Very nice home. Love the sliding doors which open the living room up to the lanai and pool area

Title stands for itself. Definitely will ask to stay here again on another trip! Our Guest Contact Alicia was fantastic. Great location in quiet neighborhood.

Overall the property was great. The pool area, specially the screen supports need cleaning and the Lani could use new furniture. We enjoyed the pool and our stay. Would stay again.

Stayed for a long weekend with our kids and in-laws. The house was very clean and matched the description. Lots of space and we loved the pool (my kids would say it was the best part of the house!). Easy drive to Englewood beaches and Fisherman’s Village. We will look to stay here again!

The property was as advertised and matched the photos exactly. One of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in. The owner and property manager contact were very responsive and the level of communication was excellent. They allowed us to check in 1 hour early and the few minor occurrences we encountered they resolved immediately and to our satisfaction. This property and rental group are highly recommended!

Awesome Stay at Charlotte Park VRBO
The property was as advertised and matched the photos exactly. One of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in. The owner and property manager contact were very responsive and the level of communication was excellent. They allowed us to check in 1 hour early and the few minor occurrences we encountered they resolved immediately and to our satisfaction. This property and rental group are highly recommended!

Nice layout and plenty of room.
Smelled like cigarette smoke. Took forever for hot water in shower. Pool not heated so couldn’t use.

The property was beautiful. We did need to wash the shower curtain and rugs from the bathroom they smelled. Bedding had spots and stains on them. Loungers had been broken by previous renters and not replaced so nothing to relax on outside. The deck on the canal has a light that was broken, the table was broken and chairs were very dirty and dish soap was the only cleaner which made it difficult to clean the outdoor furniture. I did text this information to the owners and they were going to contact the cleaning company as they were not responding to me and I did not see them until 5 mins before we left the house. Great potential for a great house but needs more TLC.
