This property is in the best location, has the friendliest staff, and has gorgeous snorkeling. We love it here and will stay here everytime we come. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality!!

You can’t beat El Cantil for amenities and location. This is a nice 3 norm/bath facility.

The condo was very nice, unbelievable ocean view from the very big patio, pool was perfect temp and if you wanted the hot tub was very warm. The guys working the front were terrific with any request you had. the main town area was very walkable and cab ride was 6 dollars. the boats picked us up right at the dock for a couple of trips we had planned, communication with the property manager was instant, we will be back to El cantil !!!!

Best place in Cozumel

We had a wonderful stay at El Cantil 7B sur. The view is amazing. The kitchen was supplied with all the necessary tools to make our meals. A coffee maker and blender were provided also. We sure hope we can come back in the future.

Third time staying in El Cantil, first in this unit. Could use some updating/repairs in the bathroom with tub, as mentioned a few months ago by another reviewer. The unsightly jacuzzi is falling apart and needs to be removed. However, that being said, it’s all about location and this is the best for restaurants and shopping. Staff are all wonderful and Janet did a great job keeping the unit tidy. Would not hesitate to return next year.

Just got back from a beautiful week in Cozumel. This was our families first time there, wasn’t sure where the best location to stay on the island would be….we picked a winner! This might be a little lengthy but I hope it helps other new Cozumel travelers:) We had 3 couples, the condo was perfect with 3 bedrooms all with their own full bathrooms attached. It was all very clean, spacious & well equipped with towels, beach towels, kitchen equipment, toilet paper, paper towels etc. I’ve stayed at some vrbo’s where you get 1 roll of paper towel and 1 roll of toilet paper and whatever else you need is on you to buy, not the case here:) We had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool from our balcony. The pool & hottub was wonderful, also very clean! A few of us went snorkeling right off the pier in front of the condo. The location was right on the main downtown strip, which meant everything we needed was in walking distance. There was a large grocery store literally across the street which we visited several times during our stay. We rented 3 scooters while we were there. Fun to be able to travel beyond that main strip and see what the other side of the island looks like. Several resorts and some really cool road side bars to stop, have a drink and enjoy the beautiful view. There are several doormen we met during our stay, all very nice but I’d like to give a special thanks to Eddie for helping us get the scooters!! He had them delivered and picked up right out front of the condo. I didn’t realize we had cleaning offered 3 days while we were there. We ended up passing on the cleaning but asked for clean towels. They took care of our garbage and left clean towels as requested….such a nice treat. Everyone was really very kind and helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to visit again some day.

Great location and wonderful view

My husband and I stayed here with another couple thanksgiving weekend. We had a wonderful time. Eve was attentive and quick to respond to any needs and Jeannette in housekeeping kept the place looking nice! Would highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

This property was so awesome! The view was incredible and the condo was beautiful with an amazing view that is one of the best I have ever seen. The Five Star group/Eve was very accommodating to all our needs and even set us up with an amazing chef named Karla who made us the best Thanksgiving dinner. I would highly recommend this location.

Check in was easy. The room is exactly as stated. Views are incredible. Keyless entry made it easy for our party to access. We had one snag with the keyless entry not working but one call and they were there with a quickness to fix and give a key as backup so as not to have to wait if it happened again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This will definitely be a keeper for our next trip here. Thank you for renting your beautiful home!

Everything was great and seamless. The location is amazing, walkable to anything you need on the west side and secure parking to keep a car for any travels to the east side. Host was great and very responsive to anything we needed. My only criticism is that the shower/tub in the double bedroom needs to be fixed so that water doesn’t run around the edge when you shower and flood the floor. Other than that, it’s a great place with plenty of space for a big group.

Fabulous condo in a great location with amazing pool and beach area.. Snorkel right off the back of the condo. Pool was heated, grounds were manicured and well kept. We used the onsite underground parking. Everything was great. cant wait to head back !

