Loved our stay. Everything was perfect and as described. As soon as we entered the property it felt so inviting. The layout of the property was perfect for our family. The views from every room was amazing. Best of all was the private roof top terrace. The private jacuzzi was perfect to help unwind after a long summers day and the views of The entrance in every directions took your breath away. My finale 5 out of 5 star rating must go out to the comfort of the beds. I’ve stayed at many properties over the years and experienced average or discomfort bedding. But I must say the mattress and pillows were amazingly comfortable. It truly made our short stay even harder to leave. It was truly the short break we needed.

Very clean. Great position and view.

Property is situated in walking distance to shops and beach and lake frontage. Beautiful view of the lake. Great for walking over and throwing the fishing rod in and always caching something. Rooftop was excellent especially the spa. We couldn’t fault the place.

Whiled away many hours on the balcony, rooting for the pelicans and fishermen on the edge of Tuggerah Lake. Very clean. Responsive property owner. Great location.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The apartment was clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. The beds were the most comfortable we have slept in. All the linen and towels were great quality. The views were absolutely stunning in a quiet location which we really appreciated. Check in was easy. We loved everything about this accommodation. Thank you Anne, we will definitely be back.

Amazing as always

Very complicated check in and issue with TV not being re-set. Unit Manager was very good and went beyond on a Sunday to assist us. Although unit was lovely, it needed a good spring clean. We also had an instance of my car, which had an attempt at a break in. The car went into full security lock mode, and we had to drive back into Gosford to have it checked out. It was okay and locked in a secure bay, so not sure how anybody got in. Maybe children tried to open a door?? We didnt use either the bbq or hotub due to a pretty strong cold breeze,but they both looked clean and inviting. Overall, a lovely stay with a bit of drama.

Perfect getaway!!

Unit was in an excellent location - walking distance to shops and good restaurants and coffee downstairs. For check-in you should definitely read all the instructions before you arrive, don’t try and wing it like I did. :D The spa is lovely and the views across the lake are amazing. Really great spot for a getaway, and the games and puzzles in the unit were a nice touch.

The place is stunning and Anne is always pleasant to deal with and makes it very easy. The morning views are stunning and the apartment is spotless. Close to everything and the kids loved the jaccuzi on the roof top. Nothing bad to say I highly recommend

We stayed with our three kids (9, 6 and 2) and it was the perfect location for our extended weekend stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The kids loved the roof top spa! The kitchen was fully equipped to make our own meals, and there were plenty of options for dining out right downstairs- or a 6 minute stroll to the esplanade for plenty more options. Tango’s restaurant downstairs was fantastic - a must!

Check in process was really easy and Anne was very accommodating. The property was very cosy with beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise. The rooftop spa was a nice edition to the already amazing property as well as the deep dish bathtub. It was so well presented and comfy we opted to extend our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great views, great location, beautiful accomodation and an accommodating host. Thanks Anne!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision. The location is unbeatable, with great food options just downstairs and The Entrance pub just a short walk away. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. But the real highlight was the rooftop spa - what a treat! We spent hours up there, enjoying the stunning views and relaxing in the warm water. The beds were comfortable and the entire apartment was spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed and more, with all the modern conveniences and amenities we could ask for. Overall, I couldn't recommend this apartment more highly. It was the perfect location for a girls weekend away, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. The view was truly magnificent, and we all left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our next visit. Five stars all around!

Our family enjoyed the apartment very much. Very good quality inclusions, the main bedroom with en-suite was so comfortable. Rooftop terrace and huge spa was wonderfully relaxing.

Awesome apartment, great location. Clean and roomy

This was a week away for a group of 3 long-term friends. The position is perfect, with glorious views of the channel, and a short 5-minute walk into the town center. The apartment itself is lovely and was perfect for us though a little smaller than we expected. The third bedroom is actually an opaque glass-partitioned off section, and has no air-conditioning ducts or cupboard space for clothing - but it does have a great view making it more than adequate. The spa is a great bonus. All the beds, furnishings, and appointments are very good. The host was extremely responsive and went out of her way to address any problems or queries. The shared communal areas of the unit block were in need of some attention, the gym is closed (as mentioned by the owner), and the games room was in sad need of maintenance and replacement. We used the pool twice a day, every day, and always had it completely to ourselves -it's a great pool but there was no sign of any cleaning of this area during our week stay. However, none of these minor issues detracted from our stay, and we would not hesitate to rebook. All of us had a fabulous time, we loved our apartment, and would highly recommend this booking.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants and don’t need to drive your car if you don’t want to. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need. The rooftop area was fantastic as it added extra space for relaxing, having meals and the spa topped it off. Would absolutely recommend this property and we definitely want to go back.

We recently stayed at this property it was a beautiful unit, very clean and a great location. The spa on the roof top was definitely a hit with the kids. Anne the owner was amazing to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying. We can’t wait to stay again.

The only reason I gave 5 stars is the fact that there was no option to give 6 stars. I had booked the apt for a 4 day midweek getaway and invited along two family friends who both had some minor mobility/health issues. From the moment the booking was confirmed, I had asked Anne, the host for a small favour to more personalise the arrival for my two companions. Anne was super-obliging (unexpected by me) to my request, which immensely lifted the spirit of my two companions on arrival. More than that, when I had to phone Anne, the host due to some difficulty we had in activating the jacuzzi, Anne spent time talking me through the process and then went an extra step to send the handyman around the next morning, for some in-person instruction in making sure things operated correctly, including assisting my companions with getting the TV set up correctly. On the morning of check-out, I mentioned to Anne some small problem I had with retrieving the keys from the key safe on arrival, and immediately Anne had a solution for that as well, which then was made even better, when in the car park we encountered Steve, the indispensable and highly knowledgeable handyman, who not only spent an amount of time helping me with the stowing of the mobility gear in my car, but also made our exit from the complex super easy. In summary, I can’t be more than highly complementary about the entire experience, from check-in, throughout the stay - right through to check out. I am planning to go back there in the near future, for another stay to revive myself from the stresses and strains of daily life etc, once the big school holidays are over. Once again, THANK YOU, Anne for your help over the ‘phone, and THANK YOU !! Steve, for your massive, hands-on assistance down in the car park, to get us on the way home. Peter H.

We stayed as 2 couples and couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. The property was brilliant, close walk to everything and great views. Plenty of space and love the upstairs varenda with spa. Way to relaxing.Will be booking again

Great location. Great communication with the owner. Park your car and just explore. The floors and bathroom could have been cleaner but it did not dampen our stay. A beautiful and scenic location, highly recommended.

The property was situated in a great spot only a short walk to the main restaurants and shops. The view was spectacular from the apartment and we really enjoyed the weekend.

Fantastic location to park the car in underground security car park and never use it again. Short walks to all the restaurants and cafes, lakes and beach. Beautiful views over Tuggerah Lake from the roof top alfresco area with a lovely warm spa just for us. Well equipped kitchen, nicely furnished. Anne is a great host and communication was exceptional. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Thanks Anne we enjoyed our stay catching up with friends.
