Perfect for a weekend get away. Very clean and inviting. Appliances were a little dirty so we had to wash them first, bed was hard as a rock. But over all it was in a nice location

This Serenity condo was great for a Mt. Bachelor ski outing for my husband and myself and a good place for out dog too. The community area with shop and bar was nice and handy. We didn’t end out using the hot tubs in the community area, but it sure looked inviting. This end/ground floor unit with a path behind was great access for taking the dog for walks and the unit met our needs.

Toilet, recliner and Murphy bed all broken. Dirty dishes in cupboard and coffee maker was dirty. TV needed batteries that we had to go get.

This house is very dark and needs more lighting in the living room. The recliner is broken, my husband almost fell backwards in it. Also the front desk told us there would be pink wristbands in the apartment to access the pool. There weren't any. So we could not use the pool. We had to call vacasa twice in a 24 hour period to find out about the wristbands only to be finally told we don't need them. The front desk still insisted we had to have them so we never used the pool area. Very disappointed.

The location is beautiful and the condo was just okay.
TV didn’t work. It would power on but every selection or app required a PIN but no one was able to tell me the PIN. I many text message with VACASA folks and they could not give me a solution. The fireplace was not working. Heater worked fine but was loud. Coffee pot was stained and either needs a good scrubbing or replacing

Small but adequately stocked. Beautiful setting with hiking trails right off back patio. Very quiet even on a holiday weekend. Nice grounds with disc golf course, pickle ball court, pool & hot tub, tennis. We would stay here again.

It was a great place to stay, we weren’t around that much. Out fishing.
We had a great time. The neighbors were up at all hours and had three dogs plus a cat and at one point 5 dogs. That bark when you go to the door. Took up a lot of parking, but we did always have a place to park. The floors were very dirty, the TV didn’t work. I called for the password and they never got back to us. We didn’t like not be able closing off the glass back door, but rigged a black plastic bag and a chair with a pillow to cover it, plus it was cold. Other than that is was quite nice.

Amazing Long Weekend Stay in Bend OR
Had an absolutely wonderful time here for a long weekend in February. The place had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and went above and beyond by supplying a number of fun board games and books! Access to Mount Bachelor is just a short drive up the road and getting into downtown Bend is easy. Highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore the greater Bend area from a comfortable and spacious condo!

Great location!
We loved hiking every morning on the trail just outside our door! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The resort had great amenities, wonderful options for families and was close to Bend and Mt. Bachelor.
