The condo we rented was clean and well-equipped. The wi-fi signal was a bit weak, but we got by fine. The lock box was a bit tricky to open. We appreciated access to the pool and found the food at the Pinion Grill to be tasty.

The location was great and house was clean. Great size and price. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at the property last week, door is very hard to open, and we had issues with getting in its so jammed. light bulbs didn't work either in hall so we couldn't see anything as we arrived at 8pm. the property is dated, but its a good size. I immediately contacted Vacasa with photos on how dirty the property was. it looks like surface cleans have been done for a long time as there are webs everywhere and, in all corners, dust and dirt is very evident. the air conditioner is very dirty too and I feel like we all got sick because of this. The carpet is old and stained and needs a good deep clean. overall, this property needs a really good deep clean. we could not use any of the outdoor furniture. and despite reporting this, it was never rectified during our stay.

Great Location & comfortable house.

Nice layout with plenty of living space for the three of us in a golf trip. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable.
