Everything was good, one complaint is the bunk beds were not comfortable at all.

Property had quite a few spider webs and had ants in the kitchen. We did find bug spray under the sink the 2nd day and after spraying that it was a lot better. Check in was seemless with the code provided (my phone didn’t have any reception unless I was connected to their wifi, so that made getting the code a little tricky). One of the bathroom sinks was not working and it took the property manager 24 hrs to respond and then because it was the 4th of July weekend we just dealt with no sink for our entire stay. The neighborhood was decent, but the house was super close to the next door neighbor and they were out playing basketball, ping ping & pool until LATE every night. The last night the power went out (in the whole neighborhood), but the neighbors were then walking through “our yard” with flash lights which scared our kids. Not the owners fault, but scary for kids non the less. Overall the house was had a good set up for our 2 families, but we wish they took care of their ant problem and that the house was overall cleaner.
