We really loved the remodeled room. All the comforts of home. The room was very close to all the restaurants and bars and the price was extremely reasonable. We took a nice drive over to St Pete beach and enjoyed the water and beach. We will definitely go back again. Thanks so much !

Property was great. Everyone was friendly. Room a was as described. We had a great view of sunrises and dolphins daily. Carmen was very responsive when I reached out. Only went to one restaurant on site which was very good. We were to busy (in a good way) so we didnt get to eat at the other. Only suggestion and its for the property itself is that there should be a small convenient type store. Some people could stay right on grounds the whole time without leaving

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were relatively clean & comfortable.The balcony view was outstanding. I saw dolphins every day. My only complaint is that the refrigerator did not work.

The view of the canal and sunrise is great. The room was nicely decorated but could use some updating.

This is a very quaint place. Nicely decorated and great location. Just steps from the private beach and restaurants. The sunrise in the morning and being able to overlook Tampa Bay and its oh so fabulous sunsets made our days complete. Thank you Carmen for hosting

We got to FL early that morning. Didn’t let us check in early because they had to “clean” the place. When we got access there was stains in bathroom walls, drains were clogged, dirty sheets. Come to find out my friend slept in pee stained sheets. The sheets felt scratchy. The management team responded immediately to replacing sheets. However we asked them to respect our stuff and not touch anything. They did and moved everyone’s stuff we couldn’t find anything because all of our stuff were in each other’s bag. It made us feel really uneasy after that. They provided a coffee maker but no coffee??? But provided us a sponge and dish soap… ha. It just felt cheap. I’ve stayed in worst hotels and it still felt like we were sleeping on clean sheets and had decent coffee. ☹️ The pool water was freezing so we couldn’t even go to the pool. We didn’t stay in much because we didn’t like what the room provided us. Called VRBO and they couldn’t help. Huge disappointment. To be honest our stay should have been free.

Awesome waterview.Nice little getaway/condo overall. The unit was cleanish.,bed was comfortable. The pictures were accurate. Only downside was the toilet squeaked/whistled/went down slow. The water in the shower and sink also went down very slow.
