Everyone really enjoyed the pool and the game room. Really great place for families!

This place was great! It had all of the basics we needed already at the house and had a beautiful, spacious layout. Not to mention the pool was a blast ! Will definitely be booking again !

Such a nice place to stay at! The cleanness was great! Our son enjoyed the pool and watched Disney + when it was time to wind down and come inside. Make sure you stop by the store to pick up some pool noodles and floats. The beds were comfortable! We had a few questions before we booked and the host was quick to respond. We even asked them about recommendations on places to eat. My husband's grandparents were unable to make the trip with us and we were worried about having a place for them to enjoy, but there were plenty of accommodations that they would have enjoyed. Highly recommend booking this place!

We had a great stay! Everything was neat, clean and organized. If I could suggest one thing it would be a citronella candle outside, as several of us got bug bites (I forgot bug spray ☹️). I would definitely recommend this property!

Owners were great! Wonderful experience and perfect location if you are headed to AT&T Stadium! Very clean and tons of room. Game room was perfect for kids! Beds were super comfortable too! Highly recommend this house!

We enjoyed our stay at this home, the pool looked beautiful but the weather wasn’t warm enough for our daughters to swim. We did enjoy numerous games that they had included air hockey and ping pong. The communication with the owners was excellent as well. Very friendly and would love to stay there again.

I rented this house for my family so that we could gather together and attend the Hits Deep Tour concert in Grand Prairie. The house was very clean. We all had a great time in the garage and we played several of the board games available to us. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals. The washer and dryer worked well for having fresh towels each morning and evening. Thank you for opening your doors to our family!

Perfect place for our family visit! 4 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2-14 yrs old had great quality time with all the awesome classic games. All the amenities home and then some! Very comfy beds were so inviting after all day of play. Looking forward to staying again!

Thank you for having my family of four. We enjoyed our stay. The location was in between Dallas and Fort Worth which we were splitting our time between so that worked out nice. Older but quiet neighborhood. The house was just as described on the listing and very clean. Shower pressure in back bathroom was amazing! Did not get to use the pool as it was too cold outside but it looked nice. We would recommend staying here!

Very comfortable ! The hosts were very thorough with making everything easy to find. The beds were comfortable and TV's in each bedroom were appreciated. The kitchen fully functional and well stocked. The showers were great, quick hot water, and great water water pressure. The game room was a great plus. The weather wasn't right for using the pool but the back yard was large with lots of space. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as my family did.

Check in was easy, home was very clean with adequate amount of pillows, towels, and small toiletry items in case you forget any. Fun game room, and great outdoor space for morning coffee or hanging out with friends. We were in town for the cowboys game and had a short 19 minute drive to the stadium.

Went to the Dallas area for a birthday trip. Close to the Fort Worth Stock Yards and AT&T stadium. Easy check in and out. Great communication. Would stay there again!

This was the perfect location for a trip to go to the football game. Being in the middle allowed short drives to Fort Worth and Dallas and only 15 min for stadium. Pool was great for time to relax. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect place for a quick stay

Fabulous long weekend with family and loved the pool, available games and great indoor and outdoor spaces to create new family memories together. Hosts are quick to respond to communication.

We really enjoyed the pool and the game room. It was perfect for my 4 kids 3-10 years old. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to many things. The hosts were really helpful and very responsive. Would stay here again!

My family and I had a great weekend at this property. The house is very clean and has plenty of room. They provide everything you need to have a good time! From a pool table to ping pong table, and plenty of board games. The back yard and pool were the perfect spot for the family to gather and have a great time. We will definitely keep this property in mind for our next weekend getaway!!

The location was great, property was great. Communication was great. Only issue I had was my teenagers didn’t want to share a bed and there were no extra blankets. I’d definitely stay here again

The house was spot on for entertaining 3 eight and under kids. Game room and pool and yard gave them room to play and lots to do. The itinerary was full for 3 days. We all would have enjoyed an extra day for more leisure time. Combo tickets for Peppa Pig, Lego Land and Sea Life in Grapevine Mills Mall were a big hit. We had no idea what to expect, but kids play pass checked all the boxes and a nice birthday dinner out at Pappadaeux. All close to this quite peaceful neighborhood. The pool was still a bit chilling. Hard to stop three waterbabies from wetting their toes. Perfect spot for our toddler to sit on the steps and enjoy the water with the bigger siblings. The house had more games than we could experience. TVs in the bedrooms were a plus plus for for little kids away from home and served the adults for a few moments of down time. The kitchen was perfect size and loaded with gizmos and gadgets for cooking.. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfy. We did not run out of any personal items.. This house is loaded with exactly what we needed for our stay. Thanks for keeping this house up and open for families like ours.
