My friends and I had a great night at The Red House. We enjoyed the proximity to the water and the beds were super comfortable! Definitely hoping to get back soon. Thanks for a great stay!

The house is exactly as advertised, and filled with useful touches ranging from coffee filters to paper towels. The hosts replied to any questions very promptly. We had a great time!

Fantastic house with so much chacharacter! The hosts were so nice and very accommodating. This is a rental that would be great all 4 seasons. Very close to the Causeway. Highly recommended and can't wait to go again!

The screened in porch was a favorite place to eat, play games, and hang out after a day at the lake. We enjoyed borrowing the kayaks and using the outdoor fire pit. The upstairs bedroom/bathroom were quite hot but there was a fan to use. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall the house was perfect! It was myself, my sister and our 6 kids. We had plenty of room for us all to sleep and spread out when we wanted alone time. The kids loved the ping pong table. I loved the screened porch. The fire pit was awesome! My only complaint is the beaches weren’t good for swimming. They were great if you were boating or kayaking or maybe if you wanted to fish.

The house was in a nice location about 2 minutes walk from Sebago Cove, with 4 kayaks included in rental. Everything was as advertised, but a few improvements would make a big difference. Lighting was pretty poor throughout and kitchen could have been cleaner and more organized. Counters, sink and fridge were fine, but inside of cabinets very dusty and dishes didn't seem clean. The supplies left (paper, cleaning, etc) was very good.

The Red House was nice. Big 3 bedrooms. Clean. 2 beaches down the road.

Wished we could stay longer
We have visited Maine a few times now and really enjoyed our experience with Maine Cottage Keepers! We live on Hatteras Island where there are no mountains and very rarely any snow, so we head once a year to Maine because there is almost always snow and the mountains are beautiful! The house was terrific. Our kids were able to sled right in the front lawn as there was ample snow over Christmas 2021. Everything worked perfectly and was clean and ready for our arrival. Nice large kitchen, nice bedrooms, cozy living area and even games for the kids in the basement! Thanks so much for a wonderful Christmas getaway.
