Had a wonderful time house was clean and beautiful only 2 minor issues. Communication with host excellent. Loved the pool, just wish more poolside privacy from neighbors, but that’s just me. Will refer this home and or use again.

We had an amazing time. The rooms we're clean and spacious. The only complaint was there was only one set of towels per room and only one roll of toilet paper. Maybe add a small bottle dish detergent for small items instead of having to use the dish washer and being wasteful. We will definitely come back. Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay in your lovely home.

This is the perfect home for your family! As soon as you walk in you notice how clean and spacious it is. It's a beautiful neighborhood and quiet. Having an entire upstairs living room for my son was perfect. The pool was nice to use after our long days. Grocery (Publix) is about 2 miles away. Very convenient and other stores close by. Communication with the manager was easy and responses were quick! (Just had a question about the pool) This deserves a 10. You won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Very nice, with plenty of space. We really enjoyed the pool and lanai area. One small complaint is that the cement around the pool could use a good power washing, as it was dirty, but this wasn't that big of a deal.
I would say that if you rent the home, be sure to bring things like toilet paper, dishsoap, handsoap, and laundry soap as these things are not provided. Just something to plan for. We loved the layout of the house, the fact that there are things for kids to do if you have kids, books to read, and even a couple of games. Overall, a really nice home and neigjnorhood.

Overall we liked having so much space to spread out and how close the property was to a Publix! With parking being so strict, it was really hard to fit two SUVs in the drive and we could have used the garage instead of it being a game room. Also, most places we have stayed had some cleaning products in the kitchen upon arrival (like a small bottle of dish soap or a few pods for the dishwasher). For four days we weren’t intending to buy a lot of that type of thing. Also having the appropriate number of towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. Last just some gouges in a few places in the walls and not super clear instructions about the trash (which bins were ours and when to put them out).

The house was as advertised and had a lot of space. Game room equipment could use an upgrade. Beds were comfy. Twin bedrooms definitely made for small kiddos not made for adults. If shopping before checking in there are no seasonings or extras. You’re giving one spare trash bag, and what TP is on the rolls. Just plan accordingly and you’ll be fine. Pool and hot tub issues were addressed promptly. Overall good stay.

We had a great time at the house I wish it was a little hotter for we could have enjoyed the pool but other than that everything was great the owner always responded back when I had any questions or concerns me and family will be back

Beautiful home, plenty of space, and very clean. Loved the pool and spa tub! Beds were mostly comfortable.
Cable TV and remote controls were a little difficult to use. Pool table had cues without tips; so, we did not use. But, not a big problem. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, glassware and coffee cups. Fridge had an ice dispenser that was put to good use.
Would definitely stay there again!

This property was amazing! The neighbors were welcoming. We were a little scared of breaking the sliding door to the pool. The track was bent prior and was hard to open and close.

Very nice house; loved the pool and hot tub! Plenty of space to relax in. Kitchen was well stocked with cups and glasses. A few of the small beds could have been more comfortable. But overall, very good.

This house was perfect for my family - daughter and her family had the entire upstairs fir themselves. House was clean and spacious. We loved all the large sectionals so everyone could have their space. Pool was a huge hit with the kids and adults. Communication with management company was excellent. Easy check in and getting through the gates/security was a breeze! If I had to nit pick, I’d say beds weren’t that great and pillows could be replaced but we were so tired it really didn’t matter much lol! Would definitely stay again.
