My family spent two weeks in Tennessee, and used this home as our “home base.” It had a great layout and everything we needed. The location was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here! The house was stocked with everything we needed and so comfortable! Beautiful views of the mountains and centrally located for everything we wanted to do. Whole Foods is within 5 mins and Publix is literally right down the street, which was super convenient. The hosts graciously gave some excellent restaurant recommendations - we barely cooked but the kitchen had everything you’d need! Easy access to the highway. Only 15-20 mins max to Rock City, Incline Railway, Ruby Falls. Short drive across the river to the aquarium and children’s creative discovery museum. We loved our visit and would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Walking distance to many attractions and neighborhood restaurants. Great place to stay to check out Chattanooga. Host were nice to work with and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable. It made a great launching place for our journeys around Chattanooga. There are many restaurants within close proximity so walking is an option. The location was fabulous and allowed for easy access, whether on foot or in the car.

The property was outstanding. The location was great and the views are amazing. The pictures depict the property exactly as it is - clean, welcoming with every amenity you could think of and more. I am ready to book again for August!!

We stayed here right after Christmas with our adult children and loved the place. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host thought of everything, including well labeled light switches and remotes, a well-stocked kitchen, and more. There are several restaurants and a Publix grocery store within walking distance. We walked over the pedestrian bridge to the downtown/tourist areas with no problems. This was a bit of a splurge but we don't regret it at all. Street was fairly private and we felt safe the entire time.

Awesome clean and comfortable solar powered house in north Chattanooga. Great lication for coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy walk to pedestrian bridge that crosses to new Bluff District with more shops, museums, restaurants and bars. House was very clean, modern, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Manager lived a few houses away and responded to questions very quickly. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

This house was perfect for our weekend trip to Chattanooga. Had everything we needed and more. Beautiful views. Think I saw a bald eagle! Def saw a red tail hawk fly right over the balcony. I sorted out the mixed up dominoes for you haha!

Everything was great about this property. Very convenient to all the downtown experiences and several local dining options. Prompt and courteous communication that helped resolve any issue that popped up. We would recommend this property for anyone staying near the downtown area.

House is in excellent condition. Well equipped. Nice view. Central location to all the various activities Chattanooga has to offer. We really enjoyed our time here.

Chattanooga was a central meeting point for a group of longtime friends, and the Blue House was absolutely perfect for us. Everything from the property layout to parking to the little touches that elevate an experience to a true 5 star level! Super clean and very convenient to the things we wanted to see and do. We didn’t really cook outside of coffee and using the microwave, but we all noticed how well equipped the kitchen was and how well it was laid out if you were cooking.
Our host Ashley gets 5 stars of her own ~ she anticipated our needs and was very responsive to any questions. She made great dining recommendations, too!

This house exceeded all expectations. A wonderful house in a great location. Easy walk to downtown area of Chattanooga and convenient access to interstates to get to other parts of city. Views from the back of home are wonderful. All amenities are as good or better than described. We had four seniors and everyone loved the home. If we come back to Chattanooga we will definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect! We are three couples that have been friends for over 30 years who decided to meet in Chatanooga for a long weekend. This home is beautiful and very well appointed with everything you need. The location is fantastic and we were able to walk to great restaurants and the Aquarium. Now we just want to go back and stay longer!

We enjoyed spending time together in this lovely house while hiking and sight seeing. The outdoor seating was a nice bonus! We could walk to restaurants, shops, and the river which was especially nice when some of the group was worn out, but some were still wanting to be out and about.

I stayed here with my sons for a little spring break getaway. I cannot say enough good things about the house. It is very well kept, super clean, and had everything that I could possibly need and more. There was plenty of room for us and we are planning to come back with the whole family another time. Anytime we return to Chattanooga to visit our son who is in college there, we will try to book this charming house. The neighborhood is so convenient to everything we wanted to do and the view was lovely. Check in and out were both so easy and we had ZERO issues!

If you appreciate attention to detail; this is the place for you. My family and I had a wonderful time and LOVED our stay! We were able to cook multiple meals in the kitchen that was fully stocked. The home was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The beds and furniture were comfortable. It truly felt like home away from home. The views from the kitchen window and back porches were beautiful. We got to watch the sunset and it was gorgeous! The home is close within walking distance to several restaurants and shops, or take a quick drive to all the main attractions. The host was so nice, responsive, and accommodating which we greatly appreciated. If you are thinking about booking this place, you won't regret it!

Our family of five loved this house.. great to walk thru the door to a very clean and well kept house. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook, detailed instructions for lights and appliances. The balcony was great for relaxing after a fun filled day with the grandboys ! The house was as described and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for providing a wonderful place for making memories with our family.

Not too far to walk downtown. Nice spot with many new amenities. For those that walk, it does sit on top of a pretty steep hill but parking is right in front of the door if you drive.

We stayed at this property because we eloped! The property was exactly as described. It was very clean, nice neighborhood and convenient to everything. When we are back in Chattanooga we will definitely be staying again.

We planned a short girls weekend and found this property that wound up being PERFECT! The house was sparkling clean, decorated beautifully, wonderful location and was extremely comfortable for the 5 of us. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could possibly need! We felt very safe and the neighbors were friendly. So many thoughtful touches throughout - shampoo and body wash, bathroom spray, lotions, hand sanitizer, extra towels, two types of coffee makers, just to name a few. We loved sitting on the back deck and chatting! The smart TVs allowed for us to stream the Braves games also! I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful in every way
Perfect house with all the little extras that made our stay amazing. Sometimes it is the little things that make all the difference. Great location for a green house
Property was clean and well cared for. Finishes and furnishings were attractive and well maintained. Can't ask for much more from a rental. Location is close to plenty of breweries, restaurants, and other activities.

We loved this house. It was in a fabulous location. The house itself was large, spacious, and had a great view! We spent a lot of time outdoors on the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was beautiful for our short stay, very clean and had our needs meet. Would consider if in the area again. Expected fewer hills, unable to go for our daily walk due hilly roads. I thought we would be closer to the water. The view from the deck to the surrounding mountains was beautiful. The host was very gracious.

Fantastic Home!
This house and location are tremendous. Every detail is thought of from the ridiculously comfortable beds to extra beach towels to dry off after playing in the fountains down by the river. Everything was spotless, clear instructions were given for using all of the modern smart home controls and appliances, and the Zimmerman’s communication and recommendations were quick and helpful. The location of the house couldn’t be better with a great view, short walking distance to Coolidge park and the riverfront, and plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and drinks to enjoy. We will be sending friends here and hope to stay again any time we’re in the area. 11/10!
