Fabulous experience!
Our family had the best time at this house! We have stayed in MANY rentals, and this was by far our favorite. The property inside and out is immaculate! Everything is so clean. We also felt very safe in this house with a security system and keyless entry. The pool and patio area were great. There was also a lot of space for the kids to hangout. We cannot wait to stay here again in the future!!

Without a doubt a perfect vacation spot
Absolutely beautiful house. My friend and I loved staying there. It was relaxing and peaceful and just lovely! I would love to stay again!

We loved the WHOLE HOUSE
The house was exactly as pictured with enough room for everyone. It was super clean and had more than enough seating, glasses, silverware and plates. Towels and wash cloths were abundant. The outside area was also well organized with plenty of seating. Property managers answered in a timely manner and were very nice. The texted us throughout the time there to make sure we were ok. It made us feel like they really cared. I will be booking again.

Great place and location for us to stay.
This place is a dream vacation pad. It's our second time staying here. We love the service from Lisa and her team at Ellis Exclusive Villas. This is our go to home. Beautiful interiors and extremely clean and organised. Feels like home away from home. We really enjoyed playing in the game room, and swimming in the pool. Thank you for taking care of all our needs.

The house is really great for a family vacation
What a great experience! Our group (4 adults, 3 kids under 4) really enjoyed the home and its cleanliness, layout, features, accessibility, and access to Resort amenities. Lisa was an incredible host and her communication was exceptional. Extremely prompt with detailed answers to questions.

Family vacation
The house is very beautiful and is as pictures described. Lovely balcony off master suite upstairs and family loved having movie nights together just like we can do in our own home. We definitely rent again when in Florida as it made us feel just as if we were in our own home Bc of size

Elegant, comfortable and very homely
The house and the location is excellent. It was everything we could have wished for and more. There was plenty of room for all ten of us and the private balcony from the master bedroom was a great spot for breakfast. Only a short walk to the resort pool and children's park which was great. Lisa & Martha were a pleasure to deal with and were very prompt with responses to emails or phone calls. Overall an excellent stay and we can't wait to come back.

Great family vacation experience.
Home was so spacious. In fact it was massive. Great pool area and lovely view at the back. Very peaceful. Thank you for hosting us, we had a really enjoyable time.

This home has it ALL
Beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool is a good size and we enjoyed relaxing on the comfy sun loungers. The movie room upstairs is a great addition and we loved the private balcony from the master bedroom. The community was also very beautiful. It was a great experience and we received excellent customer service from Ellis Villas

Great home and community!
The home was fantastic and was very clean and well organised. The master bedroom had a private balcony and it was a great spot to enjoy breakfast and was very private. We fell in love with the house and will be booking for next year. It catered for all our needs and the customer service from Ellis Exclusive Villas was first class. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Great experience
We had a super stay. The home is truly beautiful and in a really peaceful area with great resort amenities. It's close to the stores as well and popular attractions, with a brand new Publix down the road. Great location if you want to go to Disney. Check in was really easy and the management team were really helpful with quick responses. Will be booking again for a future trip.

Great getaway house!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. Everything was provided as described in preview. Pool was excellent and the layout was great with two teenage girls traveling with us. Quiet gated subdivision. Thank you.

Wonderful Location
We loved our stay at Watersong. Arrival was simple easy, and the house was exactly as advertised. The cleanliness of this home was immaculate. Communication with Lisa even before our arrival was super easy. Already making plans for next year.

Great space & excellent customer service
The perfect house for my family, the kids loved the pool, everything about the house and location to parks was excellent. The property manager, Martha was great and helped us settle in to the home. Martha was on hard to answer any questions and make sure we had a magical time and we all had a wonderful time!!!!
