The place was perfect for our family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Great location with the ability to walk to most places. The a/c had a mind of its own. We never touched it and woke up one morning to 63 degrees. Also the blinds on the sliding doors did not go down. On the positive side, I could wake up and see the lake. :) Kind of wished the elevator and steam shower worked but we seemed to manage. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. Dan, the maintenance man was outstanding.

The main reason we picked this rental was to have direct beach access and walking paths. The slides in the photo gallery and site map refer to beach access and a walking path. In reality there is neither. Instead you have to go out to the busy main Street to walk to the beach. A big disappointment for us as we traveled with 4 very young grandchildren who needed easy access. The queen bed was very uncomfortable and way too soft. Also the pool didn’t seem heated and was pretty small.For the price of this unit, we expected a better situation. That said, the on-site manager was very helpful and professional.

This place is truly perfect!! Great location to watch fireworks & walk to everything! Such a well appointed house too! We absolutely loved the porch & grilled most nights and had dinner outside - what an amazing view!! Definitely would stay here again & again.

Incredible view and beautiful property. The master is especially fantastic. Great location near South Tahoe, but outside the craziness. We will stay here again.

Family of 8 ages ranging from 20-59. The house was perfect for the size of our party, location, amenities. Very clean and check in/out process was effortless. We met Dan upon arriving and he was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. We will return!
*We were notified that the hot tub was being re-plastered the week before but would’ve been nice to know the pool wasn’t open yet.

The location was awesome. The unit we stayed in had an awesome view. The staff was extremely helpful with suggestions on places to see. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when visiting South Lake Tahoe!

It was large, open, high quality, and in a beautiful location. Everyone wished we could have stayed longer, and they all want to return at some time in the future. The property manager was on-site and extremely friendly. We had a wonderful time and could not have been happier with this property.

This property was great for a week for 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space and it's right on the water. You could walk to Safeway for groceries and plenty of good restaurants. The only real downside was the limited parking. I had a full size 4 door pickup and it could not fit in the garage of lot. We'd stay here again. Great location for time in South Lake.

Loved the location right on Lake Tahoe.
It was close to the hot air balloon boat and my husband’s fishing charter as well as Clearly Tahoe kayaking. We enjoyed doing all three activities.
Beautiful home with lots of room to relax. Great to have a washer and dryer to use. We liked having a garage to park our car in.
Two things:
1. The noise from the traffic was somewhat distracting as you sit outside with the incredible view. This is the trade off staying in South Lake Tahoe close to the restaurants, shops, and marina.
2. Hopefully, the jetted tub drain is now fixed as it did not have tight enough seal to hold any water in the tub. Hence, we were unable to use it.
I highly recommend taking the hot air balloon flight as seeing Lake Tahoe from above was a once in a lifetime experience!

This home was even more elegant then it’s pictures! Perfect for a family get away. Off main drag so roads are always easily accessible. Had to reach out to management and they responded quickly and were very helpful. Views were breathtaking!! I’m hoping it’s available next year when we plan to visit.

Another great visit to Sierra Shores. We decided to come back between summer and winter to get in some final hiking and to see the fall colors. Had a wonderful time and loved coming home each day to the luxurious townhouse with the breathtaking view of the lake. RnR management is always there to help but everything was clean and working perfectly - there was no need to call them about anything but we always like knowing they are available.

Beautiful home with spacious layout! We had 6 adults and there was room for everyone. Great views from the balcony and an exceptional primary bedroom with private balcony. We enjoyed cooking in almost every night it was a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay here!
There were a couple of hiccups but nothing that ruined our stay. The issues we had were addressed right away and maintenance was there in 30 minutes to fix them.
The location is perfect and we really enjoyed all the amenities in the master bedroom/bathroom on the third floor. Private balcony, fireplace and sauna was definitely a plus! The location was perfect for the view and convenience of stores and restaurants within walking distance.
Highly recommend staying here and we look forward to staying here again when the weather warms up.

Our family party consisted of two adults with three of their grown children and two young grandchildren. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable and roomy; the kitchen and dining areas were large and well-stocked. There was plenty of room in the living area to hang out and for the little ones to play. The deck overlooking Lake Tahoe was lovely.
During the days, we got in some skiing, snowboarding and sledding, while enjoying warm meals and down time in the evenings.
There is limited parking at the unit, but this is managed nicely by parking up to two additional cars at the nearby Safeway.
All-in-all, our family had a fabulous long weekend enjoying every bit of the property and Lake Tahoe area. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place!

The booking process was not smooth. My company books with Amex. I booked through VRBO with Amex only to need a different method. That was the first problem. Secondly, they treat you a bit like kids with all the excessive rules and notices. Third, the place is prices and some of the beds, the Queen in particular should have been replaced a decade ago. It slept like a bird nest, or a cereal bowl. I couldn't see out of the bed when sleeping.
