Check in was very easy and room was what we expected. We were able to leave our bags upon check out to explore the city some more before leaving town.

We had a wonderful long weekend celebrating as a family. The location was perfect, the property was just as described and the amenities were perfect. We were pleasantly surprised to have a three bedroom unit! We will definitely be back to enjoy this property.

The pottery was very nice. With in walking distance of shopping. Dining and east to get too. Only complaint was for a non smoking room. The place did smell musty like people had smoked there.

The accommodations were great. Very clean. We could walk almost everywhere. Belle’s Cafe was excellent!

Greet experience booking. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Great location just a little outdated and could be a little cleaner. My children loved the pool area but it was in need of some TLC.

All excellent. One note: could maybe use more bath towels. After a couple days used pool towels for showers. Not a big deal tho. Property mgr Bill Maud was very helpful and always responded quickly. Lady at check in was very nice and helpful. Overall - extremely pleased. Thanks!

We enjoyed staying here. Easy stay with kids and close to town and the trolley stop. The pool was a hit with the kids.

Walking distance to all the shops and restaraunts

We were in Newport for a wedding and wanted to be in walking distance to event and downtown shops and restaurants. The location is perfect, and just enough out of the way to be quiet. Found Belle’s cafe across the street as well as Brick Marketplace so convenient to anything you need to get. Spacious unit so we were not on top of each other.

William cancelled our trip when we were an hour away from Newport, the day of our arrival. We had reserved and paid for a 2-bdrm unn unit, and William didn’t have a 2-bdrm to give us that day. He said he was trying to get us into a 1-bdrm, which wouldn’t work with our family of 5. I cannot comment on the property itself, as we never stayed there. It was a disappointment, as my family was really looking forward to all of the amenities and being close to everything. The only good experience about this was that I got my money back soon after the cancellation.

Terrific 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths on Newport waterfront in a Wyndham condo resort. Full kitchen which was great as we ate in-all basic coking utensils/pots, microwave/toaster/drip coffee maker/oven/dishwasher/4 burner stove. Big TV that had chrome cast. Nice jacuzzi tub in master bath. I think you can get different rooms; they asked at check in if stairs were OK-2nd bedroom was downstairs with full bath, living room/kitchen, master bed/bath upstairs. Big closets in all rooms. Resort was lovely: beautiful landscaping 2 pools open in mid-October 1 outdoor 1 outdoor/indoor with connecting tunnel between sections which kids loved. Great game room with driving game, claw treat retriever, pool table, air hockey. Highly recommend! Owner super responsive, 24 hour concierge desk.

My kids are adults so we didn’t participate in resort activities and not having the washer dryer was not a problem. I’d only say if you need a w/d in unit make sure you state that. Otherwise great location for walking in town, comfy beds.

The unit was clean and spacious. It doesn’t say definitively in the description but there IS a nice outdoor deck overlooking the harbor. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the beds were clean and comfortable. I would guess this is one of the better properties on the premises. We usually stay at Gurneys but this place blew it away. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great location! A short walk to center of town but quiet in the evenings. The pool does get crowded and there is only 1 parking spot allowed per unit.

The property was in a great location and walking distance to the excellent restaurants and shops that Newport has to offer. Also, William was quick to answer any questions I had related to our stay. Only thing I would suggest is updating the listing photos as the ones listed were clearly outdated as the accommodations were much nicer than depicted. Overall great place and would definitely stay again!
