We had a great time in this house. It was very clean and spacious. We had all the amenities we needed for our big family. I loved cooking in the kitchen and making big meals for our family. The view outside the window was beautiful and spectacular. Thanks for your wonderful home!

We had 11 adults staying at The Vineyard for three nights. The common areas were spacious and bright. The bedrooms, for the most part, were small but we only slept there so it was not a problem. My only concern was the stairs (one set was very steep and the others had no handrails) but as long as your group has no one who is disabled, it will not be a problem. It was a lovely home and I recommend it.

Liked everything there, even alpacas. Only comment we have is it's not real far from I-70, and the bedrooms face that way, so with the windows open there is some road noise. But with either earplugs, or some noise cancelling earbuds, it's fine. And with the windows closed should be OK. But not enough of an issue to pass on this property.....

Six of us stayed here for a family birthday trip, and we were really satisfied with the rental. The house is huge with tons of space and comfy bedrooms, plentiful dining areas, and an enormous kitchen that is generously equipped with all the cooking utensils and other items you'd need to feed a whole family. It was also extremely clean and extremely well-maintained. And, because it's on a quiet semi-residential road, it's very quiet, too. The check-in/out processes and instructions were simple to follow, the Wi-Fi worked great, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. From the house, it's an easy drive or Uber/Lyft ride into downtown Grand Junction, and also an easy trip into Palisade for wine tasting/etc. Overall, a really solid location whether using it just as a base or if you're spending lots of time there in the house.

House is nice, modern and clean, and kitchen was well stocked. The tea leaves were actual chrysanthemum and rose bulbs, that was a nice touch. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family and our extended family as we were in town to celebrate my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary. The house and the patio were beautiful and spacious. The location is convenient - can get to almost any place in the valley within 15 minutes. Even though there are 2 other rentals on the same property it was quiet and private. The property manager was also very helpful. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Had everything we needed for our large family of 14. Loved the Alpacas out back and the firepit was perfect for stores. The masterbath shower was fantastic and we had a waiting line for it every night. Overall the home was spacious and well maintained. Would highly recommend.

We rented this home for a local festival with our extended family. The house was terrific with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is huge, and makes for a nice gathering place. Beds were comfy and everything was clean and well cared for.

This is a wonderful property for a family to gather. Plenty of high quality room for food, fun, and festivities. Excellent kitchen and everything you need to host a big family event. Comfortable beds, and wonderful amenities. Rural feel but easy access to all the area offers. You get a lot for the rate. We definitely would make this our first place to check availability upon any future visit to Grand Junction.

This property is a hidden gem with great owners. The communication was fantastic. Everything you could possible need was in the house. Down to every convenience items. Looking forward to staying again soon

The home and property are great! The alpaca are super cute and allows us to pet them lightly with some time and trust. The home is super welcoming and has everything you can think of! I was pleasantly surprised to find a kitchen full of all the appliances you can think of. A blend of 3 families stayed here and we had no problem fitting the space! Property owners were available and communication was fast! Would stay again! May actually stay again!

This was great, got to have family and friends come by, have dinner and chat. There was plenty room for everyone. The home was clean, beautiful, not just comfortable, but comfy. Loved the added decore of all the local pictures. If you need a place to stay in area. Stop looking and book this one. Uf we come this way again, will book without hesitation. Thanks for adding to family memories.

The reason we were all gathering was not joyous but we found much joy in all being together under one roof. This home was a perfect respite for our families to reconnect, recharge and reflect.
