Excellent location, with fairly easy walk to start skiing. Everything was clean and easy to access. Customer service was responsive and very friendly. Love being right there in Purgatory, and even with being in first floor we had beautiful views out the porch. It was a little tight for our teenagers on sleeping, but I would definitely book this place again. Value was solid.

Great for a 3 day snowboarding getaway. Location to lift was a short few minute walk. Are at Purgy one night and Pizza another night. Easy walk to both. Owners were quick to response when needing assistance

The description is HotTub/Fitness Access what a bunch of crap there is no HotTub or Fitness I called the number listed they said there in no Hot Tub. The management company called me after a bit and said oh for an extra fee you can go to the lodge which is about a 10 minute walk. I was not sure how to dress/change.... so we never had the opportunity. This is just a bad description and I was terribly disapointed.

This is a cute studio condo in a perfect spot to walk to the slopes. Ski locker inside the hallway right outside your front door. It was just the two of us so we used the bunk beds in the hallway as additional storage space. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. There is no dishwasher but that was not an issue for us. The bed was very comfy. Lots of hooks conveniently placed around the condo and in the bathroom which were handy. Check in and access was super easy. Good directions and information from host. We did have a couple minor issues with a missing tv remote, faulty coffee maker, and trying to regulate the heat but a call to the host took care of all that. They brought us a brand new tv remote with extra batteries, a brand new coffee maker, and also two space heaters to make sure we stayed. toasty warm!! Coin operated laundry was convenient - $1.75/per wash/dry load. Bring quarters. We would definitely stay here again and greatly appreciated the way the host went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay!

Wifi never worked inside the unit during our stay and company insisted they didn’t handle it and we would have to call to fix the issue. We had no signal to call inside the unit. Also paid for the access to pool and weight room but info wasn’t sent over and I had to call and wait for 30 plus minutes to get correct info sent to the lodge. Overall unit served its purpose but we will pass on this unit in the future.

The only thing we can say that was not good was every time we’d be gone for the day and come back home, the place has a stinky smell when you walk back in. I’m not sure if it was coming from the garbage disposal or what. A bit further than we had originally thought it would be. We hadn’t looked up how far it was from Durango to purgatory. Also, the little bench at the end of the bed has a broken leg. Couldn’t really use it for the purpose of sitting on.

The bed in the picture is a Murphy bed, which, when pulled out, leaves very little room. Also, the bunk beds are more narrow than normal and there isn't much space to store your bags. Be aware there is no air conditioning in this unit. We were comfortable at night with the sliding door open, but it is best to close the curtains during the day so the room doesn't heat up too much. Overall, it was a nice condo, just more cramped than we expected for our party of 3.

I did find a hair in the shower and the furnishings were a little much, as there was really no place to put our luggage. The upper bunk bed was not safe for our younger kids, and uses the closet space so the lower bunk was fairly small. We also could not find parking when we arrived after dark. We were very happy with the ability to add the Durango Mountain Club as we spent most of our day at the pool (however, it wasn't as warm as we thought a heated pool would be). We enjoyed the kitchen and balcony spaces!

My husband and I wanted a quick get-away without the kids. This unit was a perfect fit for two people. It sleeps 4, but I'm not sure 4 adults or 2 adults/teenagers would be very comfortable. The check in/out was easy and hassle free. We enjoyed the location and the short walk to the lifts every morning. We would consider staying here again if our travels lead us back to Purgatory in the future.

Location was great! Loved the check-in key pad, but we did have to call to get arrival instructions. Heat was slow to warm-up at first, and it was snowing and breezy cold outside. But it worked fine after the 1st night. Thought the room was more cramped than it seemed in pictures. Kitchen is tight when fridge opens and table is being used. Fridge is also very loud when sleeping at night. Glad it was just my hubs and I because we wouldn’t have had much room to store luggage or change if others were using bunkbed/hall area. Probably won’t stay here again, but it was a bit roomier than our camper at least. More like a NYC apartment with a lumpy Murphy bed. Served the purpose I guess.

The accommodations were everything we were expecting and more! Very convenient location for all the amenities and just a short walk to the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Plenty of space to comfortably sleep a family of 4-5. Very clean and great service from the property manager. We will be back!!

The scenery is unmatched, worth a short drive outside of Durango. My husband and I stayed here and it was the perfect size, could have accommodated children, as well. Perfect for a family of four.

We enjoyed our time at Purgatory. COVID added some challenges with activity passes and not everything being open, but we had a blast! The condo was perfectly sized for a family of four and the kids loved the bunk beds. Soft bedding and comfy furniture was a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed, although a larger trash can would have been nice. Would stay here again!

This studio served all of our needs for a nana and grandkids getaway. We were able to walk to all of the attractions and the pool. TV, Wi-Fi, and a grill in addition to a full kitchen provided additional entertainment and in-house cooking. We all had a great time!

Very small for 4 people and rather dated although it was clean. The deck felt very dirty.

It was a great place to stay. The three of us felt comfortable and the studio had everything we needed. It was clean and everything worked. We walked to the ski area every morning, with our ski boots. It was really close walk. Quiet at night, friendly people around. We had a question about our wifi and Suzanne helped us right away. Thank you!
