Our luxurious Villa is a spaciously designed 1 floor Villa with a private (heated) swimming pool and majestic views of both mountains and sea. The Villa has undergone a complete renovation which has made it even more luxurious. It is located next to the sea (500 meters), cafes, restaurants and shops. It is located i a great vacation resort which is also known to be a perfect starting point for both hiking and biking. The accommodation has a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. Around the whole villa, there is lighting on the walls, pillars, and lighting on the terrace floor and around the whole pool area; perfect for those who enjoy spending time in the huge terrace area even after the sun has gone down. On the roof, there are solar panels to produce electricity and hot water which makes it a very climate-compensated accommodation.The house has 7 bedrooms with fully equipped bathrooms (toilet and shower). Each bedroom has its own entrance out to the terrace. The house can accommodate 14 people in total. There are 8 bathrooms in total, a large top modern kitchen with high-quality design and equipment as well as several living areas. Underfloor heating throughout the house. The accommodation is surrounded by large tiled terraces with a private pool (11x5.5). There are plenty of sun loungers, an outdoor shower, garden furniture and a barbecue area with a gas grill and charcoal grill. On the terrace you will also find a 'play area' with a pool table and table tennis table. This house is perfect for larger companies of family and friends who want to flourish in luxury in a prime location next to the beach.
