Perfectly located, well stocked and conveniently located super close to shops & restaurants. I highly recommend.

A really nice comfortable place to stay that is centrally located just outside Denver and the surrounding area. Completely outfitted with everything we needed from a fully furnished kitchen equipped with everything we needed to linens and toiletries. The WIFI and Smart TV's worked great and Youtube TV and Netflix were provided by our host. The location was exactly what we were looking for on this trip being located within a short walk to main street, where there are quaint shops and many great restaurant choices. The private two car garage was a plus and the view of the Rocky Mountains from the rooftop deck was beautiful. Clean, quiet and just what we were looking for.

While visiting relatives, we stayed 3 nights in the row home. It was thoughtfully furnished with Plentiful towels and comfortable bedding. There was a fully stocked kitchen.

My husband and I have stayed at this townhome several times . I feel like it is my home away from home. The home is beautifully furnished and super clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need as well as the bathrooms. There is a beautiful deck on the top floor with great views of the mountains and great for relaxing. It is only a few blocks walking distance to the main street in downtown Littleton with so many great shops and restaurants. Could not be a more perfect home. Would definitely recommend this home and we will definitely be staying again when in Littleton.

Terrific, well equipped kitchen. Bedding was very comfortable and towels are plush. 1 block from downtown was a big plus for getting out for a walk. The rooftop grill area is lovely at sunset. We look forward to a return visit.

This is a great property. Rey close to everything that downtown Littleton has to offer. Easy access and comfortable accommodations. Excellent hosts.

This home is amazing. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this home. It is super clean and beautifully decorated. The home is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bath with high end products. Our 2 year old grand baby came to visit one day and there were plenty of children's toys and games for her to play with. It makes you feel right at home. It is only a few blocks away from the main street of downtown Littleton with many shops and restaurants. A major plus is the lovely rooftop deck with beautiful mountain views. Enjoyed sunsets every evening from the deck. Check in is easy and the host is very responsive and quick to answer any messages. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend this home.

Home was fully stocked with everything we needed for our 10-day stay. Location was perfect if you're looking to spend time in downtown Littleton. It's also great for accessing pretty much anywhere in Denver. Head south to Highlands Ranch for a less crowded area if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Denver. We'd definitely stay again, given the need. It is a vertical home with garage and entry on the first floor, living/kitchen on the second and bedrooms on the third. Not a problem for us in our 40's or our 10 year old but could be a problem for those with mobility issues. Cleanliness was excellent. In our travels, the first thing inspected upon arrival is cleanliness because my spouse is very, very, very picky on clean. We've made trips in the past to the store for cleaning supplies before we've even unpacked. NOT the case here. The house was well stocked so the trip to the store wouldn't have been necessary, but neither were the supplies as it passed her inspection with flying colors. :-)

Our stay could not have been better! The home is beautifully decorated, over-the-top equipped for every need and centrally located. Kerry and his wife have thought if everything ! It was a blast walking all over downtown Littleton. We thoroughly enjoyed our nearly 3 month stay, which really flew by! We highly recommend this townhouse.

This property is amazing. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable and very clean. The host was very easy to contact and check in was very easy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and so were the bathrooms. From soaps to plush towels and tissues and lotions. The beds were super comfortable. A plus... there is a lovely deck on the upper level with great views and fun to hang out. It is also a short walk to downtown Littleton with many shops and restaurants. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had fun shopping in the many little stores in downtown. We had dinner at Smokin Fins and Pho Real. I would highly recommend this home and would definitley stay there again.

The property was exactly as advertised and we will definitely try again to book it for next Littleton stay. Kerry responded to my messages in no time and was really helpful.

Property is wonderful! It is just as shown and stated on the VRBO website. Property owners were easy to contact and made sure that I had everything that I needed. It's also located in a great neighborhood with plenty of opportunities for adventure. Make sure to plan time to spend on the roof top space because it is the best part of the stay. I will return when I get the chance.

My husband and I were out in Littleton for a week to visit our son and daughter in law and our new grandbaby. This Townhouse was very nice. It was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable The townhouse was stocked with everything you needed in the kitchen as well as bath products. It was very comfortable and felt like home. A plus, it was walking distance to downtown Littleton with many shops and restaurants. We discovered a great place to have breakfast or lunch called GraceFull Community Cafe which was literally in our backyard. It is a great place with a great concept about taking care of the community and offering meals to people who can not pay. The host Kerry was very easy to get in touch with and responded to messages immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

The rowhome was perfect. An easy walk to great shopping and restaurants. Kerry was so helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Cannot say enough about this spot! Very clean, perfect location, and beautiful views! Will be coming back with the kids next time.

Location is great, we can walk to town for coffee, dinner etc. We went to Red Rocks for a concert and the drive was easy and close by. Very dog friendly, even had treats for a baby girl! We will definitely stay again when in town

From beginning to end the process was amazing. All of my questions were answered way before I even looked at the property. The space was Absolutely breathtaking and totally my style for me and my family. There was everything in anything I needed to have family time; high chair, games, amazing kitchen, Streaming services, beautiful and relaxing bedrooms with a great rooftop for meditation. This will definitely be where I stay when I come home to visit my family
