WiFi never worked properly. Circuit breaker tripped on tv and dvr (could not find circuit breaker. Bed was uncomfortable. Rotten wood walkways and stairs. We left a day early to be done with it.

Perfect beach access, amazing rooftop views , many memories made with family.

It wasn’t terrible, but for the money asked it was totally below all expectations. My husband thought I am joking when we entered the very old, ruined back porch entrance with screen meshes torn and dangling. The fridge looked like it was going to fall through the floor to the foundation, the house smelled overwhelmilgly with air fresheners to conceal the smell of moisture in the house. It would be acceptable, but not for over 600 usd a day. The cottage next door is renovated and looks inviting. I hope the owners balance their expectations to even out their investment with some upgrades that justify the price. For now my family will laugh forever remembering this one time we booked an old house because it looked better on the photos.

This house is super cute and the perfect location on the beach. The frustrating part was the check in process- when it was time to check in at 4 pm, the cleaners were not finished and delayed us an hour and 15 min with checking in. It was raining also so it was difficult to go spend more time outside. I understand when companies are short-staffed and get behind on time- with that being said they offered us a two hour later check out time, but we were not able to take advantage of that due to needing to leave early. When I let the contact person know that we could not accept that, there was no offer in return of how else they could compensate for the late start, rather I had to send another message asking for a sort of compensation. There was not a response after that, but I had to reach out again because the sheets on my bed were completely sandy and had a huge stain that looked like mold. I sent a picture to the contact that the sheets were not cleaned properly and she responded that all the sheets had been cleaned... so I felt like that was not a helpful response being as I was the one looking right at them and could feel all the sand and see how dirty they were. Also, the sheets are what they were running behind on in the first place. We settled on getting a refund on half the cleaning fee after me having to ask for a refund yet again, nothing was offered. It was overall a fun weekend and a great house, but the costumer service made it frustrating at times.

If you are looking for a luxury beach house, this is not it! From the listing, we were aware it was an older house. It could definitely use a lot of TLC and upgrades. The house had not been cleaned very well before our arrival. Towels were sitting in the dryer and the dishwasher had not been emptied. Also the trash container outside was full and had a strong unpleasant odor. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. The location and beach view did meet our expectations and made it worth the stay. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and the screened in porch. We loved the area and the beach was not packed.

We loved the location of this rental with decks overlooking the ocean and our own walkway over the dune directly to the beach. The property was exactly as described by the owner. Amenities were ample. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was just what we were looking for. It’s the definition of a beach house. With direct beach access we had everything we needed and more. The weather was perfect and the house was clean, quaint and cute. A little outdated (as the pictures show) but I LOVE character so this was right up my alley. The front door was hard to lock/unlock and the living room tv was almost impossible to run but other than that it’s a 10! I’ll definitely be staying here again! ❤️❤️ 10/10 recommend. We didn’t bring any kids this time but it would be great for a family getaway too!!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was perfect. The beach wasn’t crowded. The rooftop deck gave us privacy. The kitchen was perfect for meals in. I’d recommend this for someone looking to get away or a larger family looking to have plenty of room.

We loved our stay at ocean treasures. Our kids loved the roof deck and easy beach access.

Enjoyed our stay at Ocean Treasure cottage. It was an older cottage, but the interior had been updated and cottage was very clean and roomy. Enjoyed ocean front view from roof deck and screened in porch. Owner and management were very prompt with any questions. Topsail is a great beach to vacation at.

Great trip . Great communication with manger of property. Probably best for 4 people at a time and that is what we had . True old school beach front house.

The house was delightful. We loved the fact that it was on the beach with our own private access over the dune. Amenities were fine for our short stay. The owner's description was right on the mark. We will stay there again.

Easy to find, right on the beach, beautiful sunrises

Loved the location and the cottage is adorable with great potential. I realize the cottage has recent news owners and I’m hopeful that they will be making some improvements and updates. With that said we had an absolutely wonderful vacation the cottage was just the perfect size for our family of five and the beach was gorgeous. Loved the decks. Happily looking forward to see how this little treasure receives some TLC and shines like a gem.

The access to the beach was awesome and the views were beautiful. The house could use some updates in decor though and some nicer beach chairs for adults much needed. New shower heads would be nice. The AC was a bit of an issue but the owners were very quick to resolve. Enjoyed our stay at your home, however not much to do in Top Sail.

My family loved our stay at this marvelous and cozy home in Topsail Beach, NC. The house is located in a quiet part of the island with direct access to a quiescent and beautiful portion of the beach. Property manager was extremely hospitable. Check in and check out process was very easy. We are looking forward to coming back every summer.
