Really nice, quiet location on Thames. Good walk to Bowman's Warf. Paved parking for 2 cars for our upper floor rental, and 2 additional spots for a separate rental below. Parking lines are not visible, so had to accommodate for space. Lots of steps to enter through the back. Beautifully appointed w/ 3 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and shower. The private roof top deck was a bonus. Spectacular views!

Lovely, safe location. Close to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Having en-suite baths for each of the 3bedrooms was a definite plus as well as two living rooms on two floors. Furnishings very nice and beds were comfortable, newer and pristine clean linens!

It was a great location and the house was big and spacious. We loved that it was right in the middle of everything in downtown. Parking lot was also large. However, we had a lot of ants in the kitchen and also in one of our bathrooms upstairs. It made it difficult to make food in the kitchen and felt very unsanitary with a 4 month old baby.

Wonderful property, great location. Comfortable accommodations. Only suggestion would be to equip the kitchen with more cookware (cookie sheets, platters, etc) Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

The 2 separate living rooms were great - I e for a playroom for kids and the other for adults. Good size bedrooms and comfortable beds and great that each had en-suite baths. The roof top deck was phenomenal for cocktails and relaxing.

Our group of 3 adults and 2 children enjoyed our Newport getaway at this property. Check in was easy, the host was responsive, and the property was clean and suited our needs. After checking in we had a small issue with the heat not working and the refrigerator not working. A call to the property host quickly fixed both issues. The property itself was updated, had a great layout with two upstairs bedrooms for privacy, and one downstairs bedroom. As a bonus it was within walking distance to all of Newport’s attractions. The two off street parking spots behind the property were convenient. We recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great place and great location. My only regret was that it was rainy and windy from Hurricane Fiona so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the roof deck. Would have picked a cheaper place had I known.

Girl's Trip
Had a fabulous trip with 4 girls, great location walking distance to all the best restaurants and bars, walking distance to spa @ Goat Island, loved the en suite baths, kitchen and a/c both excellent, loved the roof deck!! Parking for two cars, and had an issue upon arrival with a smoke detector beeping but management sent maintence man right over to fix.

Perfect girls weekend
We had a little college reunion, 6 of us. Everyone was so happy with the place. Happy hour on the deck was amazing, perfect location to walk to everything, parking was easy. We had a blast and look forward to booking it again next year!

Kitchen was not gourmet as advertised and poorly equipped
Roof top deck was dangerous to access
three bedroom but one edroom had to closet furniture or any place to hang closes etc.
No real place for 6 people to gather
Aircondiner in living area and very loud to try to have conversation
rugs on floors had no pad so they were slip hazzards

Great condo and location
We really enjoyed our stay despite the rainy weather. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Suggestions would be to make it extremely obvious in the listing and check in instructions that this is the top unit of a house that you access by going up three flights of steps in the back of the house (not through the front door). They should also use two different codes for both units for safety reasons (we entered the wrong unit completely by mistake and the code for our unit worked for the other unit...). It could be better stocked by supplying laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and more than three coffee cups. Also, the fire alarms were missing and wires were coming out of where they should have been, so those need to be replaced. All simple fixes! Overall a great stay, and we would return.

Wonderful Stay! Great location.
I was with a group of seven women for a long weekend. What a fantastic place to get away from it all. The roof top deck is just wonderful and relaxing . Sunset was just beautiful. We had a small thing we needed taken care of and the management team was wonderful. I could not recommend this place highly enough. Great location. Walk-able to mansions, bars, restaurants and shops. We parked our cars and that's where they stayed! Halie, the assistant director of lodging was great. I will definitely use this again!

Amazing Accommodations!
We have been frequent visitors to Newport over the past 30 years and have stayed in a multitude of hotels, condos, and rental units. The Newport Lofts surpassed all the others in every aspect. Location was perfect, rooftop deck was breathtaking, and the interior amenities would make anyone feel as if they were at home. We knew this was a special place the moment we walked through the door. Additionally, the staff was very accommodating and took care of anything we needed - they even delivered a brand new (still in the box) coffee maker! Katie is a top notch representative of the company! You can't go wrong. Well worth the price!

Fantastic place for a group stay in Newport!
This was the perfect spot for a girl's weekend in Newport! The place is beautiful, and everyone raved about everything from the space to the fixtures, not to mention the roof deck! There was no need to go out Friday night, as we had the best view in Newport. The location is just far enough so as not to be noisy at 2am, but close enough to walk to all downtown bars and restaurants. Checking in/out was as easy as showing up and leaving, and an issue we had was dealt with immediately. Cannot recommend enough!