I like to start with the "cons" when reading a property review. In this case, there are no real cons so instead, I'll divide my notes from our week-long stay into "Unexceptional" and "Exceptional". Unexceptional - the furnishings: thoroughly comfortable and nicely furnished, but the vibe struck me as "luxury early 1990s". Not bad at all, just maybe ready for a bit of a refresh. Our one real complaint was that the dining room was rather poorly lit, which is only ever an issue if you are eating with a larger group after sunset (we ate many of our meals on the balcony). - the kitchen: roomy and spacious, with all the basics you will need for cooking and enjoying relaxed beach meals. Just don't expect gourmet chef caliber equipment. - noise: the condo itself IS very quiet, and we had minimal but pleasant interactions with other guests. Only thing is, the neighbor is a resort hotel which tends to pump out music between approx. 11am and ~10pm. Sometimes this was resort fiesta style beats, with classical wedding music some evenings. I personally didn't mind the "free music" and even enjoyed it most of the time, with the exception of one spoiled afternoon siesta. The resort does observe quiet time, but only expect it nights and mornings, not during the day. Exceptional - the view / balcony: the view from the enormous balcony is the defining feature of this condo. And what a view! From the first morning light over the ocean to the gentle moonscapes, to the shimmering turquoise water in between, each day offered a unique masterpiece, and sometimes it was all we could do to wrench ourselves off the balcony to go enjoy an activity. - amenities: the amenities are beautiful -- an infinity pool complex with shower, plenty of beach seating/lounge chairs, dock, and several places to put in the water - snorkeling: some of the best on-shore snorkeling of of our trip. We saw rays, a starfish, and more. - security: staffed by friendly, helpful guards and we felt more safe than at home - location Other - The property manager was great. We never met her, but corresponded by WhatsApp almost daily. She answered all our questions and even helped us arrange a private chef service one evening. That was a fun experience that let us interact with a local chef and enjoy a homecooked meal for about the same price as going out to a restaurant... and we had leftovers for at least 2 lunches. We checked out yesterday and are missing it already! 5 stars!

We had a great time. Wonderful view and ocean access. Our scuba boat picked us up at the dock. Beautiful pool. Grocery store across the street. Walking distance to downtown restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, amazing ocean access and pools, clean unit, nice and helpful staff. Balcony is quite warm in afternoon, as expected in this climate, but great in mornings.

My husband and I and another couple went down for a long weekend. The condo was perfect right across the street from the grocery store. The view and the water was amazing. Can’t wait to go back and stay there again

We stayed in 7B for a week. The view was lovely. The 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath with lots of space. Great pools and access to the ocean. The cold air conditioning and great water pressure. 2 rooms had Oceanview and access to patio. I would love to stay again

With an awesome balcony to view sunsets. Great location and super friendly staff. I highly recommend this condo for 4 or more folks.

Eve was awesome! Along with everyone on the property. There was adults over 55. Only had 3 chairs to sit around a small table on the porch looking at the most beautiful sunset on earth 🌍. All 3 bedrooms had a different level of comfort to the beds from really soft to firm. Could use more and better cooking Utensils. We did a lot of cooking at home, especially since the grocery store was across the street. FYI they will let you push the cart right into your condo, help you unload it and take it back for you. Hate to say too many good things incase we can rent it next year.

Everything in the condo was wonderful! There was plenty of space. The balcony has awesome views. The pool was great. The snorkeling was beautiful. We could walk easily into downtown. Mega, the store, was close by and had everything we needed. Eve was awesome and very helpful. It was a great place to stay. The only hard thing to do was parking. It was very narrow and a little scary to get in and out of with the minivan we rented. But once we figured it out we did ok. It helps if you have someone to navigate you in and out. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view of the water, huge bedrooms, and the location is perfect for walking to dinner. Onsite staff is VERY helpful. Grocery store is right across the street! Very clean and beach towels were provided. Snorkeling was beauright off the dock! we’ll be back!

We stayed in this condo for 17 days and were sad to leave. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect- we walked to dinner most nights or could easily get a cab if needed. The grocery store across the street is so convenient. We have visited Cozumel a couple of times and this was our favorite place to stay. The pool and ocean access are amazing. We hope to be back!

Just got home from a 3 night stay at El Cantil Norte 7B and the condo was amazing. The views are spectacular and the 7th floor location is WOW. Snorkeling off the dock and the infinity pool was awesome. Right in the heart of Cozumel with grocery store and eateries right across the street. Will def come back asap :) 5 star rating
