Hooks by washer dangerous- step down to wash room dangerous- suggest fan in kitchen gets hot when cooking

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this rental. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had literally everything we could possibly need. With 4 kids , it gets expensive to eat out. We had everything we needed to cook meals there and we were only 2 blocks from an HEB. With only a 5 minute drive to the beach, this house worked out perfect for my family. We will definitely be returning!

We had our grand kids with us. 5 year old and 10 month old. There was plenty of room for them . House has everything you need. We had some questions when we got there and the host picked up the phone and gave us the answers we needed. Thanks again and we will come back

It is a great property, with everything you need and just minutes from the beach and stores. Will be staying here again in the future.

The house was cute and clean. The beds were comfy. Cooking was difficult. It took about 45 minutes to boil water on the stove. I’m not sure if it’s because the one big pot was warped on the bottom and wasn’t making contact with the burner or the burners didn’t heat evenly. (I think it was both.) Otherwise, we enjoyed the house.

This 3 bedroom cottage is decorated in beach theme and so comfortable. The beds were all so comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied and the backyard fire pit and BBQ grill made for a great stay. We sat on the front porch and listened to the sea gulls play. The breeze was perfect. We will be back!

At the advertised rate of $129.00, being pet friendly, I would have rated it better but the owner has chosen to have a company out of Denver, CO manage their property in Rockport, TX. The fees associated with EVOLVE increased the nightly cost to $194.00 including a $320.00 damage protection fee that I assumed (wrongly) was a refundable damage deposit - it is not refundable. After pleading my case with EVOLVE (the property owner claimed ignorance) & explaining that not only was I paying a pet fee & a service fee already but that they actually had an ad on the email invoice they sent me promoting damage insurance of only $59.00 for $1500.00 worth of insurance - why would I pay them $320.00 when I could get insurance for $59.00??? They basically said "too bad, that's our policy"...I think it is unscrupulous & deceitful & I would not rent another property if EVOLVE was the management company & I would check the charge sheet MUCH more carefully. As to the property: great location in Rockport-close to most everything; good bed & shower; fenced yard is nice if you have a pet.... internet is sketchy; if you don't bring your own streaming service memberships with you there is no TV, not even local news/weather; even though it is advertised as sleeping 8 there is only one 5 Ft. closet in the room with bunkbeds - no closet or drawer space in either of the larger bedrooms as the 2 closets in those rooms are locked up & not usable.

This cottage has everything to make your stay perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and listening to the sea gulls nearby. We had a fire in the firepit in the backyard and enjoyed the stars and the quiet. The 3 bedrooms are all comfortable and the kitchen is nicely appointed. Loved the Keurig!
