This home is amazing and plenty of room for a large group. Beds are very comfortable. Amazing view in all directions.

The house was amazing. So close to the Marina and Bridgerland. It was a great location for all of our activities. The only problem we had was connecting with your office when we checked out. We couldn't lock the door.

Lake Vista is the right name for this property - the views were amazing! The home/cabin was clean, spacious, and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There were only 8 of us so we had our choice of rooms and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and seating and ate most meals out on the balcony. We ran into an issue with hot water one day but staggered showers afterwards and it was not a problem. If all the rooms had been full, that may have been a bigger problem. Google maps will route you up a very rough road - I'd recommend going North on N 300 W and then head West on 200 North up to the property. It is a dirt road with one steep incline, but the road is flat. The customer service associated with the property was amazing and we appreciate their efforts when issues were identified at our original property. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great week with Family in this beautiful home on the hill. Great set up for our family of adult kids with kids. Each family had a room that for the family! Great set up.

Nice view of lake and large enough for our family. Home needs a few small repairs, replacing light bulbs type stuff etc. (nothing that disrupted our enjoyment).

Garden City Gem
We had a wonderful time. We were concerned with 14 kids and no grass but we had a blast. The deck was used a lot and the lack of mosquitoes was wonderful. The view of the lake was gorgeous.

Family reunion 2022
We traveled from all over ID to join together with our children and grandchildren. The house Is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. It has a lot of sleeping accommodations so all we’re comfortable. Nice kitchen for meals and the deck facilitated some fun gatherings together.
There were a couple of things we brought to the managers attention and Julie was attentive to the problems. Even though they weren’t able to correct while we were there they are aware for the next group.
We definitely had a wonderful time with our family, made great memories and would recommend to others.

Mouse infestation put a damper on our trip
We loved the cabin, floorplan, and location. The only issue for us was the property had a severe mouse problem. Waking up each day to new piles of droppings everywhere was really gross. Julie was amazing to work with and the service was fantastic.

Excellent accommodations!
We loved our stay at the Lake Vista Lodge! There were 24 family members at our reunion. We used the fold out beds and had plenty of room. Two kitchens (and fridges) were a big help with our big group.
The lodge was close to Garden City. About 15 minutes or less to many of the activities we wanted to do. There was plenty of parking for our boat, kayak trailer and 6 cars. The outdoor fireplace was a hit! The kids loved toasting marshmallows! The adults enjoyed relaxing, reconnecting and catching up with each other.
The staff at Premiere rentals was very helpful and easy to work with
We are hoping to visit Bear Lake again and will definitely rent the Lake Vista Lodge when we do.
