After booking I received confirmation from the host with all of the property details, check in and out details, etc. in a very timely fashion. Property was clean and worked great for our visit to Denver!

This place was clean, centrally located, and perfect for the needs of our family of 4.

Our family of 6 (4 young children) stayed here Mon-Fri and it was exactly what we needed - comfortable, with all the necessities and more (coffee, snacks, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, a pack n’play, games, etc). We also really appreciated that there weren’t extra things around for our small children to possibly break. We could be there and relax and enjoy! The location is very good for getting up into the mountains or doing things around Denver. We enjoyed some nearby parks with playgrounds, too.

This property was perfect for us 3 adults staying. Private parking, comfortable beds, even shampoo/conditioner/body wash available for the shower! If ever I am visiting the area again, I'd definitely stay again.

Communication with the owner was quick when we had any questions.
I can’t say much about the area because we were there to visit with our son so we really didn’t get to see the town around us but it seemed like a nice quiet area.

I was very lucky to find this place; I’m impressed how quiet it was and this old house with modern touches was charming to say the least. Had everything I needed plus the owner was very quick to respond to my messages. Very much recommend to this hole in the wall/gem of a place for anyone looking to get away yet stay close to everything Denver has to offer.

We loved the local restaurants! The Chalet and Clancy’s!
The house is great, just as pictured. Small fenced backyard gave our dogs a chance to stretch their legs.
No problems whatsoever and so much available within walking distance.

We loved the home!!! It was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay, the neighbors were quiet and didn't bother at all!!!

Perfect in everyway
The house and property were very clean and orderly. The location was great as we were near many restaurants and stores. Derek was easy to talk to and very helpful.

House was cozy and nice. No TV unless one had an app, although it said antenna tv was available we were not able to get the TV to work.
Neighborhood was iffy -- in the middle of apartments, had police arresting a vagrant down the block one morning, 2 cars parked on the street with windows broken another night, woman yelling "Crack" at 5 AM several mornings.

The backyard was so dirty it was unusable.
The house had lots of spiders all over the house. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Roomy, clean houes
The area wasn't that desirable w/ a combination of commercial properties and older apartments surrounding it. But it was quiet. The house was very clean and adequately appointed.

Denver trip for our granddaughters wedding.
Really a great house. Close to everything you need. Our service dog had plenty of room in the finced in backyard. Would highly recommend this place. The owner was great.

Denver in February
Overall the house was clean and ready for occupancy. However it appeared some tried to clean the oven and then forgot to wipe it out. I would definitely stay with this host again. We emailed back and forth a couple of times and he was very responsive and attentive to our need.
