We really enjoyed our stay: first the location: A beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood away from Rogers, but not too far to be inconvenient. Just perfect. The house is very well laid out, and the amenities are well thought out: there were plenty of towels, extra pillows, blanket, soap, etc. We especially enjoyed a small jar of bird seed that was left to add to the bird feeder right in front of the window. We sat in the comfortable sun room after a day of activities and watched a pair of cardinals feed, or two squirrels play chase. The location is also convenient to visit Bentonville (Crystal Bridges), Eureka Springs and War Eagle Mill. Loved this house and location.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. Communication with the owner was quick and he was so helpful. The sun room was the highlight of the trip watching the birds and squirrels.

Our family had a great one week stay at this place that allowed us to unwind and relax. I would like to chime in what all the other reviews have conveyed below. The house was clean and well furnished. As we were trying to get settled in the first day, the host answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The appliances, including the washer, dryer, fridge and stove all looked new and well-functioning. We cooked most of the days and found the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans. The bird feeder in the Sun room was the highlight. It was a great place to sit down and watch the birds and squirrels nibble the bird food (provided by the owners) that we would place every day. It was a quite a calming location with view of the trees in the back. They had a nice driveway where it was easy to pull, load and exit the property. A quick hike of 0.5 mile takes you to a beautiful lake shore. We also explored going downstairs in the backyard and it felt like you were deep into the woods in harmony with nature. The one thing they can do to improve the stay would be to consider putting an actual door between the master restroom and the master bedroom. We were not a fan of the sheer white curtain between the restroom and the bedroom, but no door. All in all, we loved our stay and will consider coming back again for another vacation break.

Nice beautiful clean home. Had a lovely welcome basket in the kitchen. The host answered questions quickly. Loved spending time in the sunroom and on the deck. We cooked breakfast every morning and found all that we needed. The beds weren’t the greatest they sunk in the middle. There was no privacy for the master bathroom only a sheer white curtain. Had that been a none see through it might have been better. Asked not to lower temp below 76 and use fans. The master bedroom was hot to sleep in. The rest of the time the temps were fine.

We enjoyed the incredible decor, impeccably clean, and organized! Thank you for all the little thoughtful touches that made our stay complete! Extra towels available in the linen closet, extra throw blankets within easy reach in the living room areas were so appreciated! The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were top notch. We love to cook and this kitchen did not disappoint! We hope to stay here again!

We enjoyed this property so much! The house had everything you could need, including 2 types of coffee makers. We cooked a couple times while there and found everything we needed easily. The beds were very comfortable too! We enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels feeding on the back deck. Saw deer one evening. Great location that is in a nice quiet neighborhood but very convenient to local attractions. Will stay here again!

House is very nice and comfortable, located away from traffic on a quiet road but only a few minutes from Prairie Creek Park and Rocky Branch Park on the lake, and maybe 12 minutes from downtown Rogers. Big garage that I could back my boat into, I left it hooked to my truck most of the time and could pull straight out onto the road. It was a little tricky getting in and out with a 21-foot bass boat but not bad. I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient the location was, it was a short drive to everywhere we needed to go. Very pretty location near the lake, lots of birds and squirrels. And a little bird family in the carport area. We enjoyed our stay here. House was very clean, everything worked, plenty of light, plenty of room.

Clean, cozy, with lots of room for gathering a plus!!

First and foremost - this house was extremely CLEAN! It was reassuring to know that sheets AND blankets (as well as bathmats) are washed after each guest - as per checkout instructions. The solid surface floors throughout also helped in that regard. We found the house to be comfortable and well equipped, and we loved the location. The bluff behind the house was host to many deer, which we enjoyed watching from both the porch and sunroom. It was a very tranquil space to spend time. We would happily book another stay here on return trips to the area.
