We absolutely loved this house! The separation of sleeping areas is perfect for providing privacy for different families. The home is roomy and relaxing. We really enjoyed the back deck which overlooks woods and a lovely steam.

We loved our time here. Great spot and place to stay. Very hot, but house stayed cool even with no a/c. We plan to stay again sometime.

This is a well maintained, nicely furnished, remodeled and roomy townhome. We spent the weekend with our daughter & son in law and everyone had plenty of private space to enjoy time together and apart. We loved sitting on the patio enjoying meals and listening to the stream that runs behind the home. Our daughter and husband enjoyed the sauna almost every night. On our last night a cute black bear came around the back of the patio, thru the parking lot and on top of the dumpster. It was my 1st bear I have seen in the 45 years of living in co and it made the trip even more memorable.

We had a great stay at the Winterwood property. The unit was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Clean and cozy. Plenty of towels and blankets. The shuttle to ski mountain was a huge plus! Would definitely come back here again!

Really nice place with plenty of room

Tuesday 7/11 to Thursday 7/13
The condo was very nice and clean when we got there, it was all good until we where told that on Wednesday morning they would be putting in new appliances (this was 7/11 that we where told this) we where only there for 2 night!
We got a text at about 11:30 that they would be there in 10 min. We had plans for the day so we all told them that we where leaving.
When we got back at 9:30 pm that night all of our food (that we had for our late dinner) was sitting out on the counter and ruined, all of our drinks where hot. The counters where full of pots and pans and other things that they had taken out of the cupboards.
The old refrigerator had a ice maker, the new did not so we had no ice. The water line from the ice maker was tapped to the wall and hanging in the sink. When you turned on the water (and only hot water came out) it shot out of the tube all over the place. The whole kitchen was very dirty and grimy, the floor had all kinds of dirt on it.
No one from the management group had even check on the work and made sure everything was in good working order. We called and texted the numbers that we had for the management group and we got no reply until 7 am the next morning. We where told that no one mans the phones after hours!
We ended up driving back into town at 10 pm trying to find some place to eat.
They have said they would give us some credit for our inconvenience but a week later I have not received anything yet.

Its a beautiful location and the condo is close to town but far enough away so that it is very quiet. We loved the back deck for enjoying coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The propane grill is new and worked great. The place is cozy overall and my girlfriend loved the sauna, especially. We would definitely stay here again.

This townhouse has a great location. Common areas are spacious. Linens were old and had some spots, except pillow cases which were crispy. Towels were clean and plentiful. No clothes storge in the "primary" - perhaps move the mounds of blankets and put a small two drawer dresser in the closet. Curtains provided very little privacy. Nice patio/deck off he family room.

Great property as advertised. The shuttle to the lift was perfect. It is a little too far to walk, I’d estimate 3/4 mile.
Sauna is great part of the unit. Upstairs bedroom is just interesting in that you have to go through the master, through the bathroom to get to it. We didn’t use as we didn’t have enough people.
Kitchen is equiped with all you need. Knives as others have said are a bit dull.

Nice place. Clean with a beautiful view. Sadly, no wifi for our entire trip and no service available in the condo. Called 1st time and was told it was the carrier. Called back 2 days later and it was a weekend so they couldn't get a hold of the homeowners association who should have been called after the first call.

House is wonderful. Great location. Indoor sauna. However, there were two bats in the house during my entire stay. It's a tad unsettling being woken up each night with bats flying around your room.

The unit was good size for two families, with enough room to spread out even in the living room. Shuttle to the mountain and back was great, I did walk one day so it is doable and around 10/15 mins (would be tough with little kids).

A bit secluded, great loft, super clean!
Very true to description. Enjoyed the slightly more remote location and hiking trail across the street. Very clean and nicely appointed. Towels were pretty scratchy, window coverings not the greatest, and no coffee provided. All in all though, a very lovely place and loft was super cute, would be great for kids.

Lots of wildlife
The property was just as picture but it doesn’t do it justice as to what it looks like in person. Great neighborhood. We saw some bears and a momma moose with her two babies. This was all off the deck and front seating area. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Close to town
The property is very close to town, easy access to food and activities. It is very quiet and the back balcony has a view of the greens.
The property is very clean because shoes are not allowed inside. Plenty of plates, silverware and glasses. Unfortunately there are only 2 small frying pans big enough to fry eggs. Lots of pots.
Enough beds to accommodate 8-9 people. The small bedroom off the master bedroom is very neat. There is a pull up sofa bed.
The washer and dryer are adequate, although it takes two runs for the dryer to dry clothes. There is no AC in the house, but in the evening the weather is cool enough to open the windows.
There is not enough dining chairs, there are only 3 chairs, but we found one wobbly chair and two metal folding chairs in the closet to use.
Note: This is probably a problem with housekeeping that day, but on the first day when we arrived, we found about half of towels are still wet and damp.

Cute Condo
The condo was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. It is in a great location and easy to get to town and stores. We had a little mouse scurry across the kitchen floor the first day we were there (not uncommon for field mice to make their way into homes in this area), we named him Ralph. We were going to contact management but didn't see Ralph again for the rest of the trip. All in all, enjoyable place, check-in and out was super simple. I would recommend for a small family stay.

June stay
Great location along the creek, very quiet property. Loved having coffee on the deck, even had 2 bears stroll by. Multilevel property will be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Amazing Location in Steamboat
This was our first time to Steamboat and were happy with our choice to stay at this property. We mainly wanted to hike and explore the area and some great hiking trails were just around the corner. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. We would definitely return to the area and would return to this location if the mattresses were upgraded. I am more intolerant than most when it comes to sleeping and I need a good bed ;)

Full of amenities!
It was very nice to have a place that had all the little extra touches such as tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and toiletries! So many VRBOS's we have rented in the past you have to immediately go to the grocery store right away which really stinks!

Great property with sauna
We spent an extended weekend in the property. It was very nice, clean, warm and a perfect place for a short break. It also had a sauna which was superb after a long cross-country skiing trip.

Nice condo for a family
We booked a trip last minute and we were so pleased with the condo. This condo was great for our family and had space for my son do virtually attend school while my husband also worked. Cozy! Comfortable! We loved it.

The place wasn't quite like the pictures, but still nice. Decor was cute. Really the only issue was, when we stripped the beds, one bed did not have a mattress pad and one of the pillows was very yellow. It was a wonderful place

My wife and I and another couple and their infant son enjoyed a quiet long weekend at this property in Steamboat Springs. The layout was great for us with our friends and the baby sleeping upstairs and my wife and I in the bedroom downstairs. Good common area with a nice deck to enjoy. Kitchen was small but has everything you need to cook meals. Location was good with close access to the base of the ski area and a quick (~5 min.) drive to downtown. Also close access to grocery store, gas station, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. Listing was accurate and we were happy with our stay.

We had a great time! Location was perfect and had a creek behind that was a perfect background to sipping wine in the evenings. The kids loved the bunk beds and the home had board games for them to play as well!
Great location, clean, relaxing.
Only comment is the dishwasher was very load so we would run it while we were away for the day.

Only recommendation is to get hot water upstairs sink. Faucets are weak and no hot water. Great spot and we would come back
