The room was comfortable and the surrounding area was nice. We wanted to go to the Plitvice Lakes and we could just leave the car at the apartment and walk 10mins. Very well located

The bathrooms need a little upgrade but was still very okay. We booked 5 different accommodations during our stay in Croatia and this was the most pricey per night, yet unlike the other four, this place had no possibility of making any tea or coffee (no kettle or coffee machine), there were no plates, bowls, glasses, or cutlery of any sort, so we could pretty much do nothing for ourselves if we wanted to. There is an a/c but you need to pay €3 daily for the remote, which was not mentioned when booking.

Expensive breakfast (approx. 15 Euro per person). No kettle in the room. AC costs 3 eur/night extra.

Great location with very nice hosts

Very lovely location close to the park entrance 1, comfortable room and bathroom with everything I needed, very friendly owners. They recommended me a nice place to eat dinner. It’s around a 15 minute walk to the park entrance/bus stop so the location is perfect.

The rooms are maintained and cleaned in an exemplary manner, the linen was immaculate, I don’t think I have ever seen any place cleaner than this. Both rooms are on the first floor and it is worth asking for the room with the balcony if you plan to use it. Also note that use of air-conditioning is +3€ per day. We did not have breakfast as we left for the lakes at 6:45, so cannot comment on it. The location is a 10’ easy walk from Entrance 1 of the Plitvice lakes, so extremely practical, and there are shops for food, drinks etc within 5’ by car. There is parking in the property, just below the balcony. At night it was super quiet. A brilliant choice as à base to explore the lakes.

Everything was very good. The owner is nice and tries her best to speak English. Room is very clean, nice view. Near the entry 1 of plitvice park, by walk just around 2 or 3 minutes. 👍👍👍

Spacious clean rooms with good bathroom. Good to have a fridge. 500 metres from Entrance 1 to the park.

There is an additional charge to use air conditioning. The gentleman host was very friendly, but not the lady.

The property is a 15 min walk from the 2nd Plitvice lakes park entrance and from a restaurant located near to that. There was a good buffet breakfast. One reviewer said it was not such good value for a vegetarian, but it was fine for me as a vegan. There was cereal, toast & fruit. For vegetarians there would also be cheese and yoghurt. Perhaps some oat, soy or almond milk would have been nice, but I did not expect that in Croatia. The area around the property was nice and quiet, all the gardens on the street looked very well looked after.

My friend said he would have liked a kettle.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner with a cup of espresso and pastry. It was totally unexpected and was a nice way to start our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. If we were to go back to the area we would stay here again.

wonderful, clean room, 10 minutes from Entrance 1. The host, Ljubica, kindly waited for us late at night to greet us (we got lost on the way ) . breakfast (an extra 10 euro pp) was lovely and perfect for an active day at Plitvice park. highly recommend

Location is perfect, nice clean room very close to the entrance of national park. You can keep car parked all the time inside the courtyard.

Quiet, clean and good location

The location is ideal for visiting Plitvice Lakes NP from Entrance 1. One can walk to the entrance and also to the very nice rustic restaurant near the entrance in about 5 minutes. The room was quite large and well equiped. The shower was hot and good. I am really glad I opted to purchase breakfast at the guesthouse before heading to the park. It was plentiful, varied, tasty, and a great value. Written communication with the hosts prior to arriving was clear, quick and helpful. For this English first language and rusty German speaker, oral communication at the guest house was easy and extremely helpful - with a little help from Google translate. The wifi worked very well in the guest room. The guesthouse is really ideal for visitng the park due to its proximity to the park; the spacious, clean, well equipped rooms; the lovely setting; and the friendly guesthouse keepers.

Nice/clean/big room. Very close(walking distance) to entrance 1 of Plitvic park and the restaurant Lica Kuca. Funny/grumpy land lady.

clean, comfortable, less than 10 minutes by foot from the park but outside of the tourist area : the neighborhood is super quiet, and that's very valuable after a long day in Plivitce park.
