhood with really friendly neighbors. The property is gorgeous and the views from the living room are spectacular would definitely come back here again men was really responsive to any requests that we made.

We had a fantastic week with our four adult children and their partners. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood but still is walking distance to beaches. We loved running on the walking paths and snorkeling at Hideaways beach. We also made many trips to the Queen's bath. The home was exactly what we needed and fit our group of nine comfortably. This house has everything to make it feel home away from home. The house was prepared for kids by having toys and books (my kids appreciated that). The weather was perfect, we ate every dinner outside on the front porch. The view of the mountains is beautiful! When we come back to Kauai, we’ll be staying here again!

Would have been nice to have check in access code a day or two in advance or to have it texted to phone rather than by email the day of for those of us who do not have email on a cell phone and are traveling all day long distances by air and out of touch coming over the Pacific. Also I believe description said TVs in all bedrooms but on arrival three bedrooms were without TV. Even if TV was available never could get regular TV cable to work despite completing the corrective measures outline in home instructions. Did not feel like taking last option of calling Spectrum because did not want to wait all day for them to show up during our vacation(Experience tells me that is what happens). Other than above house was wonderful with great location.

We brought 5 adult children for a 21st birthday trip. The home was perfect for all of us!!! We had all of the amenities one could hope for. We spent so much time on the front porch, and in the open kitchen/living room, and never felt crowded. Location was perfect for travel to so many beautiful beaches, with a grocery store and other shopping within 15-20 min drive. There were beach chairs and snorkel gear available in the garage. We would most definitely stay at this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at Ti Hale. Our family of 7 (parents, kids, grandparents) had enough space to spread out and have some privacy. Our favorite feature was the large lanai on the front of the house. Perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktail. The location was terrific, right in the heart of Princeville, with easy access to walking trails, grocery store, restaurants, and shops. And amazing views of the beautiful Kauai mountains. We also enjoyed the short drive (~10 min) to Hanalei Beach and spent a day at Ha'ena State Park. The washer/dryer was also very welcome. The house was well-appointed, too. Only hiccup was the ice machine in the fridge wasn't working. But property management company was very responsive. Overall, a relaxing family vacation. Would be happy to return one day!

This home was absolutely wonderful. It is gorgeous and very well built. The layout was great for two families and it offered plenty of space for us all. There was a ton of sand toys, chairs and boogie boards which everyone loved. This home has everything you need and could not have been any better! Communication was excellent and everything was labeled.

Beautiful, trendy, clean, bright, modern, and well furnished. This was our first time visiting Hawaii, and this home was ideal for a relaxing family getaway in Paradise. The views of the mountains from the front porch were stunning! We found a couple of beaches within walking distance, but some were easier to access than others with the steep terrain. We did a lot of driving to the southern part of the island for shopping and other activities.

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and roomy. We had everything we needed and loved sitting out on the covered patio on rainy days. With The rainy weather we got we would have enjoyed a hot tub and maybe some family games, but overall we would definitely recommend this home! It was stocked well with linens, cookware, and everything we needed.

We are a family of 9 who was traveling to Kauai and this house worked out great for us. I do second the previous suggestions of labeling the light switches and some WD40 on the doors - it was tricky to close the door on our toddlers after putting them to sleep because they were so squeaky. The beach stuff was a god send and the location was a perfect and quiet in the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for a great week in Kauai and we would rent it again on the future.

We had a wonderful time in this home! It was immaculate and well appointed.. We loved that it was a block from the golf course, where we took the sunset golf cart tour (highly recommended). The home had a supermarket (Foodland) and shops nearby, which came in handy. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely visits again!

My family stayed here for a much needed vacation in Kauai! We loved this place so much- the pictures really don't do justice to how spacious and relaxing this house is. It was fully stocked with all necessities and we enjoyed the beautiful view and proximity to Hanalei bay, the taro field overlook and Queen's bath! Most definitely would stay there again.
