We enjoyed our stay in this home in Pine Valley in Rotonda West, FL! This was our eighth winter in this part of RW and we really loved the peace and quiet of this particular neighborhood! I walked each morning and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The pool was lovely and is one of the largest pools we have ever had at one of our winter rental homes! The owner was very accessible and dealt with any issue that came up quickly. We love the beach at Boca Grande, the Farmer’s Market in Englewood, and the golfing at the 99 holes at Rotonda West! Would recommend this rental for any family looking to enjoy this part of South Florida!

This property is a hidden oasis! It really has everything you need in the rooms and on the kitchen. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was on the cold side, but the kids enjoyed it every day.
If you are a nature lover, this is the place. Sitting by the pool in the morning you can see beautiful sunrises and hear the birds and if you are lucky a gator swimming by.
We had a wonderful stay and Will was very responsive and made sure we had all the information needed in a timely manner. We hope to come back one day.

The property met our needs perfectly being in a quiet private location well equipped with pond to the rear providing enjoyable wildlife watching with a large lanai and pool. The owner/host could not be more welcoming and helpful.

The home was absolutely beautiful and at the end of a culdesac where it felt like we had so much privacy. The owners were also just great! Very responsive and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. We had 11 of us, 4 adults, one my child and her boyfriend and the rest my other kids and my nieces and we had plenty of room! Bring bug spray would be my only suggestion. Beaches and great restaurants within 20-25 minutes. Will definitely book again if we go back to that part of Florida 💕

This beautiful house is well maintained and clean. It has everything you need for a great family vacation. The pool was a highlight especially for our kids. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Englewood beach which is also very family friendly.

We had a great stay. Will & family made our preparation and stay very easy. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the pool and patio everyday. Kitchen was well equipped as we like to cook. Teenage boys had their space and went for bike rides with bikes provided.

This is the best VRBO property we have stayed at. Will and Jackie have a lot of pride in keeping this property well-maintained. It was in great shape after the hurricane and they installed a metal roof to protect against future damage. For us, the pool is the big attraction and it is well-maintained. Will is very attentive to anything you might need. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home, excellent amenities, quiet neighborhood, close to beautiful beaches and wonderful hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pine Valley. The house was in immaculate conditions with everything necessary for a stress free vacation. The heated pool and spa was the favorite of all. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler allowed us to enjoy time at Englewood Beach and Blind Pass Beach.
We greatly appreciated our hosts, Jackie and Will. They responded promptly to any questions or requests. Their owners packet was the best we have ever had for clarity and detail. We hope to be able to return in the future.

My family and friends rented this for a week vacation. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and secluded on a dead end. The back yard had lots of wildlife. We saw so many different types of birds and gators. Even had 3 raccoons making their rounds. The owner sent me a list of places he recommends and we checked out 4 of the beaches that were close by. A great spot to kick back relax and fire up the grill while the kids swim. I LOVED watching TV every night outside on the patio.

This home was amazing! Very clean and so comfy… we were so relaxed we actually only left the house for the beach twice during our 10 days there! Will, the owner, is very accommodating, and was so quick to answer any questions I had. Amazing pool, and loved watching the different kinds of ducks coming and going in the canal in back.

Nice Stay
The house is very pretty inside. There was 10 of us. This house doesn't sleep 10 people like the listing says. It comfortably sleeps 9 people. We always rent a house with a pool for the kids and never had problems. But, this time our main issue was the pool. Pools are usually ALWAYS cool in the summer so people can cool down in them. This pool was hot. I contacted the owner he said it was because it was summer and it's hot. However, after talking with the owner more, we learned that he had the solar heat turned on. He then guided us on how to turn the solar heat off which helped tremendously. The owner also says that the spa is not a hot tub. But when the spa is turned on it gets hot and steams much like a hot tub and that same hot water runs into the pool. The only other issue was the garden tub. We didn't get to use it because the water issue. I did let the owner know about that as well. Overall, it is a pretty house and it was a nice stay after we got the pool cooled down.

Home is as listed
This home is exactly as listed in the photos! The owner, Will, was in communication prior to arrival and during the stay (not overbearing). He was easy to talk to and made things happen. My husband and son were going to take a bike ride (bikes in garage for tenant use) and a tire was flat. I asked Will if a pump was around and he didn't believe there was, which was just fine. The next thing I know, he sends a text stating an air pump will arrive the next day. This is service and made me feel like he cares! Sure enough, a pump arrived at the door the next day.
The house itself was beautiful. There is no carpet in the home, which we thoroughly enjoy. All of the appliances work, the kitchen is wonderfully stocked with pans, appliances, coffee maker. Bathrooms came with tp and loads of towels. There were pool toys/floats in the garage (we purchased diving sticks while there and left them for the next renters). This vacation home is a gem. I would absolutely recommend this home.
(P.S. if you are in this area, Donatos Italian restaurant in Port Charlotte is a place to try out too.)

We enjoyed our week here so much. The pool was beautiful and warm. The backyard is a beautiful backdrop to the pool. The kitchen had everything. Contacting the owner was super easy immediate response. It was a super relaxing time.

Great time in this house! Owner was very helpful in resolving one issue! We were a full house 7 adults and two babies. There were 2 packandplays and a high chair for our use, so appreciated!
