as i mentioned already, our experience with you wasn't a good one. the wait times to hear back are signficant, and when you're traveling, thats not acceptable. for $700/night, i expect immediate replies. as i get with every other host i've used on VRBO. and i mentioned to the office across the street, the unit is full of ants. i'm not publishing this feedback, but i wouldn't chose this unit again as other hosts have been far more responsive. thank-you.

We really enjoyed our stay in Newport. We are two adult couples and liked the fact that the two bedrooms were identical. We enjoyed all of the living spaces including the two decks. The room on the top floor has a fold out sofa and a full bath so three couples would be comfortable. The bedrooms are on the first floor with the kitchen and living room on the second so it could be noisy in the bedrooms when people started roaming around upstairs. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. We did not cook any meals but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked.
The location of the apartment was a highlight as we could walk to the many great restaurants and shops in Newport. Ubers were readily available for visits to the mansions, cliff walk and beaches.

Our family had the best time given the quick access to beaches and shops. The place had all that we needed and it was super clean. We loved having parking and 2 porches with great views. We plan to return soon!

Located on Thames Street, we left our in their designated spots (two for our rental) and easily walked and biked all around Newport.
The rooftop deck provided great sunset views after a day out around town before dinner.
Restaurants are plentiful, but the kitchen is also well set up for cooking in if you desire.
Both bedrooms and ensuites were on the ground floor that provided amazing water pressure in the shower.
I'd seek to stay here again next time I'm in Newport.

With three levels, our group of four had plenty of space. We easily could have had another couple or some kids stay on the gorgeous pullout sofa with an additional bedroom.
Location was prime, and the house is newly renovated and outfitted. We had a great time visiting Newport.

The property and accommodations were amazing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk to the mansions. The only drawback was being woken up every morning at 7:00 by the construction and workers at the back of the house. When construction is finished it will be great.

Had the best stay here! Can’t wait to come back. The only flaw was some noise in the street level bedrooms and the lack of blankets for the living room (although it was 50 degrees in June…)

This property was very nice and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue was outdoor noise. I'm a light sleeper and since we stayed here in December, it wasn't too bad unless a truck drove by. However, the noise is probably much worse in the summer. Other than this, the property was wonderful.

Newport
Property was very nice, clean and updated. I should of had cookie sheet or pizza pan, there was not anything to warm pizza or bake premade cookies. A few more essentials are needed. When I booked the description said 3 king beds and when we arrived it was 2 king beds and a pull out. When I emailed and questioned it they told me it was changed, however I did have the posting stating it was 3 king beds. It worked out for encaustic it away a girls trip but if it was couples it would not of worked.

Family Getaway
The unit is beautiful, our only 2 negatives were.... a bit noisy, hard to enjoy the outdoor space with the crazy cars revving their motors. and definitely needs a toaster.

The property was in excellent condition, immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and it was located convenient to the restaurants and shops but not right in the middle of them. It was right across the street from a convenience store. There was waterfront right down the block.

Extremely Loud Location
The property is nice but it’s located at the corner of two extremely busy streets. If you’re a light sleeper, stay somewhere else. Two of the three bedrooms are located on the ground level and cars, people and motorcycles pass by all day and night. We left 15 hours after checking in.

Amazing!
This house is amazing and a perfect vacation rental in Newport. The house was extremely clean and better in real life than the pictures! We had a blast using the rooftop deck and were pleased to find the couch pulled out! We were able to walk to Bowen’s Warf and able to obtain parking next to the house (in addition to the 2 parking spots included)!!! Looking forward to renting this house again next summer!!
